• Maria (4/5): Το μπάνιο είχε μόνο μισό τοίχο με διακοσμητικό πάνελ, αφήνοντας τον χώρο ημι-ανοιχτό και χωρίς ιδιωτικότητα, κάτι που μα - Καλή τοποθεσία! Όμορφο ξενοδοχείο, όμορφο δωμάτιο Το μπάνιο δεν είχε κανονικό τοίχο. Υπήρχε μόνο μισός τοίχος με διαχωριστικό πάνελ/πλέγμα σαν διακοσμητικό, με αποτέλεσμα ο χώρος να είναι ημι-ανοιχτός. Φαίνονται και ακούγονται όλα! Στις φωτογραφίες δεν φαίνεται ξεκάθαρα και στις κριτικές δεν το είχε αναφέρει κανείς, οπότε δεν το περιμέναμε. Όταν το αναφέραμε στη reception, μας είπαν ότι δεν έχουν ξαναδεχθεί παράπονο· γι’ αυτό υποθέτω ότι τα δωμάτια είναι καινούρια. Μας πρότειναν μόνο τη σουίτα (με επιπλέον χρέωση) ως εναλλακτική. Αν κάποιος θέλει προσωπικό χώρο και ιδιωτικότητα για το μπάνιο, καλύτερα να το έχει υπόψη του. Εμείς ήμασταν 4 κοπέλες και δυσκολευτήκαμε αρκετά. Προσωπικά δεν θα το ξανά διάλεγα.

But hanging out a the balcony was nice - The balcony was lovely 🥰 For a room that is supposed to host 4 people I believe IT IS NOT a good idea for the bathroom to be in immediate contact with the rest of the space through an open wall that was covered with a sheet. This made our stay EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Also there was not a single mirror in the room area but only two mirrors in the bathroom, something that was also quite unpractical for 4 people.

El dia que llegamos la recepcionista no nos atendió correctamente, nos llevo a la habitacion y se fue no nos explicó nada al respecto de la isla ni de la habitacion. Però el resto del personal muy bien.

• Maria (8/5): A great getaway in a convenient location, close to Koufonisi’s main amenities and within easy reach of the beaches. - The pool was lovely, the room was comfortable and the staff were exceptionally polite and helpful throughout our stay. The bathroom was not very functional, the drainage didn’t work properly, and there were no surfaces or shelves to place toiletries or clothes, which made it quite inconvenient.

Sadly, timing meant the pool bar/snack bar wasn’t open until a day or two before we were leaving. Would have been nice to get a bit more “quiet time” round the pool.

• Luciana (6/5): Pleasant - Great place, good location to stay at the island. Swimming pool, good views. We arrived and the room was not the one showed in the pictures. When arriving we discovered there was a transfer service from the port to the hotel, but nobody wrote us to inform. In the room there was just 1 glass. 1 chair in the balcony. We asked to get another glass (we are 2) and another chair, we had to asked several times as they keep saying : later. The chair never arrived 😑. The pool is great but full of kids jumping and screaming, no adult supervision. I mean, great place but there is lot of space to do it better and improve the service quality, at the end you are not paying the cheapest place at the island.

The room was amazing, very luxurious and well equipped with the most beautiful view! The staff at the hotel were all fantastic, very welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help! • Jonathan (6/5): Very overpriced given you get a mediocre room and nothing else! - Great location - walking distance to the main restaurants and beaches. Room was tucked away at the back of the property. Balcony very small. No food/drink facilities at the hotel other than a vending machine. It can be windy - our room was below a balcony surrounded by bamboo which when the wind blows is very loud! Room did not have things that were listed - no hot tub, no hair dryer, safe was battery operated but did not have enough batteries - when we asked reception they said they do not have anymore but that they would get some and deliver them to the room - this never happened.

• Effimia (7/5): Good - The pool looked great but did not use it because the most beautiful beaches in the island were within a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The room size was fine and the view from the balcony fantastic . There was no hair dryer in the room, toiletries were at an absolute minimum, and the entrance to the building where our room was located was in an area where a lot of rubbish was thrown. In the bathroom there wasn’t a surface or something to place toiletries or towels. Coffee cups were missing although there was a coffee maker in the room.

The two girls at the reception were very nice and helpful since our arrival. The design of the bathroom does not allow for enough privacy in our opinion. We also overheard the owner talking in a not very kind way to his staff.

• Ioanna (7/5): In general my stay in Paradise hotel was very very nice - The room was very nice, comfortable, the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. The only thing that I didn't like was that it didn't have any closet or drawers for the clothes. That was rather inconvenient. Also it didn't have breakfast.
• Lorenzo (9/5): Great location and lovely room - Dimitris at reception was very friendly and helpful, offering transportation to and from the port without us asking. The rooms was lovely, with a great sea view from our private balcony. Very nice pool area outside. Perfect location, only a 5min walk to the main village centre and the port. The toilet/shower area door doesn’t really provide much privacy, but the interiors are lovely.

• Dd1986 (8/5): Great location - The hotel is just 20 minutes walking from the port. Great location with a perfect sea view. Our room was in the first floor with two balconies with great views! The cleaning ladies do a very good job. Plus that it has a pool, so after the sea you can take an afternoon dip. Staff and especially Dimitris in the reception is so kind and helpful. It is quite expensive hotel (€260 per night for a double room) with offering nothing than the sleep. Not even a small bottle of water. In this price it should have at least breakfast. But the hotel doesn't offer breakfast at all. There is not a bar to buy something to drink, only a vending machine for water. Another one negative aspect is that I found 2 alive 🪳 cockroaches in the room, so I guess they should do disinfection more often..
• Ludovic (1/5): Pass your way, this hotel does not deserve to stop by. - The hotel is cleaned and has a quite good location to the city center. However do not expect anything mentioned in the room description because none of this is available in the room. Also when we arrived we changed 2 times the room : 1st one was a triple room (they made a mistake and came to us to move) and the 2nd one was not matching with what we booked in terms of pictures and room description (we booked a deluxe room with balcony and sea view and we got a room with only one bed and no facility, ground floor, land view). We finally got a room with sea view and balcony but still only one bed in the room and no facility. For the 2nd night the owner organized his aunt’s birthday by the pool with barbecue and music till late in the night. We told him the next morning that it’s not very cool as we are here to enjoy and relax (and sleep during the night). His answer was that his aunt’s birthday was more important (meaning more important than the clients sleeping the same night). Finally if you ask for a laundry, your clothes are mixed with the other rooms so we were very happy to sort them out on the reception desk. Pass your way, this hotel does not deserve to stop by.

Free transportation from/to the port. Comfortable sofa bed and bedroom. Uncompleted renovated room. no wardrobe, no hanger, no safe box. No breakfast although there is space. There is even a pool bar but it was closed.. no bottle of water provided in the room. The water from the tab is not potable, they only provide warm water with 0,50€ from a vending machine. In order to get cold water you have to walk 10'

When I asked for the hairdryer just for one evening, they could not find one.. (apparently they had already given all to other rooms). In the room (especially in the bathroom) there are no places where to hang/ out stuff (towels for example)
• Julie (10/5): Friendly people, comfortable property in a great location with fantastic views. - The staff, especially Demitis, were great, so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much for them. The apartment was comfortable and clean with a lovely balcony. Great location, couldn’t have been better for us! No complaints, shame there’s wasn’t a small bar for drinks and snacks.
• Edwin (10/5): Luxury Hotel and Great Value in Koufonesia - Koufenesia is a very small island with very few hotels and it took me a long time to decide which hotel to get. Paradise Hotel was the PERFECT decision! It has all the amenities I needed- and MORE! They will pick you up at the port for FREE and the receptionist Dimitris was incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms are so spacious and super clean! The rooms are also updated! Location is perfect- close to the town and the beaches! It was absolutely perfect! Cant ask for anything else!

Housekeeping was coming everyday changing the sheets, towels and taking the rubbish. The rooms were very basic and old style. Some of the facilities were dirty and not well maintained. Not private balcony. There were also ants in the room.

Room noisy with no privacy even though we had an upgrade. We asked to change room and they gave us worse accommodation with tiny bathroom and shower, bed materasse terrible, never cleaning the room for 3 nights…
