- Turgut (10/5): Nazik ve güler yüzlü ekip - Kızımla Almanya'dan ani bir şekilde birkaç günlüğüne seyahat ettik. Otel çalışanları nazik ve güler yüzlü. Temiz ve konum olarak güzel bir yerde. Ayrıca ilgi ve alakalarından dolayı resepsiyon ekibine de teşekkürler. Artık İstanbul'a gelince uğrak yerimiz olacak
- Guzal (10/5): - We went the river hotel for 6 nights, we really liked it because everything was clean, and the staff was very friendly, especially the receptionists, the breakfast was very good and there were multiple varieties. Its located near the train station so it was very easy transportation, we will visit again.
- Ravil (2/5): - Issues from start. First they don't have parking (even though they say there is valet parking) none at all. You have to find parking yourself. I found 15 min walk from hotel for 600 tl. AC is not working. (They changed our room) it wasn't working there either. Bathroom smells bad. Had to keep windows open. Breakfast included but you have to pay extra for omlet. Stayed two nights was terrible. Would not suggest to anyone.

- Shapour (8/5): TACK TILL PERSONALEN - Mycket trevlig personal och mycket väl bemötande så man kunde bortse från små skavanker. Personalen hjälpte i högsta grad för vår trivsel. Frukosten hade ingen variation och exakt samma pålägg och ost varje morgon.
- Farhad (4/5): - Booked for 3 single bed, on arrival no room were available, looked for new hotel but unfortunately no luck, then we were given a tiny room with 2 beds, I hade to sleep on the floor, you could hardly get in to the shower, it was so small and very old and rusty, very very basic breakfast, the beds were very dirty and old and very uncomfortable, hardly sleep the 4 nights we stayed. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

- shakir (2/5): It was a very bad stay - The room was very small . There is a window in the room look at the nothing but pipes and sh.. You can’t sleep because you hear all the noises from the other rooms.

The main drawback for me was that even though my room was supposed to be non-smoking, there were so many people smoking everywhere that there was smoke seeping into the room. I had to open my window & air out the room quite regularly. But other than that, it was a great stay.

- Göknur (8/5): - Im Großen und Ganzen reicht die Unterkunft, da wir eh nur zum schlafen dort waren. Die Lage ist eigentlich ganz gut in Bezug auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Straßenbahn quasi vor der Tür, die Metro und Marmaray sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Was ich nicht wusste ist, dass die Orte Laleli/Aksaray nicht gerade die sichersten Ecken sind. Die Zimmer wurden täglich aufgeräumt aber nicht gewischt. Man bekommt täglich kostenloses Wasser, Teebeutel und Kaffeepulver zur Verfügung. Auf der Terrasse oben hat man einen super Ausblick während des Frühstückes. Das Frühstück ist nichts besonderes aber es reicht vollkommen aus. Das einzig störende an dem Hotel ist, dass die Wände SEHR hellhörig sind und wenn man Pech ist der Nachbar am reden, singen, Fernseher gucken etc. während man schlafen möchte.

Расположение замечательное: на трамвае можно добраться в центр города (голубая мечеть, Аясофия и др. достопримечательности). В номере была ежедневная уборка. Номер небольшой, но всё аккуратное. Есть сейф. Единственный минус - однообразный завтрак. Были пять дней, ничего не менялось. На пятый день это уже есть не хотелось. Хотя голодными не оставались.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Hotel aceptable - Hotel correcto, ubicación buena, cerca del metro y del tranvía. El desayuno era bastante bueno y variado, muy buen queso. El personal bastante aséptico, ni agradable ni desagradable. La calle es bastante ruidosa, así que ojo con las habitaciones del primer piso. Las ventanas están poco aisladas y entra mucho ruido. La llamada al rezo de las 5:30 am es un buen despertador!
