• Maarit (9/5): Näkemisen ja kokemisen arvoinen hotelli. Erinomaisella aamupalalla. - Henkilökunta auttoi ja neuvoi. Hotelli on erityisen viihtyisä ja hieno kaikkine maalauksineen. Aamupala oli monipuolinen erityisesti hedelmät ja mehut olivat raikkaita. Aamupala myös tarjoiltiin ylimmässä kerroksessa jossa oli myös kattoterassi. Hotelli oli hiljainen vaikka sijaitsi keskustassa. Aamupalalla tullessa tila oli pieni jossa henkilökunta varmisti ketä sinne tulee, mutta samalla tuli tunne, että he vahtisivat ruokailua. Itse olisin kaivannut siihen enemmän yksityisyyttä.

• Kenneth -Cyprus (7/5): Reasonable for short stay . - Comfortable bed, helpful staff especially check in and breakfast room, good breakfast spread ,convenient location for seafront , good wifi and aircon . Lots of new issues we did not like . We have stayed at Rise 3 times before, last time in May 2025 when we paid Euro 106- for a double with breakfast . In May 2026 the price was Euro 136 ,an increase of 28%. As a ''quiet ''room ,we were given a small room on the side opposite a noisy taverna ,we asked to change rooms and the hotel obliged with a front room but no verandah . By comparison ,friends stayed the same night ,paid Euro 116 and got upgraded to a suite !!! No longer value for money .The room only had one chair for 2 persons . The breakfast selection is good compared to other hotels in Cyprus , but Rise had moved the breakfast from ground floor to 5th floor since our last stay . 5th floor is cramped and it is difficult to self serve breads and coffee if more than 2 persons due to room design. Also the single waiter bringing food refills has to walk though the restaurant carrying the food , no back entrance !! Food like fried eggs were dry , seems the food had been there for a few hours .Kitchen staff have changed since May 2025 from Cypriots to foreign workers who seem not to have the experience . Rooftop bar does not open until 7pm on a Saturday night . It is too late .Guests usually like to have alcohol drinks from 6pm and there is no alternative at Rise hotel .

• Ines (9/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück, Das Zimmer war funktional eingerichtet. Hat gut gepasst. Das Zimmer war neben dem Fahrstuhlschacht. Unablässig und gut hörbar ruckt der Fahrstuhl auf und ab. Die Parkplatzsuche ist nicht ganz einfach aber es fand sich in der Seitenstraße ein Platz.

• Jana (9/5): Zelo lepo opremljen hotel. Super vse - Lokacija, oprema, čistoča, zajtrk, osebje - vse je bilo super Zmotilo me je, da je bil tuš iztrgan iz stene, kar so v hotelu morali vedet. Uporabna je bila samo spodnja ročica tuša.

• Katarina (9/5): One chill and relaxing girls trip, with joyable Cyprus moments! - Everything was very nice, graffiti and the appearance of the hotel in particular, and the breakfast with so many varieties on the rooftop terace even more than nice! The staff is so kind and welcoming and the location is great, walk distance to all interesting Larnaka parts. Some parts (like 10% of all interior) need to be replaced or renovated, to follow the rest of the appereance and condition of the hotel. In general, all very good and considering all, nothing specific that is worth of mentioning.

I'm actually not sure why they only have three stars...The hotel is beautiful and stylish with lots of cool art, located a short walk (about 7-10 min walk) from the beach, marina, and the promenade. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was really big. The breakfast was great and served on the rooftop, offering authentic local dishes and flavours to go with the view. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend :-) Cant fault anything.

• Andrei (10/5): - I had such a good time at Rise Urban! The staff were awesome, seriously, they've done everything to help me out. Very clean, close to the beach/town centre. Delicious breakfast. Also the top roof restaurant is one of the best places to spend the evening in Larnaka.

Bez zastrzeżeń ! - Bardzo fajny hotel z dogodną lokalizacją, blisko plaży (5 min spacerkiem), blisko przystanek autobusowy (korzystaliśmy aby zwiedzić całą wyspę), blisko kawiarnie, mini-market. Śniadanie super zróżnicowane, świeże warzywa i owoce. Fajny widok z tarasu (tam gdzie podawane są śniadania), wieczorem zmienia się w restaurację. Pokój trochę ciemny ale kwestia gustu. Codzienne sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników. Zdecydowanie polecam. W sumie nie mogę z czystym sumieniem napisać złego słowa o hotelu.

• Michelle (10/5): Fabulous city centre property with excellent facilities - Central location near Finikoudes beach. Parking available in a car park and on street for free. Beautiful, large and clean room with warm shower anytime. Quiet despite being city centre. Staff lovely and welcoming. Breakfast in the rooftop terrace was beautiful. Worth the money to stay. Nothing really not to like.
• David (7/5): - Big room. Convenient to have a small gym. Breakfast was decent. All the bathroom amenities are cheap and low quality. They don’t even give you actual toilet paper rolls. It’s the cheap dispensed toilet paper that you pull and comes out piece by piece. It’s pathetic they can’t give you real rolls of quality toilet paper. Blow dryer was cheap, flimsy and low quality.

• Shalem Belle (7/5): - If you are coming to Konkshan to sleep for one night, this is not the place for you. If you are coming to party, it can be great. The staff is nice and welcoming. The room is practical and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There were some maintenance deficiencies that kept me awake, such as a dripping toilet, the rooms are not well acoustically treated, and if your room is on the 4th floor, you will hear the dragging of chairs from the dining room on the floor above.

Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr gut, viel Auswahlmöglichkeiten, viele frische Lebensmittel. Die Promenade und die Altstadt sind nur einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt. Die Angestellten waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Privilégier une chambre à l’arriêre car quelque peu bruyant sur la rue malgré double vitrage, un disfonctionnement général du système TV qui a pris 4 jours pour le réparer.

• montserrat (7/5): Buen hotel céntrico en Larnaka - Ubicación muy buena, puedes visitar Larnaca ya que en 5 min estás en el centro, camas cómodas, Desayuno muy bueno -El parking son sólo 3 plazas, y el chico de recepción me aconsejo dejar el coche delante de la iglesia, diciéndome que era gratis, no es cierto va con tiquet, y eso se ha de informar, - se ha de cambiar el ascensor para el desayuno uno solo baja y otro sube a la cafetería, - seria de agradecer que la chica que esta en la cafetería llevara el pelo recogido, soltara el móvil y fuera mas amable,
