Dhingra (10/5): Great experience - Had a really great stay at Arotel Rooms and Suites. The rooms were extra spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was genuinely helpful and always quick to assist with anything we needed. The huge pool was a big highlight and the food was also really good throughout our stay. Overall, the hotel had a very relaxing vibe and we had an amazing time. Definitely a place I’d visit again in Goa.

I will be good for any one who is traveling with there family and want privacy within the room it self. Parking space at the property was limited, swing pool was OK

We asked them for breakfast at 7am which they denied ...They said they can only get it available after 8am...The services needs to improve a lot.. The staff should get proper training ..They do not know how to welcome the guests ...The basics are lacking in staff. Like whenever they were offering us breakfast we never got water in our table which is the first thing to serve in the hospitality business....They need to improve much on guest relationship/handling.

Prince (8/5): Overall a pleasant stay in monsoon - Room was good for 4 occupancy, pool was fine. No buffet breakfast but good breakfast was served. Staff was good. Location is 10 mins walk from beach. 4 occupancy execustive room should have 2 bathrooms.In monsoon season they could provide some cloth hangers in balcony for people with longer stays. Otehrwise all good.

Anastasia (1/5): An experience I never had before - Basically nothing We had a really catchy experience from the beginning till the end. I've booked the property for 9 nights, in the end just staid one and thank god. We've arrived after midnight (late flight which i mentioned in the comments for the booking), noone was waiting for us. A guy on the reception didnt speak a word of English, so we waited half an hour while he was finding another 2 guys who speaked exactly 3 words (or pretended to do so). Luckily we had a local friend who we called and she was translating for us. So long story short, the receptionist (or a manager as he claimed to be) said the booking was canceled by me (it wasn't and i called booking.com to confirm it) and he was insisting that I should push the cancelation button in my booking email. After 2 hours (reminding, we came after midnight) of these strange games and me calling the site support, he announced that there are actually free rooms and he'll charge us the same for the stay (and right away tried to overcharge us). We agreed to pay only one night, and seemingly pissed him off with it, but finally at 3am we reached the room. Room is very basic, doesnt match the photos as the rest of the hotel, the a/c wasn't working and all night we were listening to the loud noise of some power generator (or alike). Next day I got a message from the booking that "the hotel unfortunately cant accommodate you" (remember, there were rooms available and we were proposed to extend our stay?) and we gladly moved to another place. I dont know what it all was but my friend goggled the property while i was trying to check in and found other reviews like this one, they just simply never reach the booking.com site as the stays are probably being canceled by the hotel all the time.
Tejaswini (1/5): Horrible stay for the money we paid. - Only rooms were big enough. Worst hotel we could have ever visited. Package included free WIFI, TV and hot water(Basic). None was available during our stay. All silly reasons were given. Had to get hot water from their kitchen on first day(apparently Hot water system was on solar energy and weather was not supportive that time, but that can't be the reason for not providing hot water when you advertise it's all available) and then after complaining for long, provided couple of manual electrical heaters to warm the bath water which generally took 2-3 hours of my morning time. never had to to that in any hotel i visited so far. (They could do with geysers in each bathroom instead to be honest) Kids were really bored as there was no TV or WIFI. Have to apologize to them for such bad hotel! Really bad service for the money we paid. Food was average too. Would never recommend this Hotel to anybody for sure.
