• Kulsoom (5/5): Affordable - Bed was super comfy and location, staff were good. The room temprature, it was stuffy and hot. Toilets were tooooo far.

• Macoose (9/5): Locks and Clocks in Box - Very secure and soundproof. It's more comfortable than a capsule because you can stand up. Everything you need is provided. I also liked being able to sleep longer than just 4 hours even if I had to pay a bit more. I had to wait to check in because I had to specify ahead of time my time of arrival which is difficult to predict because of immigration processes. But the staff tried very hard to get me in as soon as possible which was appreciated.

• Delton (8/5): Everything was OK but the online booking system was difficult to use. - The people at the desk. The online booking system did not work properly. It was very very difficult to enter in the dates. There seems to be a problem with the webpage and calendar. I nearly gave up it was so difficult. Also — the fact that the system only allows specific 4 hour bookings needs to be explained more cleary.

Das Servicepersonal musste mir leider bestätigen, dass die Zimmer nur für eine Person seien. Sie zeigte mir sogar das Mail, dass sie mir gesendet hatte, was ich leider übersah. Somit stornierten wir unsere Aufenthalt. Die Person an der Rezeption zeigte Verständnis und wir erhielten keine Rechnung. Super Service. Keine Ausstattung der Zimmer für zwei Personen, alles nur für 1 Person. Der weite Weg im Flughafen zum Boxtel wenn man mit all seinem Gepäck zu Fuss unterwegs ist. Ebenso suchten wir vergebens Wegweiser, wir mussten 2-3 mal Personal nach dem Standort fragen.

• Neil (9/5): Convenient sleeping spot for an early morning flight or overnight layover with the bare essentials. - Very convenient as the hotel is literally in the airport. But the bathrooms (as stated in the listing) are about 5 minutes away; this is actually 5 minutes and requires going up escalators or the elevator to a different floor. I also felt the air conditioning could be stronger; as the rooms are literally boxes, proper ventilation is important. The space is a little small if you have large bags. I had 1 checked bag, 1 carry-on and 1 personal item and I wouldn't recommend this spot if you have more than that and want to keep your bags in your room with you.

• Athira (9/5): Pleasant experience. Would recommend. - I loved how clean and convenient it was for passengers like me who had extremely long layovers. The only issue was that the restrooms were quite far from the location. Had to go up a floor waiting for an elevator everytime which was almost always crowded.

• Keaton (3/5): エアコンが無いので、室内がとても蒸し暑い - 立地は最高です。 部屋にはエアコンが無いため、室内がとても蒸し暑かったです。 蒸し暑い室内で睡眠をとることは大変困難で、私は眠ることができませんでした。 気温が高い時期に、室内で過ごすには、かなりの覚悟が必要になるでしょう。 一部のスタッフの対応が横柄で傲慢で、とても不愉快でした。 スタッフの接客態度を、早急に抜本的に改善して欲しく思います。 宿泊先を選ぶ際にサービスを重視する人は、他の宿泊先を選ぶ方が賢明でしょう。

• Kristina (10/5): Easy hotel to get some snooze on when travelling. - Good location, clean, easy to find, clear directions, great staff. You have to be aware that you have to go to the toilets into the airports. I did not mind though.

• Satoshi (9/5): 短い時間を快適に - 清潔　十分，手前にセブンイレブンがあるのでそこを右に曲がる．セブンイレブンでちょっとした朝食も買えます．クレジットカードは200バーツからなので，現金があった方がよい． トイレが遠いのでひとつ上の階で先にトイレを済ませるのが良いですね（他の方は3分とかいていらっしゃいますが，往復に20分を要する, 片道10分，くらいに考えておくくらいがちょうどよいです）

• Simona (10/5): Naprosto geniální - Absolutně tichá část letiště, bez lidí, letadla nejsou slyšet nebo jen minimálně. Můžete se vyspat ve velmi pohodlné posteli s kvalitní matrací a velmi příjemným povlečením. Máte dostatek místa i na velký kufr, v “pokoji” je dost zásuvek na nabití telefonu a všeho ostatního. Perfektní možnost jak strávit noc na letišti při dlouhých čekacích dobách na další letadlo.

• Andrew (7/5): - Room was as expected and quiet Washroom wasn't in close proximity to room. Had to walk 5 minutes and go to the floor above
• Linda (10/5): Perfect - Convenient location in the basement of the airport. We passed immigration around midnight and had a domestic flight at 630 am. We each had one of the pods for 4 hours. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and I got really solid sleep.

Korkunçtu. Ve böyle bir yer için hele Bangkok ta (herzaman güzel ve ucuz oteller bulunur.) Anormal pahalı. Düşünün yanda Hyatt otel var 5 yıldız 1.5 katı fiyatı. Sonradan gördüm...

• Simon (6/5): Clean, reasonable value and better than sleeping on floor with the other unwashed nearby. - Tucked away in a quiet area, not hard to find after asking security guard for directions. Nice bedding.Food outlets nearby. No bathrooms, not even a sink and way too far from public toilets on Level 1. No showers anywhere nearby. Not very practical at all for an overnight stay, i.e. a toilet trip will take at least 15 minutes out of your stay! I “held on” until after checkout and raced upstairs but found toilet cleaning underway at 0415h, Nearly had an accident rushing another 100m with bags to next toilet.

• Alexandre (8/5): Chambre utile pour se reposer avant un vol confortablement sans dormir sur des chaises à l’aéroport - La proximité avec l’aéroport très pratique d’avoir ce genre de chambre dans l’aéroport , chambre très confortable et chambre installé dans une partie de l’aéroport qui est très silencieuse. Le seul petit bémol c’est vraiment le manque de toilettes à côté car il faut remonter au 1 étage de l’aéroport pour trouver des toilettes

• Andrew (8/5): Relaxing and quiet - Arrived in bkk early and wanted to catch a few hours sleep before heading into city. Convenient for atl and food places nearby for snacks. Quiet and was able to sleep and relax for a few hours
