Guest Reviews
- anty soo (10/5): - Great homely and friendly feel to the place. Fabulous attentive hosts. Catered well for a coeliac too including homemade biscuits in the room. The only thing I didn't like was the tea, but that is because I am fussy.
- JANE (10/5): Lovely place to stay. - Great location, beautiful pod. Lovely little extras like the gorgeous home made oat biscuits with tea, coffee and milk waiting for you. Nothing to dislike.
- Grantham (10/5): - Everything. Nothing
- Justin (10/5): Clamping huts manor farm sutton on sea - Lovely place to stay, peace and quiet, huts were very well equipped, beds very comfortable very friendly owners. The only down point was having to leave!!
- Claire (10/5): Excellent shot stay - Pod was excellent. Location was very peaceful and well situated. Nothing to dislike.
- Kirsty (10/5): Amazing, would return! - The pods were fantastic. Good attention to detail, beautiful, handmade pods and the owners were lovely and very helpful! Nothing we didn’t like to be fair, just remember to bring some kind of torch as there’s little lighting on the short walk to the pods but they mention that in the description anyway.
- Lyndsey (9/5): Lovely stay in a great location - Loved the pod and it was so well equipped, milk and homemade biscuits on arrival too. Just had everything we needed and was a lovely stay.
- Sarah (10/5): -
- Richard (10/5): We had a lovely relaxing stay and will definitely return soon. - Wonderful accommodation, within easy walking distance to the pubs, restaurants and beach.
- Carol (9/5): Very relaxed and easy going. Rachel and Dom were helpful and very obliging. - Very comfortable. Good location. Good amenities.
- Kay (10/5): Cosy, comfortable and very quiet. - Surprisingly pleasant, quiet property. Nicely hidden away from the road up a track.
Really cosy, although I didn’t have a full breakfast the eggs were lovely from their own hens, home baked bread and a good coffee. Home made biscuits with the tea/coffee and fresh milk.
- Hannah (10/5): Homely, comfortable stay with perfect hosts - Beautiful clean comfortable room, made so welcome. Breakfast so tasty with added extra’s of homemade bread, cakes and biscuits.
10 minute walk into Sutton on Sea.
Beautiful surroundings in a peaceful quiet area.
Can’t wait for our next stay. Nothing
- Tracy (10/5): - Our pod was comfortable and cozy and was well equipped with the necessities, you literally just need to take your own towel and personal items. We even had some nice treats waiting for us.
Rachel and Dom were very welcoming, showed us the ropes, then left us to our own devices.
We had a sheep and horse for company in the opposite field which was lovely.
15 minute walk to the shops, great fish and chips and miles of sandy beach ⛱️.
A very piecefull couple of nights.
We will definitely be returning, hopefully we will see the resident owl next time. Nothing
- Laura (10/5): Amazing from start to finish, owners added personal touches and were absolutely 💯 - Everything was absolutely amazing beyond our expectations!!! Nothing to dislike you couldn't it was heaven

- Christine (10/5): I'll go back again......and I very rarely say that, about anywhere I've been - EVERYTHING!!!! The day I arrived, I was asked what I would like for breakfast the following morning. LOTS to choose from. Each item on the breakfast plate was cooked to perfection and the sausages.....delicious, lots of meat in them, rather than lots of bread. I could not fault anything....and it was cooked much better than I would have done for myself at home. Thank you Dom for the smiley egg omelette! Good quality of everything is the key for this B and B. The bed in particular, I have spine issues and yet I slept right through the night, deeply, I was so impressed I asked for the name of the mattress maker. A very environmentally friendly place to stay. Rachel and Dom are excellent hosts and when I expressed a wish to have a look at one of the glamping pods, I was offered a visit straight away, Although I stayed in the B and B part of the farm, the glamping pods are EXTREMELY well equipped in every sense. I think I might try one next year. This is a place I would recommend, without reservation. Places to visit are volunteered and I was given sheets of where I could visit. Rachel even rang up for me, to find out if the Donkey Sanctuary was open. It was and it is a delightful place to visit. For me, nothig.
