• Leonardo (5/5): - La posizione centralissima nel quartiere di Olaya. La piscina sul tetto è un ottimo plus ma essendo coperta è molto fredda. Il servizio ai piani, le pulizie, la cura delle camere invece sono ottimi. La temperatura della piscina è gelida (anche per essere a Riyadh). Inoltre per un giorno a settimana è interdetta agli ospiti di sesso maschile (regola non esposta all'atto della prenotazione, nè indennizzata in nessun modo per cui anche gli uomini pagano l'intera tariffa, incluso accesso alla piscina, ma il giovedì non possono usarla). Il buffet della colazione sembra molto grande ma è molto ripetitivo. Il livello è più basso rispetto ad altri hotel di pari livello. Al bar, fuori orario colazione, il servizio è lento e non si può caricare le spese sul conto della camera. Lo stile, che vorrebbe imitare la architettura tradizionale saudita, è in realtà piuttosto cheap e poco curato. Inoltre per la settimana in cui siamo stati abbiamo pagato esageratamente tanto, e non ci è stato giustificato come mai in quella particolare settimana i prezzi fossero così alti in tutta la città rispetto alla settimana precedente o a quella successiva (ad ogni modo il rapporto qualità/prezzo non è ottimale).

• Leeds (9/5): Money for quality - The location is excellent, strategically situated in the city center, and remarkably clean and quiet. In my opinion, it's a fantastic choice combining excellent service with fair value. I wish room service was available 24 hours a day to meet guests' needs at all times. Also, outdoor parking is limited.

• Walter (10/5): Expensive and luxurious with minor flaws mentioned above. - Prestige and the pool and gym Sometimes there was a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom i think from the canalization which especially in the night comes on the room. And in the gym why is the Watercooler not cooled, i turned it on the other day is was turned off. Also i would give the guest the choice if they want 2 pieces of new soap a day, you might opt for higher quality soap made in KSA but only replace it every three days, also it be really good if there would be more drinking water available like 2x1.5 liter bottle placed in the fridge instead of 3 small ones because otherwise the visitors don’t have enough water because you should drink 2-3 liters per day and with the water you provide its barley a liter so not enough and dehydration leads to headache which in turn will be associated with the stay so a negative sentiment. And i did not know, can i use tab water to make tea after its boiled or bottled water? foreigners don’t know these details. Something as well higher quality toilet paper, this one is too thin so it rips which is very unpleasant for europeans. All in all only small things which would add up to so much more in a pleasant experience

• ABEER (8/5): - سكنت في فندق رائع، مرتب ونظيف. أحب أوجه شكر خاص للموظف سعد على تعامله الراقي ومساعدته المستمرة، كان جداً متعاون وخلّى الإقامة تجربة جميلة. أتمنى له كل التوفيق سكنت في الفندق، لكن من الملاحظ عدم وجود عزل صوتي كافٍ بين الغرف، حيث كانت أصوات الغرف المجاورة مسموعة بوضوح
