brianna (3/5): - It's good walking distance to Alot of places When we showed up the entire hotel was taken over by a wedding. I was not able to enjoy the hotel as much as planned due to this. Staff seemed to be too busy dealing with the wedding to keep up with helping other guests. Downs (7/5): Good but not great. - Coppins Restaurant was wonderful. Wait staff there was very attentive and friendly!!! Property is very beautiful! NOISE! We were in the North building directly across from bar on corner of Madison and 7th. VERY loud street noise (boisterous people talking loudly, sirens, and loud people in hall) until 3:00am and sirens until 4:00am. Saturday night was better but still very noisy. Also, lighting in bathroom is terrible for ladies putting on makeup. No direct lighting over vanity, just backlight behind the mirror. Knowledge bar bartender was a little rude and dismissive. We seemed to be bothering him. I would expect better for $16 cocktails.
Mike (10/5): Fantastic stay and 5 star hospitality! - The entire staff at hotel was top notch, from Edward and Michael at the Valet stand to front desk check in process was inviting and seamless. We forgot our hair spray and before we could even blink someone was upstairs knocking on our door! Fabulous event for New Years Eve and we will definitely be back.

Joanna (9/5): we stayed there three times and would go back. - This location is good to be close to the city without having to drive in it. Depending on the room, it can be noisy. It is typical of other cities in the noise level. It was especially fun to be there at Christmas because of the decorations and all facilities were open. The restaurant is excellent. The beds could’ve been a little bit softer. But overall, the room felt luxurious.
Gregory (10/5): Great stay in Downtown Covington - Hotel Covington provides a great luxury feeling. There was an issue with my bathroom toilet and they sent someone to fix it within minutes. There's not much I don't like about Hotel Covington

All the messages I received from the hotel, might have been automated, but they told me to pull up to the north hotel lobby for check in.We had to go to the main lobby. Having said all that, the room was amazing.If you can get a room looking into the lightwell, I strongly suggest it. It was well worth it. I definitely would stay there again.

Full sized fridge, robes, dishes, plenty amenities in room for purchase. Lobby smelled amazing with their own special products. Snacks and water , coffee all free in Lobby. I can't wait to come back if im ever in the city again.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. Housekeeping made our bedding and refreshed our towels every morning. Coppins is a must visit! Delicious food inside the restaurant, nothing better. You have to ask for Lisa when you go! The only thing we didn’t love, that wasn’t even a huge deal to us, was that our room view was the parking garage meaning we kept the curtains closed for the majority of our stay.
