• Timothy (9/5): We had a very comfortable stay and definitely recommended for families. - The hotel, facilities and rooms were very clean. The rooms were very nice and had everything we needed for our family including a washer and dryer, comfy bedding and what seemed like sound dampening walls. Beautiful parks within walking distance. The shared address could be more specific as there were three different buildings. Breakfast was underwhelming. Water pressure was low and the shower hose was not properly installed/broken making it hard to use. Not much in the area for local eats.

• OXANA (10/5): - Очень уютная квартира, кухня оборудована всем необходимым. Мебель не новая но в отличном состоянии. Чисто, ухоженно. Отлично квартира для не курящих. В здании есть чудесный ресторан на 5 этаже, очень жаль что узнали о нем поздно. Очень вкусно и нормальная цена. Каждое утро уборка номера. Для проживания отличное место. Рекомендую. Можно немного снизить ценник, процентов 15% будет достаточно для правильной цены. Спасибо персоналу.

• Warren (10/5): Luxury apartment in classy quiet district. - Very spacious apartment for a family stay. Huge comfy beds, nice kitchen and washing facilities. Situated in classy suburb with big private schools, parks and high-end restaurants around. Electric cars silently flowing by. Unfortunately we had no internet access (our fault) so we didn't get to explore the area as much as we would have liked. Would have appreciated details of airport links via metro/Maglev.
• Matthew (10/5): - We always stay here when returning to Shanghai. Having a kitchenette to cook when we want, the ability to do laundry in suite and the living room area are all a plus. There is a Family Mart and Starbucks just outside, and dianping cart around the corner on weekdays, plus a corner stand with fresh fruit and vegetables only one block away. There’s also an import grocery across the street. Also, reasonable and legitimate massages at Bamboo 7 within 4 minutes walking!! The units are clean and staff checks in daily. If you want to be in Jinqiao, this is the place to stay.

• SERGEI BUTIAGA (10/5): Nice place to stay in Shanghai - We were at rhe middle of Aug 2025. The place is not far from nain city sight seens and located in the comfortable not overcrowded city area. Персонал любезно согласился бесплатно оставить наш багаж в день выезда до самого вечера (у нас был вечерний рейс). Далековато от метро - 20 минут быстрым шагом. Завтрак очень скромный и однообразный. Нам также пришлось доплачивать 78 юаней за ребенка 12 лет. Завтрак был включен только для двоих человек.

• Dianshan (8/5): Spacious stay for a good price - Spacious condo with all facilities within the room. Big gym space. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom design made it feels tight space, if you open the door you almost cannot move around the sink area and the toilet is blocked by the door. Shower pressure is quite low. Kitchen needs to be better stocked - no washing cloths, only 1 kitchen towel, no dish drying rack, no clothes drying rack. Gym although spacious is lacking a little in exercise equipment.

I concern You about regarding reservation No4327622988 in Your Green Court Residence Jinqiao Diamond Shanghai hotel from 26/11 till 29/11. I have made booking No.4327622988 . It applied for me and my business partner Siarhei Yankouski . When we were checking into the hotel, we were charged additional cost for a security deposit. The payments were CNY 422 for me and CNY 500 for Siarhei Yankouski. We was promised a refund of the security deposit upon check-out. But a refund of money hadn't occurred for me and my partner at the time of letter . The reasons were not specified for not returning the money for us. We consider non-return of funds without reasons to be fraud. If the refund does not occur within 24 hours, I will write to the management of your hotel, bucking, to the police of Your City. Without a car, the location is not convenient. Surrounding, there are a few restaurants, no shopping. TV was not working until we got the staff to look at it.

• Nicola (9/5): Superb - Green Court Diamond is home from home. It's comfortable and well -equipped and you really can self-cater easily. There are shops nearby and plenty of restaurants if you are feeling lazy. The metro is a short walk away and it is a short run into town by taxi. Pudong airport is also very handy. I thoroughly recommend.
• Nicola (9/5): Has my vote! - This is a quiet and comfortable place to stay. The accommodation is spacious and the rooms are well-equipped. Jinqiao is a convenient location and a centre in its own right. It is not far from the airport and a 30 - 40 minute taxi ride from the former French concession.
• daejoon (2/5): 여긴 아닌듯 - ⁶인 조식이라 광고에 적어놓고 3인만 무료임, 3인은 비용을 지불했으며 인당 78원임, 뷔페는 정말로 민망한 수준입니다 실내 보일러 소리는 탱크 전장터였고 취기가 없으면 잠을 이룰 수 없을 정도임, 3인은 침대가 주어졌으나 나머지는 소파를 변형한 침대, 쿠션이 엉망이라 푹 꺼진 곳에서 불면의 눈망울도 푹 꺼져서 옴, 허리가 아픈건 서비스, 호텔스닷컴 그간 문제 없었는데 이번에 적잖은 실망

The apartment itself is maintained in good condition. Not so good—the amenities; I suspect they are not under the same management company as the apartment itself. The apartment itself is good but ALL the amenities are not in good shape, that includes 1) the children indoor playground (very small and there is not much there—like a sad baby sitting place); 2) the breakfast restaurant is 2* at the most, kind of old and does not feel clean at all (not worth $78 RMB per person); 3) the swimming pool does not look clean and not in good shape as well

• Marcio (10/5): Excellent place for foreigners in Shanghai - This hotel is located in an international district in Shanghai (Pudong), with several international restaurants and excellent places to walk. If you want an international place in Shaghai and do not spend a lot of money having a quite of life quality, this place is great! The room I booked was like an apartment, with kitchen, laundry, 2 bedrooms, living room and a good space for up to 4 people. The gym is really very good and on the same level is located a small community library where you can read several books. The breakfast is normal and not so lush, but enough for a business trip or for a few days in Shanghai. Excellent choice!
• Steven (8/5): Can be a good option - As the name indicates, this is more an apartment than a real hotel. I suspect that not all rooms are sold as hotel rooms, and that a number are regular apartments. It is appointed accordingly: the apartment is vast and efficient, albeit not plushy. Still, comfortable bed. The only points that would need to be improved in my opinion are: 1- It can be difficult to reach. Taxi drivers are not familiar with this address, and the Chinese name of the hotel is pretty different from its English name. 2- The air conditioning was not turned on. It may be good for the environment, but unfortunately it took a long time to cool down an otherwise overheated apartment to an acceptable temperature. Perhaps something can be done for this. 3- The place where breakfast is served is a bit small for the size of the place. It was tasty though, so quality-wise I am satisfied. Is it a keeper? I think for the deal I got and the place I had to go to afterwards it made sense. And if you are a family in search of an apartment, it may also make sense, even if you will have to walk somewhat to the metro. There are a few food options around the hotel at night as well.

I booked a 1-br apartment and got a free upgrade to a 2-br apartment, which was well-maintained and very clean. The staffs were polite and helpful. The breakfast food and drinks were fresh. Will definitely stay again in the future.

• whitefob (10/5): Wish we could have stayed longer! - We stayed here at the end of our trip. Somewhere were we could wash some clothes, repack our bags, and relax before the long flight home. This was perfect. For an apartment, it was huge. Very warm and clean. There were some issues with some of the vinyl flooring, but nothing major. Location was great also. Distance is not close to either airport.
