• Carol Ann (9/5): The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and central to the city centre. We'd stay there again - The noise from the street. Unfortunately Saturday night in Leeds can be very busy and loud.
• GEMMA (10/5): A fantastic stay and would definitely stay again! - The mansio suites were fantastic! The rooms and amenities were brilliant and high quality. The beds were comfy and spacious. The location is fantastic! The only negative was accessibility to reception. There are stairs to the reception instead of a lift which can make things difficult with bags or people who struggle with steps. There is a machine but no one to show how to use it. The rooms got very warm throughout the day. A fan is provided but didn’t make much of a difference.
• Michael (3/5): Awful - Quiet and secluded No towels - I requested they come to the room to check whilst I was there. Very bizarrely and quite inappropriately suggested they didn’t feel comfortable doing that. Charged £20 for late checkout - 45 minutes caused by looking for towels! Be wary of the apparent small print demanding a £200 gold on your card when checking in. I wouldn’t have even brought up the issues about towels etc until gobsmacked by the late charge and the rudeness in which it was dealt with.

Only 1 small bottle of complementary shower gel between the two of us should be 1 each for more than 1 night.

• Chris Fairer (10/5): Amazing - I had reserved a Superior Apartment, and I can confirm that the additional investment was entirely justified. The apartments are ideally situated in the city center, offering convenient access to both train stations and the arena within a short walking distance. Upon my arrival, the premises presented a clean and well-maintained appearance, and the receptionist provided exceptional assistance during the check-in process.
• collette (10/5): Beautiful apartment in the best location. - Location very central, the place was pristine with luxury decor and bedding. Shower awesome, bed really comfy. Such an amazing find that we are planning when we could next make an excuse to visit. The only thing would be clearer mention that reception was only open between 3 and 6pm, and you need passport ID plus a £200 credit car deposit. I was runnnig late and hadnt realised the ID thing so had to scramble for a friend to rush over to get the access card. I could have done email verification I think but I was on the road so wouldnt have seen any email messages to do so.

TOOK OVER " HOURS TI GAIN ACCESS AND BUILDING NUMBERSAND LOCATION REDICULIOUS I WANT A REFUND NOW.
• Sarah (4/5): Disappointing 40th!! - The property is very central and close to all local bars, restaurants and shops. I paid for an executive apartment for a 40th birthday and I have to say the apartment did not match the photos! The apartment was dated, shabby and unclean! We stayed in apartment 407 and it is in desperate need of some TLC! The lift was broken when we arrived and therefore I was left carrying all heavy bags upstairs on my own!! There was dust, paint crumbling off the walls, broken TV aerial which meant we couldn’t watch TV in the sitting area. The sitting area was extremely cramped for 4 adults. The bedrooms were shabby with unclean walls and dirty old carpets. One of the windows was broken and opened out wide which was a falls risk!! The safety mechanism was broken and snapped off! The receptionist was quite cold on arrival and not particularly friendly. It’s such a shame because the apartments are located in a fantastic area. I am so disappointed as I wanted something extra special for my friends 40th celebrations and I wanted her to have better memories! I think I paid way more than I should have and it was very overpriced for what I received. I wish I’d read reviews before booking. It’s pretty obvious from reading reviews that the company don’t like reimbursing customers when they are entitled! Save your money and look elsewhere!

• Paula (10/5): Excellent stay in central Leeds - Perfect location for Leeds Art Gallery - which was the sole purpose of the Leeds trip - and for good eatery choices along the Headrow and near by. Just a 5 minute walk from Leeds train station. The accommodation is really spacious we had a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment, everything is of high quality and very well equipped with everything you need for short stay or longer. Just lovely !! It was immaculately clean. Very comfortable. Reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. Couldnt fault it and highly recommend I missed the information about a key code to get into the building in the first place to reach reception on the first floor.

• Chloe (9/5): lovely space in the centre of leeds - the two bedroom apartment we stayed in was lovely - the bedrooms were both great in size, the bathrooms were spacious, and the amenities were great. the location was spot on, you’re right in the city centre. the receptionists were really nice too i did find this building a little hard to find, until i spotted the instructions to go down a specific alleyway. the reception hours are also a little restrictive for check in (closed at 5), but luckily i was checking in for 3PM so it didn’t effect me too much.

• HST - (8/5): Good - The studio was newly refurbished and had lots of amenities. This was really impressive. Tea, coffe, shower gel and even a full robe was provided. Well done Mansio Suites. I found two long black hairs under my pillow, the checked the bed and it was clean so i can only assume that it was how housekeeping, nonetheless, the studio was clean and this was not an issue. A few minor things were not working like the oven light. Also, the rooms are not sound proof as stated, my next door neighbour had guests until 2am which made it difficult to relax. I mentioned some of these to the venue via Booking.com and the staff did not seem interested in using the feedback to improve future stays. Pity these were not aknowledged. The overall experience was good.

Far too noisy from the traffic outside and the light coming through the blinds made the bedroom too bright to sleep. The apartment would benefit from black out blinds on the windows themselves and better soundproof windows, as it made sleep pretty impossible.

• Nikki (10/5): Absolutely fantastic stay at Mansio Suites - The receptionist was really lovely and very helpful when we were getting a little lost trying to find our car park with all the recent roadworks in Leeds. The apartments themselves are very high end, everything is finished to a high standard. There are molten brown toiletries and also dressing gowns in the room which is a lovely touch. The apartments were very quiet. I know they were all fully booked, but I didn’t hear a single soul whilst I was there very peaceful. I would most definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect! If I had to find something it would just be a request for a full length mirror that is very minor

• ianmX6374PH (8/5): Great stay - I recently stayed at Mancio Suites Headrow and overall had a really positive experience. The apartment itself is modern, stylish, and very well equipped. When I walked in, I was impressed by how spotless everything was — I genuinely couldn’t find a fault. The bed was lovely and extremely comfortable, and I slept very well during my stay. The layout includes a small living area with a sofa and TV, a dining table, and a kitchenette. The kitchen has everything you need: Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, and microwave. For me, as a business traveller, this is a huge bonus — I don’t always want to eat out or rely on fast food, so having the option to cook something healthier is ideal. The bathroom is slightly on the smaller side, but it’s very clean and well equipped. A really nice touch was the Molton Brown shower gels and shampoos, which made it feel a bit more luxurious. A couple of things to be aware of: • Reception isn’t open 24/7. If you’re arriving after 5pm, you’ll need to call ahead to arrange key collection and entry instructions. I arrived around 5pm and found the instructions clear and easy to follow. • The entrance is down a small alleyway into a courtyard. It didn’t bother me at all and I felt perfectly safe, but if you’re arriving late at night on your own, it’s something to be mindful of. • There is a £200 refundable deposit required. This isn’t made particularly clear on the website, so it may surprise some guests. I’d seen previous reviews mentioning that the apartments can be too hot or noisy. Personally, I didn’t experience either problem. You can open the windows for airflow, and once they’re closed, the soundproofing is good — I slept perfectly well. The location is very central — literally across the road from the main shopping centre — which makes it ideal if you’re visiting Leeds for shopping, heading to the arena, or having a night out. Parking is also very convenient. There’s Q-Park just a two-minute walk away (around £28 for 24 hours when I stayed), and NCP parking is also only a few minutes away, so it’s very accessible despite being so central. Overall, this is a very good option in Leeds — especially for business travellers or anyone staying a little longer who wants more flexibility than a standard hotel room offers. I’d definitely stay here again. Four out of five stars only because of the limited reception hours and slightly tucked-away location — but otherwise, a very comfortable and well-run stay.
