La calidez del personal es, sin duda, su mayor fuerte; te hacen sentir bienvenido y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. Las habitaciones son sumamente cómodas, impecables y cálidas, ideales para las noches cusqueñas. La ubicación es estratégica, permitiendo llegar caminando a la Plaza de Armas en pocos minutos sin perder la tranquilidad. El desayuno es variado y fresco, perfecto para cargar energías antes de salir a explorar las ruinas o la ciudad. La relación calidad-precio es de las mejores que he encontrado en mis viajes por Perú. Lo recomiendo totalmente para quienes buscan confort, buen servicio y una ubicación privilegiada en Cusco.

El personal siempre estuvo al tanto de mis necesidades y hasta me dejaron un detalle en la habitación, definitivamente volveré a venir, esta super cerca de la plaza de armas y el lugar es seguro, lo mejor de todo es que no hay escaleras o es una pista de subida para llegar al alojamiento, a uno que le falta el aire cuando llegas a la altura esto ayuda mucho! todo ok!

- Dominique (2/5): Super affordable - Very close to bus station. It felt dingy. We were placed on the busy street side, on the third floor. Elevator was not working. Reading lamp was above headboard, so we couldn’t sit up in bed without hitting head. Toilet wouldn’t stop running without removing tank cover and dislodging chain. Honestly was worried there might be bedbugs, but we managed to steer clear.
