Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und auch unsere Fahrräder konnten wir nach einer Regetour reinigen und sicher abstellen. Alles im Charme der früheren Zeiten; kann dieses B+B für einen Trip nach Lucca sehr empfehlen.

Sylvie (9/5): Séjour très agréable , nous recommandons vivement ! - L'accueil chaleureux de Giusy, sa réactivité, son savoir-faire, son savoir-être. La dimension 'familiale' de l'établissement : 5 chambres seulement, chacune personnalisée, on s'y sent comme chez soi. Le petit déjeuner varié. La possibilité de garer la voiture dans la cour de l'établissement : très pratique quand on est chargés, de surcroît gratuit ! L'emplacement : le centre historique est à deux pas. L'insonorisation pourrait être améliorée, semble-t-il, par un double vitrage. Un peu de circulation dans la journée.

William (8/5): Lucca is a nice stop in an authentic Italy tour. - Nice location just outside the walls of the old city. Free gated on site parking was appreciated. Very good breakfast. The walk to the train station is about 20 minutes which is good for a side trip to Pisa. The neighbours burglar alarm malfunctioned both nights we were there disrupting our sleep. It was no fault of our inn.

Posizione a 5 minuti a piedi raggiungi le mura l'unica cosa che però è un mio limite, ho avuto un po' freddo in camera. C'era un riscaldameto/condizionatore, ma ho avuto freddo. Essendo mezza stagione, ma sono freddolosa. Però il letto era caldo e comodissimo.

The property was easy to find, an easy walk into the old town of Lucca and private gated parking for our car. We loved the feel of this property, with romantic early 20th century decor, comfortable beds and modern bathroom facilities in each room. Our rooms were on the first floor, up the wide staircase. We had a lovely hosted breakfast in the breakfast room and enjoyed chatting with other travellers. Beautiful ‘old school’ b&b hospitality. Nothing

Cappelli (10/5): - Camera accogliente vicino alle mura di Lucca buona la colazione ma quello che è andato oltre alle mie aspettative è stata la gentilezza dell'host Celeste...mi ha colpito molto perché in tanti anni di viaggi non mi è mai capitato qualcuno che conoscesse le mie esigenze e fosse sempre un passo avanti per soddisfarle senza neanche chiederle...faccio un esempio la camera all'arrivo pronta già alle 10.00 di mattina anche se il check in era dalle 13.00 in modo tale da poter lasciare i bagagli ...la colazione anticipata per poter andare ad un firmacopie(lucca comics) mi ha prestato l'ombrello senza restituzione perché pioveva fortissimo ( mi ha salvato da polmonite certa!!)grazie grazie grazie ...mi sono sentita coccolata come a casa ... Ralf (9/5): Die Fotos zur Villa sind authentisch, dem ist nichts mehr hinzuzufügen. - Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Celeste ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Spricht Italienisch und Englisch. Die Nähe zur Stadt ist top und fussläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Flair der Villa ist fast original 30er Jahre und immer eine Übernachtung wert. Fūr Hundebesitzer: 5 Minuten laufen und Ihr seid in der Grünzone direkt an an der Stadtmauer von Lucca. Also fleissig buchen damit Celeste weiter authentisch Ihre Villa pflegen kann. Ach ja, sichere Parkplätze gibt es im Innenhof gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis. Man kann an allem rummäkeln, aber Preis/Leistung stimmen!

Gaetano (9/5): Une belle pause.... - La propriétaire est fantastique et attachante. C'etait parfait pour nous et l'atmosphère de la plage tres proche à la maison est familiale et sympathique. Rien de particulier, sincèrement. C'est juste le parking, un petit peu risqué en pleine journée.

Wolfgang (7/5): - Sehr nette Gastgeberinnen. Gutes Frühstück und Parkplatz vorhanden. Leider war unser Zimmer Nr. 1 sehr hellhörig. Jedes Geräusch vom Nachbarn darüber war extrem laut zu hören. Die Zimmertür mit lackierten Glasscheiben vermittelte wenig Privatsphäre.

angela (8/5): Perfect for visiting Lucca. - Very close to Lucca walls. Comfortable room with a very good breakfast. Celeste was very fast with communication and a great host. The outside area was neglected which was a shame as sitting outside is nice on a summer evening. Also we didn’t think that you should have to pay extra to park on the property. We have been visiting Lucca for many years and have never experienced this before.

Gregorio (9/5): Un soggiorno sereno - l'Hotel si trova in una posizione strategica, a 500 mt dal Centro di Lucca. Un bel palazzo, ben tenuto anche se un pò gli anni si vedono, una camera e materasso dignitosi, ad un prezzo onestissimo. Una buona colazione ed un parcheggio privato opzionale completano la proposta che, ripeto, per il prezzo pagato, va benissimo. Ciò che fa veramente la differenza è la qualità delle 2 proprietarie, Ilaria e Celeste, che fanno il possibile ed anche oltre per mettere a proprio agio gli ospiti. Infissi interni non abbastanza fonoassorbenti, da migliorare.
