- Yessenia (3/5): Stay at your own risk place made for heavy smokers - The area was a quiet lots of restaurants options near by inside the room the sheets, table area and bathroom where clean but the air quality was not ! the fridge worked properly cool our drinks etc the air conditioner worked properly as well tv had different channels to choose from the toiletries they provided was on since we where only staying for the night the overall the price was reasonable but I have stayed in place wayy cheaper but clearner than this One of the worst places i have stayed here in bookings DONT let the pictures fool you as looks are deceiving…. supposedly it said it was none smoking room but as soon as you open that door it smells like a saloon the smell was soo powerful we could barely sleep now the only reason I didn’t leave it was because we checked in super late and didn’t want to go to another place thats how bad it was the smoke alarm ? was resting on top of the “tv dresser type of stand” the ice machine? Supposedly wasn’t working due to pipe issues now im glad i didn’t use it anyways and also the vending machine? Everything was sold out and when I finally got to choose from other stuff that was available you needed to have exact change and it took my money due to me not having a quarter there was noise throughout the morning 2-5am which we didn’t rest so well I would only recommend this place to people who are heavy smokers and don’t mind the nasty smell would never stay here again!

- Olivia (1/5): - Nothing They misrepresented themselves and were very rude
- Matthew (8/5): - Was a good value for the money was adequately clean.
- Dustin (1/5): - The tv was hung up in the wall and was a decent size, the stand up shower was kinda nice. And there a sonic within walking distance The tv only worked half the weekend. The microwave didnt work at alll. There was a half roll of used toilet paper in the bathroom. Room service knocked on the door as if they were the police searching for a fugitive on the ran..and I think the neighbors were involved in suspicious activities leaving and slaming doors all hours of the night.

- Mary (1/5): - Front desk gentleman was rude. Family needed to reach me and he would not put them thru to my room. He hung up on them 3-4 times and then blocked their number from calling the motel. He was told it was an emergency and he still hung up on them. Awful service.
- Shamika (9/5): Superb - I like everything That the 🚽 was leaking
- Antwion (10/5): Exceptional -
- Deb (8/5): - It was nice and neat when you came in. Staff was friendly.
- Al (4/5): Disappointing at best! Writeup in Booking app did not accurately describe this property. - Not far from the Interstate 95 Room was clean and lighting was poor. There was a section of the room that was empty. A table and chairs would have fit perfectly in this space. The desk chair was riped and old and should be
Replaced. No towels in room. Need to ask front desk for towels and had to wait as towels were being washed.
r towels. This motel did not offer coffee for guest let alone no food as some motels usually provide guest
- August (3/5): Poor - There was nothing I really liked, it was pretty clean I guess. The chair was so used all of the vinyl was peeled off. The bed was hard. Was over priced for that place.
- Stephanie (6/5): Pleasant - There is no breakfast. Location was good. There was not a bathtub. It was only a shower.
- Margaret (2/5): Very poor - I booked two double beds in a double room. I got there the guy told me he had a king there was a mistake the room i wanted was not availible. I was not happy so my friend had to sleep on the floor. Not ok. Then i asked if there was coffee and the guy said no. For $70 you need to change that. I get in the room and there no chain lock its been broken off. Need to fix that as two females staying in that room extra security is needed.. No coffee for travelers this is important. Change that.
- Ahlstedt (3/5): Poor - It was very cold outside. The room was freezing. The heater, when turned on by me when we arrived was loud starting up and extremely slow bringing the room to even 50 degrees.Missing light bulbs made the room dark. The heater rattled all night. No extra blanket. We will not return. Cold, dark., see above
- Erin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Norm (5/5): Passable -
- Kim (4/5): - It was ok, but the door had cold air coming in from the bottom!!! We had the heat on 86 degrees but it only got up to about 55 all night!! Very cold!!
- Kristine (6/5): Sleeping with earplugs got me through this night. - The room had everything I needed in terms of furniture, basic equipment, etc. Comfy bed. Shower head was at least 7' high... preferable to those too low, as I'm nearly 6' tall. Walls were pretty thin. Neighbor's TV was too easy to hear.
Shower water got warm enough to suffice, but not Hot. Weather was pretty cold out - probably contributing to the problem.
WiFi was available but quite weak. A 1hr45min podcast was only 1 hour through after about 3 hours of listening due to constant buffering issues.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - All new furnishings and decoration. Plain/basic accomodation.
- Sharon (4/5): - It’s a nice area
- Kee (10/5): Exceptional - Everything
- Mark (6/5): - parking difficult with full sized pickup truck.
- Drewette (10/5): Exceptional - Great room for a great price
- Vermillion (7/5): Good -
- Karen (1/5): Not worth the price & I injured my foot badly on a step that shouldnt have been at entrance of room - I injured my foot badly from a fall. I tripped going into the room but I fell leaving the room vecause there was a step at the entrance of the room, which was wierd to have to step up atthe entrance. I fell and my foot still really hurts. Could not stand or walk when ai first fell. It is my driving foot so its still difficult to drive because of the pain. Didnt sleep well because I was in so much throbbing pain. I had ice and hospital stregnth Motrin but it didnt take the pain away. Going to go to the ER. I think its sprain or something. Still really painful to walk/stand. Kind of pricey for what I got.
- Sheshayarkey (9/5): Stay was peaceful - Quietness They changed the prices fromm 55.00 a night to 75.00 a night
- Verified traveler (4/5): Needs upgrading for cost of room. Worth $35 maybe. - Check-in was confined to a grungy tiny room with a window separating guest from staff, and no access to a sitting room. Took very long. The bedroom had no carpet, no door mat, the sink is in the bedroom not the bathroom, the shower has no tub, and there's no coffee maker. Towels are super thin. Need to invest more in upgrades to warrant $70/night.
- Kee (9/5): Superb - Bed Parking lot
- Lawrence (3/5): I will not stay there again - Too far off the highway…next room loud heavy smokers outside their room so our room raked of heavy smoke. See above
- Jerome (7/5): It was what one would expect for the price, it served my purpose. - What breakfast? There was no breakfast. There was a stale odor in the room. It could benefit from a cleaning and painting.
- Stephanie (8/5): - The staff was very attentive and helpful.
The room accommodations were sparse, but adequate. Considering the cost, it served the purpose for 1 night.
- Brian (3/5): Poor -
- Rita (1/5): Cigarette factory on steroids - Quick check in The room was a non smoking room, but reaked of cigarette smoke. Couldn't breath or sleep. Asked for a room exchange, but none available. Front desk lady was very nice and came to room to spray air freshener that only lasted a few minutes. It continued with the horrible smell of cigarettes. Couldn't wait til morning to check out and breath again. My son coughed all night. It was so horrible. Will never stay here again
- Nelson (8/5): - A little noisy at night music in car
- Drob (6/5): Pleasant -
- Shamika (10/5): Exceptional -
- Arrington (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeff (5/5): Passable -
- Lawrence (1/5): Very disappointed - Nothing Everything
- Lamont (10/5): Exceptional - Na Na
- Louis (9/5): Superb -
- Walter (1/5): Bad - Nothing Dirty dangerous and none responsive staff. Took one look at the dirty and broken room turned around and left . Refused to discuss reimbursement for a room that I spent less than a minute in. Was not what was advertised.
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Kathy (3/5): I would not stay there again, sorry, to scary and smelled. - All the staff were very nice and tried to make everything work for us that we could not get to work on our own. Pretty minimal and run down in general but the cost reflected this. Did not feel safe. The rooms all smelled. Found a dead roach in the bathroom. Had to have someone come in and make both the TV and the air conditioner work.
- Eugene (2/5): - It was clean. However the outside and surrounding area was filthy, The entire establishment needs a major do over.
- Miranda (9/5): Superb -
- Baptiste (8/5): I would recommend family and stay again.. - Location No breakfast or pool
- Christy (3/5): Poor - The whole room smelled like cigarette smoke but it is a smoke free room. Found a fake eye lash in the middle of the room so it appeared it wasn't swept.
- Dana (10/5): Exceptional - Always stay here great price Nothing
- Dana (9/5): Superb - Great price Little noisy
- Dana (10/5): Exceptional - Great price Little noisy
- Baptiste (6/5): Pleasant -
- Matthew (3/5): Poor - The price The bed was too hard to sleep well. It was a no smoking room, but sheets had burn holes in them.
- Shawn (8/5): Very good -
- Baptiste (7/5): Would stay again because of the decent price and location - Location The noise of the other guests and the staff did nothing about it
- Shamika (10/5): Exceptional - The room its self and i love the bathroom. i love everything about the room i was in.
- Baptiste (7/5): Not good - Location
- Shamika (8/5): Very good - The way the room clean . The bathroom . i also like the way the room was set up. I didn't like the crack in the dooran the way the wifi was not working.
- Latashia (10/5): - I would stay here again and recommend family and friends
- Margaret (3/5): Cheap, convenient, just don't check bed too closely, yuck! Guess you get what you pay for. - The maid had done a good job as the floor, sink, shower etc were clean. The location was very convenient. Dirty stained edges on box spring. Very drunk man 2 rooms down staggering around outside for considerable time (at 7-8 PM) with music in truck on blasting so high it literally vibrated our room. No response when we tried to contact office on phone and we were not about to try to get to the office. No way they couldn't have heard what was going on.
- Natalie (1/5): It was a disaster. - It wasn’t any breakfast, manager and workers were very rude . Ask for towels and etc they kept saying they didn’t have any housekeepers. The hotel need to close down asap it’s a waste of space . I was very disappointed and will never stay there again. Didn’t like anything……
- Michelle (6/5): Pleasant -
- Harvey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Harvey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bunn (1/5): I did not get my refund back from this transaction - Did not eat because l was not allowed to stay in the room Nothing
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yury (7/5): Good - Everything was to my expectations. Nothing that comes to mind.
- Daniel (9/5): Very prompt courteous service at the front desk, a good price, super clean room. - I was very impressed with how clean the entire room was. Also, the neighborhood was quiet throughout the night, quieted down around 11 PM. I had room 116, and was pleased to find ample storage space for the three bicycles that I brought in. While there is no coffee on the premises, there is a Sheetz store on the way to 95 A coffee pot in the office would’ve been nice, I like my morning coffee. But, I’m still very glad I stayed at the Fairfax.
- Justice (10/5): Exceptional -
- William (6/5): Pleasant - The location
- Bruce (3/5): Poor - nothing old , run down , seedy bad location
- Arrington (10/5): Exceptional -
- Estella (1/5): Bad - Nothing!! Everything!! I left after I saw the horrible conditions😐
- Joann (6/5): the price is right - location and price felt a little unsafe, room decor and cleanliness very modest
- Alex (7/5): China restaurant was a walkable savior - cheap neighborhood
- Wendy (5/5): Passable - It was not at all what booking.com pictures showed. Our room was supposed to be non-smoking but it smelled of smoke. Beds were very uncomfortable. We couldn't even shut our bathroom door all the way.
- Robert (10/5): Great no frills motel - Very reasonable price for an overnight stay. Clean and friendly staff. Made my stay relaxed. I slept well.
- Tex (2/5): Bug bites and smokiness - I received bug bites to my face head and hand. I was promised a non-smoking room and received a room full of smoke. Even the linens smell of smoke which showed me they were not even washed before I arrive there. And the sheets had sand in them.
- Heather (2/5): - Although I had a confirmation for this motel, my room was rented out and the motel was full. The clerk did not check the Expedia app before renting out the last room. He ended up booking us a room at another hotel across town.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Room was dated and beds really uncomfortable. Blankets and sheets had stains on them.
- Sean (6/5): Average - Average at best. Nothing special.
- Burnita (8/5): - Service was very Efficient Staff was very Professional Room was very Clean
- Moe (2/5): The price is same as other places with reel 3 🌟 - IAM not sure who rated this place at 3stars
The room lack even place to hang your clothing in any place the bed sheets were strained and didn't smell clean
The street lights were showing from under the entrance door the Gap was so large that any strange animal can walk in
- Laura (8/5): Nice lil place - Was ok. The sheets had a few stains. The room was pretty clean.
- Angielina (10/5): - My fiance and I both Enjoyed are stay at the fairfax hotel
- REJ (4/5): - We had to call for pillow cases, wash cloths & bath towels.
- Kelly (6/5): Nor worth it stay somewhere else. - It is worth the $50 you spend. But nothing more. Actually.... Probably only worth 30 bucks. No coffee maker in the room. The door was not very secure for the area. And wifi did not work. Also they claim to have breakfast and they do not. It's quite convenient that Hotels.com allows them to say they do when they don't and haven't for almost a year..... When I say it's convenient for them... You can cancel once you get there and discover they have falsified information. This needs to be fixed!!!
