- Naomi (5/5): No sleep - It was clean and the staff was nice The bed was as hard as a rock, and the air conditioner was so loud I couldn’t sleep. At one point for about 2 hours it would make a noise like a bunch of glass hitting the window every 10 min. I turned it off and then it was to hot. The carpet felt wet to the feet, and there was no freezer in the fridge.

- jJBRUNEY (10/5): 10 our of 10 Stay - We recently stayed at the AmericInn by Wyndham in Beulah, ND while in town for work at the mines, and our group had ten rooms booked. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel like part of the family. Any concerns we brought up were handled right away, which gave us complete confidence in the team. A special mention goes to the manager, MD. He is one of the hardest working managers I’ve ever seen—cleaning rooms, helping with breakfast, covering the front desk, and jumping in wherever needed. His dedication sets the tone for the entire property, and you can feel the teamwork and family atmosphere among the staff. Running a hotel with this level of efficiency and warmth is no small task, especially when accommodating a large group like ours, but they made it look effortless. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our time in Beulah. Highly recommend this property to anyone traveling through the area—whether for work or leisure, you’ll be treated like family here.

- 601reels (10/5): For the most part a good place to stay and they make you feel at home. - The hotel is always clean and the staff is great. If you have any problems with you room they are very helpful and quick to take care of what ever the issue. My only complaint that has not been resolved at the Beulah location is with the dryer in the laundry area. It does not dry properly. I've stayed there for long durations on 3 occasions, and I have had the same issue each time. I have mentioned the concern, but it seems to get overlooked.

Management is always helping customers whether its busy or not. They make sure their business is on point, work place busy and focused. The management has a very positive, can-do environment and the workers make sure customers are happy.

- jJBRUNEY (10/5): High Marks for this Hotel - Just wanted to make sure this hotel got high marks regarding my stay. I am not sure of the lady that took my reservation; Angie, Wendy, or something like that, but probably one of the BEST phone reservations I have ever had. I am not sure where she did her training, but it was downright perfect. Next was probably one of the hardest workers I have seen, he went from working the desk, stripping rooms, cleaning rooms, answering the phone to my surprise on his hands and knees scrubbing the breakfast floor and lobby area. He went by “MD” and has the service animal behind the desk, which was nice as I have dogs back in TX and with traveling miss them. That dog is a well-trained good boy. The hotel is well kept, no surprise with the amount of detailed cleaning I saw. The entire staff were all great but these two really stood out. The breakfast was good and hot, the breakfast person was kind and prompt with replenishing everything out there, coffee was hot. I have stayed at this property before for work and will be back again.

The pool and hot tub were nice to use although the button to turn on the hot tub jets didn't always work. The view from our room was pretty. The room was never cleaned in the 3 days we stayed. We had to go to the desk in order to get more towels, soap etc. The floors throughout the hotel were never vacuumed. Could be due to a lack of cleaning staff, but we were never told that. I also didn't ask.

We traveled with our 132# (very well trained) German Shepherd dog and they were very hospitable. Pet friendly and kind. We stayed four days and three nights. We will be back again as usual. When we come to the area this is the place we always choose! Clean rooms & lobby, nice atmosphere, great breakfast, good service! And the pool area is very relaxing as well.

Was very busy due to a lot of things going on in the area but was still quiet in our room, even being right next to an exit door for both floors. Make sure you bring your own small bills and change for the vending machines and laundry as customer service desk ran out of $1 bills and quarters due to someone taking them all to do laundry at the guest laundry facility.
- JESUS-IS-THE-BEST (10/5): SUPERB SERVICE - Stayed here nearly two months for work. Safe area with sports bar across the parking lot. Close to city centre but nearest big city is Bismarck, which is ~80 miles away. Courteous, amicable and accommodating staff especially Kim, John and Josh. Has daily hot breakfast to include waffles, biscuits, gravy, meat, yogurt, oatmeal, juice, coffee, tea, cider, etc. Property also has a gym and pool. Occasionally, there were snacks in the lobby such as chips and tangerines.

Made sure I knew when breakfast was and where the best place to park was. We were on a family vacation and traveling off the beaten path—we were so happy for find a clean comfortable place to land for the night! The room was clean and spacious. Even had adaptive items in the bathroom (rails/shower chair). Would stay again!

- steveP3321HM (10/5): Spectacular staff. - The hotel was a standard for Americinn. A good sized hot tub in the pool room. Good hot breakfast with eggs, meat, waffles, breakfast sandwiches, biscuits and gravy! I checked in two times this week late at night (11:30 pm and 9:30pm). Both checkin staff were great. They were very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. I spend a lot of nights in hotels and appreciate re responsive night audit/staff. Kudos to the staff! They definately made the stay great.

Made us feel at ease and welcome! The meeting room was inviting, well prepared, and had everything we needed—the perfect location for our 8-person meeting. The staff was knowledgeable about the area. The lobby was a great place to do work on a very rainy day, even after we checked out of our rooms.

BUT if you are being realistic about this being small town, rural North Dakota, you will be blown away. I was so impressed with our recent stay. Hotel was very clean. Staff was amazingly friendly. We came in late one night and our kids desperately wanted to swim. It was almost closing time for the pool, so we were arguing with them about it. Front desk staff overheard us and said she didn’t mind if they swam a little past the closing time. Made our kids entire trip! A small gesture, but it meant so much to us. Very impressed!!

The room is heavily scented with air freshener to the point that it was hard to breathe. The shower is in a tub with a very high edge and a slick floor, so it felt very unsafe to take a shower. Some of the breakfast items were absolutely inedible. This is a $50 a night hotel at best. There is a far better place to stay in this town.

- White_Kong (8/5): Friendly folks - Like most AmericInns, this place is dated, but well maintained. The room was clean, the water was hot, and the water pressure was decent, and the folks were friendly. That said, the fixtures were dated, i.e. no USB connections.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - The hotel is located in a good area. I have stayed here before. The establishment looks kept on the outside but has many inside signs of wear and tear. These Include leaks in bathroom wall onto the floor, pool area and pool bottom needing repainting , pool water temperature increased as it was to cold for the kids to swim , carpet worn throughout, and sour milk at continental breakfast. The staff was courteous and well attended their guests.
