- AbrahamHerrera (10/5): - It was great , I liked how it was cleaned and and the room suited me well . I didn’t like how cold the room was and I couldn’t fix it other than that it was great.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The property was very nice. Pool was cleaned while I was there and appears very well taken care of. There’s a kitchen with full size stove and fridge. Glasses, some pans, and silverware provided. The floors were a little sticky and the area rug needed replacing (Or a trip the dry cleaners). Overall, I would return biggest down side was I would of liked the floors to be cleaner. Additionally, parking was confusing on arrival but, the office cleared it up for me with a five minute phone call.
- Anayanci (2/5): Communication - Trying to get in contact with the manager is a mission ! They never answer!!
- Mike (4/5): Double booked - There is no reception and you don't get the check in details until the day you arrive. You are expected to ring a US number which costs a fortune with a European phone. We received a text and email saying that they were double booked and we had to move to another apartment which also had no reception and so we had to go to a third hotel to get keys. It took an hour an extra from our day and the replacement apartment was further from the bars and restaurants.
- Anna (2/5): Stay away from Sibi hotel - The property cancelled our apt due to my CC not going through. I called my CC company and the company told me that SiBi beach hotel did not properly charge my card and therefore the company did not approve the transaction. The property put $0 charge on the card. I tried contacting the property via email and phone with no response. The property ph # is a private cell phone , which i left multiple messages. I also tried contacting hotels.com but unsuccessful because their system was having issues. I was traveling all day with my family and it was very stressful to get to fort Lauderdale with no place to stay... I unfortunately have to cancel my CC since they have my info, i didnt want this sketchy place running my credit card in the future . Don't risk it, and stay way from this property a
- Verified traveler (6/5): - We loved the location of the property and it’s proximity to the beach, restaurants, shopping and highways. The space inside the unit was great as well. The temperature inside was incredibly uncomfortable (freezing), because it was unseasonably cooler outside no adjustment was made inside such an open window with an air filter that was running. The wall unit never gave heat no matter how much we tried to adjust it. The blankets in the unit were small and thin forcing us to go out and purchase a heavier one so we could get some sleep!! It was evident that the unit was not swept, mopped or even wiped down before we checked in. We did get clean sheets on the bed!! A more detailed clean up and prep would make this an ideal choice.
- Barbara (6/5): - We stayed one night and it was spring break week. We had trouble sleeping due to noise and could not get room dark due to outside lighting. Room was small but okay for a short stay and location was excellent. Short distance to beach and restaurants. There is no staff onsite. You communicate via email and text and get a code to enter your room. We did enjoy early check in.
- Anna (8/5): - The owner and property managers were very nice and honest. The room was small but clean. They need blackout curtains and the coffee pot didn't fit the maker. We couldn't get the TV to work and when we called the owner said he would call someone but no one showed up. We requested a king size bed but didn't get it. Very close to the beach and restaurants. They need a pop/water vending machine and icemaker. With a little work it could be a very nice small hotel. Mattress was very comfortable. They had a pool and pool chair area which was a surprise and it was well kept and very nice.

We asked them to call for a cab to pick us up and none came. Likewise for another couple from the UK. We got our own and finally when we were on our way we got a text from SIBI that a cab was coming to get us.

- David (4/5): Stay on the top floor. - Great service by the offsite staff. We had a first floor room and you could hear everything above you.
- Luigi (2/5): Don't book this hotel - They cancelled our reservation the night before we arrived claiming they tried to process the card on file and it was not authorized , like a lot of people I have a block on transaction requested from out of town , they never called me they just sent an email saying that they cancelled never had this problem before.

Even after rectifying the situation after 10 minutes, I received no response from the hotel! Orbitz ensured that the room was reserved and I had nothing to worry about. When our plane touched down at 3, we did not receive the required checkin information. I called the hotel and no one picked up. I then called Orbitz again and was told that the room was gone. The gentleman on the phone assisted with finding another room for $500 for 1 night! I proceeded to find my own room for the night.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Bad Experience - I had booked this hotel stay 3 months in advanced. My reservation was cancelled on Super Bowl weekend, the day of my arrival. Cox Hotels said there was something wrong with my credit card which was untrue as I double checked it as I had entered the number to reserve the room. It appears that this company wanted more money because of the event. This hotel is NOT recommended.

- Carolina (4/5): Did not get to stay there - Well, I can't really say what the property is like because I did not get to stay there. On our drive to Florida, the owner of the property called and said he didn't have a room because the previous guests made damages. He mentioned that the hotel across the street had a room for us and that it was 70 dollars less. At this point, I was not mad and understood that sometimes things happen. The owner sent me a link and when I went to the hotel's page, the hotel was actually $100 more than what my orginial amount was. I called the owner back and told him that I would look for something myself since the hotel across the street was more expensive. He said he could help with that and told me he would call me back in about 15 min (never heard back from him). He also said that due to all the inconvenience, I would get 2 nights free on my next stay (not sure how since I never heard back from him). I recently noticed that they had overbooking problems based on other recent reviews, and I actually emailed them twice prior to my trip but they never reached back out to me. Maybe that was the first bad sign. I guess the only good thing, is that I was not charged for anything since I chose the pay at hotel option. This wouldnt be somehwere I would want to make a reservation in the future though.
- Matthew (2/5): RUN FROM THIS PLACE! (It's not a hotel) - THIS IS NOT A HOTEL - IT'S AN APARTMENT BUILDING. This jerk must have listed this apartment building as a hotel when he wasn't fully rented out. BUT it IS FULLY RENTED NOW! My experience: I reserved a room for this place about 3 to 4 weeks before hand. Myself and my girlfriend arrived at 930pm, but there's no office. Basically you wander around until someone points you to the supers' room. He didn't know we were coming so he asked us to call the owner and ask what room we were supposed to be in (because he knew there were no rooms available). The owner wouldn't pick up. The super went away to try and get a hold of him - we're left sitting in lawn chairs out in the courtyard. After 30 minutes with no sign of the Super (he is now hiding from us), I call Hotels.com. They say they'll try and find us another place nearby. We rented this specific place so we could walk to the event we were here for. After another 30 minutes of waiting with all our luggage in the dark outside, they let us know there are no rooms available anywhere nearby. (not true, we went and looked at the hotels.com site and there were a number of them) So they reserved us at the Airport Crowne Plaza even though I found a room that was closer, cheaper and actually on the beach, but the Hotels.com guy said he couldn't change the reservation. So now we get to Uber back and forth everyday instead of walk, and stay in a seriously crap hotel. Anyway, the guy must have bought all those positive reviews, AVOID!

Honestly, Firstly they must have known earlier and could inform me. Secondly the solution should have been solved but the hotel and Orbitz. Not just giving me a phone number on arrival and telling me they have no room for me!

He told us our room would be ready when we arrived around 7-730. We arrived to the hotel around 730. He did not pick up how phone to check in. After 30 minutes we received a text saying that he overbooked and gave our room away. He refused to pick up phone calls. This was a horrendous experience and we had to find another place to stay. I cannot stress enough how terrible this owner was and the experience here. I will be telling everyone and strongly urge other people to not stay here.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Not work it - When u check in there was no one there they leave a piece a paper with a combination code to enter your door so anyone can see the number, the room didn’t look like the photos make it out to be, also the bed was very itchy I thought it was me but the next morning my husband was saying the same thing. I guess u get what you pay for because the only good thing about it was it was really cheap if you have a few extra dollars I would recommend going somewhere else also there are only six parking spots but nine rooms there was no where to park

- Dwight (8/5): Sibi Beach Motel. A hidden charm. - Wonderful little spot. Pool temperature was about 95 degrees. 😀 Tad noisey during the day with the traffic.

Only stayed one night but would be good for longer stays as had a large kitchen. Only thing we didn't like was the lack of sound proofing. - Lynn (10/5): - Hotel is a block away from the beach. A lot of restaurants and bars are super close to walk to. The room was clean and they were very accommodating to me! Also, I traveled alone and they checked on me to make sure I was alright.
- Dino (8/5): Great value - Excellent little boutique hotel in a prime location. Very clean and well appointed. Only complaint it was difficult to navigate stairs with luggage because I'm handicapped. If you have disabilities, definitely insist on ground floor accommodations.
- Eric (10/5): Highly recommended with a lovely personal touch. - I have never stayed at a small hotel such as this where the proprietor was so connected with her guests that she will do just about anything to ensure you enjoy your stay! You sort of feel like old friends or family. We expressed some disappointment with the room in how it was described on hotels.com. She mentioned there are some quirks with using hotels.com with how they categorize the room. There was nothing at all wrong with the room, it just seemed small compared to how it was described in the site. Jillian went way beyond to make sure we walked away happy. If you stay here, take a moment to say hi to her, the staff, and the other guests. She is trying to create a fun and friendly atmosphere and it totally works! We loved it and can't wait to come back.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Goodluck if you get to stay in the hotel - We never actually stayed at the hotel - so my rating is about our experience not the hotel itself (which could be great?). We arrived late (with 2 small kids) to the hotel after a day of flights to no staff on duty. We call a # on the door, 30mins later we get a call back. Apparently, there is an issue and they have no room for us. They supposedly contacted Expedia a couple days before and Expedia wouldn't give them our contact information (nor contact us) to tell us they needed to move us to a different hotel. Hours later, after we walked at night to 2 different hotel locations (the first they told us to go to, then referred us to the next one) with loads of luggage past some sketchy areas of condemned apartments (in midst of revitalizing the area I think) we were put into a hotel that was super dirty and nothing like our original booking. We had to pay that hotel because Sibi had apparently booked it for us but not paid them (we thought they were sister hotels - they were not) even though we had already paid Sibi online via Expedia. Sibi didn't automatically credi us for the hotel. I have had to spend hours on with Expedia that night and now today to get refunded. That night if felt oddly like a scam.

Our daughter left her phone and Sibi manager had it secured when we returned from our cruise and called. Definitely will come back to this very comfortable and friendly hotel. - S (10/5): Great/Personal service - Manager Jillian was great and such personalized service! We received a call from her the day of our expected arrival to see when we expected to be there. We had just found out our flight would be delayed for unknown amount of time and we would miss our connecting flight. The closest they could get us was to Palm Beach and we would have to find our way to Ft Lauderdale via Uber or rent a car. Jillian was so nice and offered to help us any way she could—even finding us a place to stay in Palm Beach if we couldn’t make it to FT Lauderdale that night in place of our room with her, or checking in to prices of car rentals, etc. We decided to keep checking flights and we lucked in to one that would get us there @11pm that night. Jillian gave us the room code to get in and everything was very clean and comfortable. We missed out on being able to do anything fun because of our flight issues but it looked like a great location and close to the beach. I was very impressed with Jillian and her concern for her guests!
- Verified traveler (4/5): Book with Caution - Pillow case was dirty, looked like blood. Refrigerator was also dirty. Although there is a kitchen, there aren't dish towels, just dirty old sponge. We were offered late check out then kicked out before hand. Management claims to have messaged me but phone records show that to be false. Cleaning "crew" (one guy) cleaned around us trying to quickly pack. Removed our toothbrush from bathroom and placed in living room area. Management enters without warning. Found her in unit pretending to fluff pillows in sofa hours after unit had been cleaned. Very intrusive and unprofessional. Doesn't appear as though they use a laundry service but wash linens in tiny laundry room in back of building. Laundry room is available to guests. I attempted to use it one morning and the washer was stuffed full of towels. I don't imagine they are very clean.

- Tammy (8/5): Great boutique hotel near the beach - This is a great hotel. Jillian was amazing as she works with you and tries hard to accommodate her guests. We were able to check in early after our long wait at the port in customs. Was great to be able to test in our our suite after that. It is a block off the beach and would be perfect in good weather. We unfortunately were not lucky with weather. Beds were comfortable and had good internet so it was very comfortable on the cold windy day. Will totally look to stay longer next time.

But she was very communicative. Even contacting me before I got to he hotel to inform us of check-in time. If we needed anything she would respond right away to help with any questions we had. The suite itself was very lovely and clean. We were really impressed. We can't wait to back!

- Krystelle (10/5): Feel Welcomed - Amazed! Jillian the property manager is so welcoming and accommodating. We came early and having driven 18 hrs she gave us early check in and even allowed us to stay a little later just so we could enjoy the hotel. It's small but very personable. The hotel is at a corner where a lot of people roam but the pool area which is in the front offers a lot of privacy with the way they decorated. No detail is left unchecked with this place. You have beach towels, chairs you can take to the beach, footballs etc. They even have sunscreen at the pool if you need to lather up. As I said, no detail was left unchecked. We stayed for one night and I would come back again!

- Dina (2/5): Dirty and a dump - Awful! My room was dark. My feet were filthy from walking on them in my room. Cheap decor. 2 mini refrigerator in my room. One was used as a table. I could here everything from the rooms next to me and couldn't sleep, because someone upstairs walked around all night. N extra large condo are going up, so all day was noise from that and no sunlight either. The management thought it was cute to leave up dolllar store Christmas decorations on the pool fence. Really tacky. Do not go to this hotel. It's a dump .

Wish we had stayed longer... basically got an apartment which was great and rather unexpected. Hotel is a plain white building and there was construction around it, so it looked funny at first but was a great find! Well lit hotel at night making it easier to find and Jillian made us very safe with the amount of security. Only a short walk to the beach and pleanty of places to eat near by.

It was difficult to find entrance to hotel and when calling hotel phone as hotel manager did not pick up the phone. Left message and kept calling until i was able to get in touch with hotel to find out that Hotels.com had overbooked and then i had no place to stay. As a frequent traveler with almost 900,000 miles on airline, i will never recommend this website or hotel to anyone.

- Damon (10/5): Excellent hotel - The hotel is in an excellent location one block from the beach and a couple of blocks from restaurants. I felt comfortable staying here from my first contact with Jillian the manager. I contacted the hotel two weeks prior to my stay to confirm my reservation. I spoke with Jillian and she was very personable and friendly. I was given a room upgrade by Jillian due to her wanting to ensure I had the space for my week stay. Upon arrival she greeted my partner and I, showed us our room, and made sure we were comfortable. The room was very clean and spacious. It had been updated and had colorful decor/paintings on walls with a beautiful rug on the tile floor. The bed was soft and very comfortable with a down comforter. The bathroom was beautiful with the glass shower door and tile in the shower. The shower was spacious. The room had a kitchen with a full size refrigerator and all the dishes and pots and pans. The coffeemaker and bullet blender in the room was nice as well. I enjoyed the personal scented soaps and shampoos not your generic soaps and such. Jillian checks every day to ensure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. The pool area is beautiful with nice outdoor furniture to enjoy. Towels were also located in a bin outside by the pool for guest use. I highly recommend this hotel. Jillian was great!!! We will be staying here from now on during visits to Ft Lauderdale.

We have a full kitchen, so we can prepare all our food perfectly. the view front the third floor is so good you can see the beach from up there. Beds are very confortable and king size anf the individual sofa bed is very confortable too. We love our stay and the warm treatment from Jill the administrator and staff that we had was wonderful. We love to come back soon someday! Thanks to Sibi beach Hotel to give us a second home.
- Lisa (10/5): Sweet 16!!!!! - My daughter chose this hotel to stay at for her 16th birthday. She could not have made a better choice. Jillian was amazing from the moment of check-in to check-out. She brought my daughter a small birthday cake on Saturday and my daughter was overwhelmed with her generosity. I will be recommending this hotel to all my friends and plan on spending a weekend there with my friends in the near future!!! Thank you Jillian for making the weekend extra special for my daughter!!!!
- Gina (10/5): - Everything a more for an out of town week stay! Friendly staff and very spacious and up to par rooms! Greeted upon arrival. Papers for all our information. Quick check in and check out. Everything was quiet during night time. Perfect for families with lots of kids or a group. Rooms had a stove. Close to the beach and downtown shopping area! All walking distance! No issues parking! Further into town you have your banks, pharmacy, grocery stores, and shopping retail as well as entertainment/dining! Pool was nice for the kids too! Definitely a plus!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Weekend Getaway - Four friends and I stayed here for a bachelorette party over the weekend and loved staying at Sibi! Our two bedroom suite gave us access to the entire third floor including the sun deck. The hotel staff was amazing and very accommodating. The manager, Jillian, surprised the bride by bringing a custom cake to our suite during our stay. It is also just a couple blocks from the beach and only about a ten minute walk to Beach Place. I would not hesitate to book at Sibi in the future.
