• WT Kuo (9/5): - Proximity to Mt Daisen, so we could have an early start to hike the mountain. Room is clean and big, futon is comfortable, and staff is nice. Breakfast and dinner we had were good. The washing machines were old.

• Kerry (9/5): Highly recommended, I’d love to return! - One of the most comfortable beds I slept on, for over a month in Japan. I loved the location, the staff were welcoming, the room spacious, the free star gazing trip was appreciated and we enjoyed wonderful traditional Japanese food for dinner and breakfast. The public bath needs a bit of extra cleaning, it had some mildew.

• ＯＴＵＫＡ (8/5): 3連休中で朝夕食付きで、このお値段は、どこよりもお得なかんじがしました。 - 食事も美味しく、お部屋も清潔で綺麗でした。お風呂も十分な広さでした。 窓からの景色が全く見えなかったこと、コーヒーのサービスがなかったことが残念でした。

• Romain (9/5): - L’emplacement est top, les chambres traditionnelles sont incroyables, le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Juste dommage que le bâtiment est vieux et qu’il dégage une odeur de renfermé sans cela, il mériterait un 10/10. Sans compter les repas qui sont très généreux et excellent, déplus ma copine qui est vegan, le personnel leur a préparé à chaque repas un repas exprès pour elle. En résumé, allez-y et faites vous surprendre par cela super lieux

• Pui (8/5): Very good - Breakfast and dinner are okay for its pricing. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and clean. You have to set up your own bed. Pillow is a bit uncomfortable.
• Yeuk (9/5): Nice stay, helpful staff - The staff were nice and helpful. We stayed at a room with a bathroom and a toilet on the 1sr floor, which is clean and well-maintained. The public bath with hot spring is located on the same floor. The traditional meals were prepared with local ingredients, and in particular we loved the sukiyaki very much. It is just a short walking distance to the ski lift, and the hotel also provides ski equipment rental service. Guests could check with the hotel upon arrival. After parking our car at the parking lot nearby, the hotel staff drove to pick up our family and our luggage to the hotel, which was really nice as it was hard to carry our luggage around when snowing. Comparing with some ski-in-ski-out hotels just a few steps from the ski lift, we have to walk a little bit to get to the lift, but the distance is acceptable. Staff may not be good at speaking English, but we could communicate with translation apps, and they were helpful.

• Lee (8/5): Overall, we like the breakfast and dinner served. Portion is just nice, not too large. And we had different menu for 2 n - The staff are very helpful and prompt in providing solutions when asked. We went there to hike Mt Daisen, but there was an unexpected snowfall. Instead of rain, we had heavy snowfall. The property was near to the town centre, we could still spend our day walking around the town and up the shrines to enjoy the first snowfall. The scenery was awesome It would be nice if the the men’s shampoo and body wash could be of different type

• Trui (9/5): Superb - The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a skiresort and intensely used but all in all it was super clean. We loved the onsen (and the very beautiful bathing robes), and the star gazing night done by an enthousiast staff member was a surprise plus. // Also the food was sublime, top quality, finely presented. The public and room carpets are old and smelly, but all else is very clean.

• Verified traveler (10/5): 気持ち良い対応でした！ - ゴールデンウィークに大山登山目的で初めて利用、連泊しました。 大山に近く、部屋も広く、スタッフの対応、食事、サービス申し分なかったです！ チェックアウトした後、スマホの充電器を忘れていたと連絡をくださり、引き返すことが難しかったので、自宅へ送付をお願いすると快く対応くださいました！ 着払いでと伝えていましたが、サービスで送られてきました。 気持ち良い対応が素晴らしくまた是非利用したいです！
• Verified traveler (10/5): 大山登山の前泊利用 - 大山登山の前泊に利用しました。大正解でした。大満足！！次回も必ずこのホテルを、利用したいです。とても親切な対応をして頂きましまし、夜空観察という無料のイベントもあり子供達も大喜び。期待以上でサービス満点。次回予約が取れないと困るので本当は人には教えたくないくらい【笑】。ただ、気になった点は、目に付く所に掃除道具が格納してあったりした所が、少し庶民的かな？料金を安く大満足。
