- Jerry (1/5): EVERYTHING ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS IS REPREHENSIBLE - Absolutely nothing!!! The fact that they cancelled my (already charged to my credit card/prepaid-since February) reservation while my plane was in the air en route to Florida. No excuse given, would not answer/return my phone calls, only sent me an email. They obviously realized, a bit too late, that Formula One was in town and they could get a lot more money for my room. So, they unceremoniously cancelled my reservation and hung me out to dry. Panicked, I sat in my rental car searching for a room in a town that had NONE or if they did it was grossly overpriced. Finally, wound up at a Best Western in Kendall...their last room. F HOTEL ARYA!!! Not to be trusted! SCAMMERS

La piscine est très agréable avec une vue magnifique. Le personnel était très sympathique. L’établissement mérite une bonne rénovation, les installations sont très anciennes et le studio dans lequel nous logions était très sale. La Clim est tellement bruyante qu’on ne peut pas l’utiliser la nuit. Très peu d’équipement dans la cuisine. Tout était très humide (par exemple les serviettes de salle de bain ne sèche pas durant la nuit)

Once again the front desk provided us with the hotel WIFI.

Left multiple phone voicemails and texts as the recording requested and no one answered. Total lack of customer service. and the room was just fine, but nothing special. Would've assumed it was any typical hotel room not a private residence.

Staff was exceptional and let us use the facilities before check-in time Communication with the host was non-existent. The instructions e-mail we received mentioned we can request free early check-in as of 12pm . I made the request twice and never got a reply from the host and had to wait 4 hours to check-in the room. The fan in the bathroom did not work.

- Mollie (5/5): Thumbs down - I love the location When booking I'm sure I booked a balcony view for $517 for 3 nights. When getting to the room we had two small windows no balcony. I called the host they said call booking. Which I did I was put on hold the person said they had it available and the hotel had to approve it. Then the email said up to 48 hours which is crazy! The first night we didn't watch TV. The second night we tried turning it on. Three remotes. None work! I called and messaged the host. No response! We watched TV on the phone. This is my second time with Arya my first stay was amazing. This time I am very disappointed. Last night was our last stay here. Which they emailed saying there was no response from the hotel to switch rooms.. it's a no for me for Arya

Few complaints about towels ..the host left us 4 towels for a week stay . The pool is super nice but they don’t clean the pool cushions and pool towels were never there I had to call the front desk almost everyday instead of walking all the way down to front desk ! Pool is on the 5th floor great views from the pool ! All in all it was great stay . We had a studio w a massive tv and pool view on the 9th floor . Only bad was no regular amenities (restaurants, room service ) barely any bath towels and slow elevator . However tons of places to walk to for great lunch and dinner . So if your booking thru vrbo bring a few xtra towels for your room . Luckily I read some older reviews . So pack waters sodas and snacks and maybe a bath towel . We got lucky w any updated room .

It was quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax. The amenities were solid, and the service was friendly and professional throughout our stay. We would definitely love to return on our next visit to Miami!

- Gary (2/5): - To call this room a DUMP it would need a remodel. To call the carpet stained and dirty it would need cleaned. You can find better furniture at Good Will. Two dangerous conditions are present. The bathtub has unusual high side making a tripping hazard and no handrail. The micro wave and refrigerator are plugged into a household extension cable. This is a fire hazard as the NEC calls for separate circuits for this units. Cable TV remote was broke and TV stopped working after 2 hrs. Way overpriced room. Maybe other rooms are better???

We were a little biased because we stayed the previous month in a different unit, one floor down,and it was pristine and had a better view for less per night.

- Julia (1/5): Nightmare - We booked 2 x 2 bedroom apartments and one suite. When our group arrived there were only 3 regular rooms meaning that two of the group did not have beds. I phoned the hotel and the rude man on reception just put me on indefinite hold and then cut me off. He said that the private residences had nothing to do with the hotel and couldn't help. The apartments we had booked were not what we got on arrival and the following day when contacting the hotel said they reserved the right to change the room type. I had no response at all from the property management despite calling and emailing them prior to and after arrival. It was very late at night and we had to book last minute rooms at a different hotel for the people who did not have rooms. They had been travelling for 24 hours, all in all, a horrible experience

- Mihoc (7/5): Great location! - We loved our stay in this property! It had a fully equipped kitchen, lovely view from the balcony and comfortable bed. Honestly, location wise you can't get any safer, in one of the best neighbourhoods in Miami, lots of restaurant and bars nearby. The pool is great as well, when we went it was quite enough and you could tell it regularly gets cleaned. Our neighbours decided to wake us up every morning at 8 am by playing music... When complained about it nothing was done. The balcony was 'shared' with them as well. They were constantly there and we barely got to spend any time on the balcony. We were there for 10 days, and we had to ask for our towels to get changed twice, personally I think this should be changed anyways without asking. Other than that everything was perfect thank you so much !

I had to put my hand in to manually flush. Than a loud noise was coming from bathroom same commode pump had to be replaced. Not even a few glasses were available to drink a glass of water.

- lauramZ1601WA (2/5): No Hot Water-Unresponsive Management - We had a very unsatisfactory experience in unit 2010-2 in our recent stay. Water temperature in shower was tepid at best. We contacted Yokasta at SoFla who sent the blg engineer who confirmed that a plumber needed to change out the cartridge in the shower to allow more hot water. We were informed by Yokasta that the water temp was not within their control and was regulated by the blg. This was patently not true. On the 3rd night of our stay we were offered another unit. We moved at 10pm to a unit that had hot water. We were very grateful. However, at 10am we were asked to move back to our original unit where a plumber had corrected the hot water issue. Obviously the hot water issue could have been easily solved after we first notified SoFla of the problem. Moving all of our possessions and groceries for a 12 hr stay in another unit was not what we had expected. Was very stressful experience which ruined a good part of our vacation. Also, would advise that unit 2010-2 is very run down.
- Mark (6/5): Hotel Arya did not do well! - Sorry guys, this trip was a miss. The needs a serious refresh to command the kind of price I paid. I would have been better served staying at a Marriott courtyard or even Hampton. The room needs: repainting , bedside lamp not work, hair in a dated tub, not a walk-in shower. Tv did not work. Heater did not work. Not impressive.

- Emon (5/5): It’s was alright. - It was easy to pick up the key I don’t like that when booking the room, it wasn’t what the pictures made it out to be. I don’t like that when we got into our room the smart remote didn’t work and when I went down to the front desk I couldn’t even get batteries for the remote cause it was after hours but, I think it’s ridiculous that I can’t even get batteries after hours. The jacuzzi is called a “spa” which was extremely misleading.

So kind and prompt. I love the location of the property. This visit, I enjoyed the parking pass with the room. The washer/dryer was an added perk! The smell of the room was very musty. It needs a little update. The parking garage was terrible to maneuver. Thank goodness I didn't get the size rental car I intended to, I would have never made it around the turns with the construction.

The balcony was shared, not an accurate depiction in room description. The room wasn't as clean as I would’ve hoped considering the price. There’s an “excessive dirt” fee, yet no sponge was provided for washing dishes. AC wasn't working well.

- Francisco (10/5): Great short and long term stay - Great place. The whole building seems like it's a hotel catering for short term style rentals plus a fancy hotel connected to it. Great building, location is spectacular, views on the water make the stay worth it.
