- Li-jen (8/5): Very good - Interesting location. Huge room with kitchen. Large windows. Outdoor hot spring area is a bit small and facing the slope so you're looking at the forest. Bedroom doesn't have a window but you can choose to sleep in the tatami room. Indoor parking lot is a bit small so most guests have to park outside. The road heading to the hotel had a bit of compacted snow. The corridor is really long, and the lobby store needs more beverage choices.

- Benjamin (2/5): Would not recommend to others. - The room was quite large, and would be great for large parties. The breakfast was unfortunately rather terrible, even though it was pricey. It looked good from afar but when you actually tried the food it was a major disappointment. Additionally, the hot spring facilities were showing their age and don't seem to be properly cleaned daily. It also seems that the hotel staff go in there and bathe while guests are using the facilities. Finally our main bedroom also had a bug infestation that caused disturbance at night.

- Hanks (9/5): Very enjoyable fun to watch everyone at the all you can eat and drink dinner quite entertaining - Beautiful location , Saw snow monkeys munching on chestnuts on the street just around the corner from the hotel so cool, if you have time check out the Wasabi farm down the valley it is very interesting, l loved our time in this part of our Japan tour Needed a longer stay

- Aaron (6/5): Nice spot in the woods that needs a renovation - Nice onsen and located way out in the woods and nestled in the Northern Alps. Car is basically required to get around anywhere. It really needs a renovation. The walls and especially the carpets were stained and torn in places. Did not feel clean.

- Takehiro (6/5): - 露天風呂に入るとき、外ということもありましたが、あまり綺麗ではなかったです。 お部屋はリフォームされていて、綺麗でした！
- NOBUAKI (4/5): - ある程度の景色を期待したが、泊まった部屋、大浴場を含めて景色はゼロ。部屋によっては安曇野田畑、遠くの山並が見渡せるのだろうが・・・館内全体の匂いも気になる。エアコン以外の空調？が煩くて、部屋は静かではない。窓を開けても、木々のざわめきはその音にかき消されて聞こえない。部屋にはキッチンや電子レンジ、湯沸かしポットまであるが、ペンやメモ用紙、ファブリーズなど、ビジホでは当たり前の設備が無い。氷も売店での販売のみ。東館のほぼ端だったので、EVからかなり歩く。風呂は更に遠く、２回目は行く気が失せる。温泉なのだが、加温循環なので雰囲気は無い。朝食はテラスで気持ちが良いが、アルプスが見える訳ではない。スタッフは良くやっているが、料理は特に美味しい訳でもない。バイクは地下駐車場に停められるので、夜露が凌げて大変良いが、フロントまでは階段をえっちら昇る。まぁ、色々な意味でよく歩くホテルなので、足の悪い方には不向きである。
- Sae (8/5): - 部屋の枕が低いと感じました。大浴場は洗い場が広々としていて良かったです。露天風呂が気持ちよかったです。
- Naoko (8/5): - 山の上のリゾートホテルです。 第２駐車場はすれ違いが困難です。とは言え、夜はそこしか空いていません。夜に外出しようとする時は、入ってくる車がないように祈るしかないです。 朝、パンを焼こうとオーブンレンジを開けたら、前の方が残されたお弁当がそのまま入っていて、酸っぱい匂いがしていました。チェックインしたら、確認した方が良いかもしれません。

- MICHIKO (6/5): - 部屋は、とても広く眺めも素晴らしかった。冷蔵庫の中に、前の宿泊客の忘れ物があり、全て点検しているのか不信に思った。 朝食は、バイキングだった。会場は、2カ所あるのだが宿泊者の割に、狭くて混雑していた。会場の広さに限りがあるので、仕方がないが、もう少しゆとりが欲しい。
