- Kenny (9/5): Would be fantastic value if not for the many anooyances - Location, access to f&b, easy ride-hailing, within walking distance to the beach Some annoyances in the room that was not fixed - clogged sink, leaky shower door making bathroom floor flooded after every shower, vanity bath light doesn't work, bad placement of toilet paper holder (toilet rolls always drop), low water pressure for shower, flickering bedside lights. Either learn to ignore the annoyances or change room. But I think other rooms are more or less the same.

- Brian (8/5): Great choice - Great location - near night life and the beach. Nice pool - it's deep (1.7m) enough to swim. Comfortable bed. It's quite noisy. No fault of the hotel itself, but a loud bar across the street goes until 1 am or later. If you're a light sleeper bring earplugs. But traffic noise will be everywhere you stay.

The breakfast was good too and varied :) The pool was under construction. Not the best accessibility. I thought as per the pictures that it would be a bigger rooftop pool too and with more space. Beautiful though to have such view for a refreshing swim.

- Eckley (7/5): For the price it is exactly nothing more than a basic room, with bath and breakfast. - The two young ladies at breakfast every day were GREAT representatives for Customer Service. Also, a young man who worked at the front desk was very helpful. WiFi wasn't consistent, so this makes it difficult to communicate, etc. The pool area, although posted, did not have anyone staffing it, no towels, and yet the sign in your room told you not to remove towels from the room. The pool has a lot of grit in it, they should vacuum the pool.

- Melville77 (2/5): Terrible Hotel & no support from Agoda - I booked through Agoda I was first allocated the incorrect room on arrival & with a water drip on your head while sitting on the toilet etc they moved me to the correct room allocation the following day. The new room vanity light in bedroom & bathroom mirror light not working, kettle plug point & bar fridge not working, with no room safe I arrived back one day to find housekeeping had not closed my door. The safely latch in both rooms was broken.My toilet leaked through the night I had to put a towel down to absorb the water over night.The so called poolside roof top bar was never open I did see any other lounge bar as per Agoda amenities. People sleeping in the foyer at night - I had no option to depart early and find another hotel. Emails complaints to hotel to request a refund have been rebutted for me to contact Agoda . Sadly two different emails to Agoda as provided on their app have gone unanswered to date Given the shocking standards & misrepresented info & pics on Agoda I believe a refund is only fair & reasonable . Can someone please assist.

- shameras2025 (10/5): Great Location, Friendly Service and Comfortable Stay - The location is perfect, conveniently located near the airport and beach, with several restaurants, including Muslim-friendly options, as well as a convenience store nearby. It's budget-friendly and the rooms were clean with fast, friendly service. We also received small Christmas gifts, which was a cute and thoughtful gesture! The staff members were professional and helpful, especially the receptionist guy named Khanh. Khanh was polite, well-mannered and helpful. He gave great advice on hotel bookings, places to visit and even assisted with ride bookings. The breakfast was decent but could use more variety, as there was only one chicken dish available, no beef and several pork dishes. The only downside was the staff member responsible for checking the rooms before checkout. His lack of attention caused some unnecessary inconvenience and disappointment! Overall, the experience was great!

- Verena (7/5): Good - Beach is just 5 minutes away. Very large hotel room with a nice view over the city, had a garage to store our rental scooter. Rooftop Bar was closed, pool needed renovation. Staff was not very friendly, didn't offer us the egg breakfast options until the last morning.
- Christopher (4/5): Never again - Beds where comfortable and room clean Very run down especially the pool with missing pool tiles,no bar upstairs,not cleaned. Looks like a hotel ready to close down tbh
- YOSUKE (10/5): - 少し古いホテルでは有るがこの価格で朝食ビュッフェがついて毎日清掃とタオル交換があり、とてもコスパのいいホテルです。 屋上のプールはとても深く大人向けのプールと言えます。 近くには美味しいレストランが沢山あり、違うホテルに移動したあともこの周りのレストランを利用していました。 スタッフの方もとてもフレンドリーで気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。
- adammT9974XN (2/5): DO NOT STAY - DO NOT STAY HERE! The worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel In Vietnam. We got to our room after paying for 3 nights and we’re greeted by an army of Ants on the floor, secondly the room is dirty and falling apart also. When we complained to staff for a refund we were denied and laughed at.
- Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Very good hotel, everything is clean, cleaning is done daily. Right next to the hotel, to the left as you leave, there is a very good cafe, a pharmacy and a supermarket 10 meters away, the beach is 3-5 minutes away, everything is great! Recommended for unpretentious passengers!

- Kumiko (1/5): Bad hotel - I paid fee for the 20 days of the reservation in advance. I actually stayed at this hotel for only 2 nights. However, this hotel will not refund the remaining. When I inquired, they just gave me a fake refund certificate. I told Booking.com, but they did not solve the problem. I want the refund for the unused nights as soon as possible.

Ants coming in, needs a renovation some point soon and seriously add one name to your hotel it's so hard to find on maps and grab coming up as 3 or 4 different names

- Sandra (7/5): It wasn't bad not the worst hotel or the worst experience. There is a really good restaurant right next-door called - Good location. Pool was decent for a small pool with good view Cleaning could have been better. A male staff asked how much my daughters weighed very rude. Someone smoking on elevator, and when they walked out. They never turned on the air conditioner in the lobby, which really sucked because it's hot as hell out.
- Onur (7/5): It’s a good place if you wanna visit the city and do some activies - The staff are very competent and friendly thank again to Tara and Trang ! The location is very good i recommend to rent a motorbike and ride in the city ! It looks like the rooftop is abandoned. The skybar was closed and no one was taking care about the pool. In the description of the hotel they said they have free bike but they don’t have. Room are very small too you should upgrade for more confort
