Randy and Heather (2/5): Would not recommend this place. - It was close to the water and walking on beach The doors where dirty. The bathroom had black mold. I took photos. There was no fire alarm detector in. The room. There were bugs in the tub. It smelled bad in the room. Stale smoky musty smell. My clothes smelled like it after leaving. Not the management fault, but we were kept awake all night long by very noisy people above us. Should have called the police. There were called in the morning.

The staff were lovely and helpful in helping us at all times. Suggestions… there needs to be a guide on how to work tv particularly for people not familiar to Canadian system, eg us from NZ. Another suggestion would be, to have a bath mat where the shower is as it can get quite slippery for older people. Also a jug or a kettle would be great for making cup of tea

Allan (8/5): - Location We had a 1 bedroom suite at the back upstairs. The resort has allowed smokers to sit in provided chairs and smoke. Often this smoke interfered with us sitting outside our unit.
Michelle (5/5): Office staff were lovely and we were appreciative for their extending our staybut I wouldn’t stay there again. - The location on the beachfront was good. Couldn’t get carparking on site was always parked out, wasn’t even a spot in the overflow on the back lane one night. Rm 54 had various maintenance issues and traces of smoking, Rm 43 was fresher but had issues with the toilet.

Crystal (2/5): - Thought I was taking my family on a nice holiday till I found a piece of a broken crack pipe under the end table where my children were sleeping and all I received from the front desk was an apology. Worst housekeeping I’ve experienced and especially for the price you pay, you could at least have a clean and safe environment for your children. 10 out of 10 DONT RECOMMEND!!

Colleen (2/5): - It is dirty. The lodging had zero vacancy and doing some math we wonder if you couldn't make sure the lodging was clean the tables had cup water marks that wiped off. The toilet was dirty until I cleaned it. The bathtub had a stain that resembled fecal matter, until I cleaned it . There is a beer tab behind the dresser in the bedroom, and the dresser drawers are not inserted on the tracks properly. The tv and cable box are dusty. There is a 10.00 fee for not doing dishes but you did not supply a tea towel. We arrived just before 8 and thankfully the staff was still there. There were screaming at one another about a lost key for the lock box. We won't be back and this will also appear on yelp. I cannot believe the price we paid to say at the motel. Emily (1/5): - There was a mix-up with booking.com, and we got charged twice for our stay. Once by booking.com before our stay, and once by Shoreline Resort during check-out. What's more frustrating is Shoreline Resort charged our card without informing us, and we only got an email invoice 10+ days after checkout. It has been almost 3 weeks since checkout and this still hasn't been resolved.
