The room was very small for a family i will not recommended the (standard double room) still very small, we were me ,my wife and my 4 year daughter. And the picture on booking was different from the actual place.

Man war schnell überall zu fuss. Der Herr an der Rezeption (Ahmet/d glaube ich) war sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Alle können Englisch und sind Hilfsbereit.

- Barron (5/5): Mediocre at best! - If you want be in the heart of the Old City then this is a great spot as it is close to all the attractions as well as public transport. The hotel and rooms were clean and serviced daily. The Bed was comfortable. There was a lady who worked at the front desk who was very friendly, accommodating and made us feel welcome. The hotel cannot guarantee your room preference in advance and even though we asked for 2 twin rooms, when we arrived we were advised that they did not have 2 twin rooms for us and the best they could do was to put my 2 young teenage sons in a room in another building as they really didn't want to share a small double bed. The rooms in the main hotel are pretty small, breakfast is mediocre, and the guy working at the front desk is arrogant, unfriendly and unhelpful. The hotel knows they have your payment before you arrive so feel they can do as they please, and treat you as they want as they already have the money. It was not a great experience, but my impression is that what we experienced is the norm in this part of town, and in future will stay on the Galata Tower side of town to avoid this type of "tourist trap". This Hotel was our last stop on a 5 week holiday in Europe and was the worst hotel we had stayed at, even though the price was similar to other Hotels we had stayed at.

- FAWAZ (9/5): - السكن كان جميل لاكن ما كان موضح او الصور غير مطابقه لاختياري حجزت غرفه فئة خاصه كانت جدا ضيقه وتقع في الدور الارضي كنت دايم اذا فتحت الشباك اشم ريحه دخان وهذا شي عادي مو مشكله و لو انه يضايق شويه بس عادي لاكن اللي ضايقني فقط عدم النظافه الكامله كان يوجد شويه غبره في طاوله وتحت التلفاز وخلفه وايضا الكاسات كاسه كانت متسخه وغير نظيفه وذهبت من اول يوم لتغييرها من الاستقبال الموظفين جيديين ومحترمين شكرا لهم جميعا وخصوصا من ساعدني في حمل الامتعه اعتقد اسمه اكزول اعتذر اذا ذكرت الاسم خطا شكرا له على ابتسامته وحسن تعامله قريب من السوق ومحطه الترام ومحطه القطار و السوق

- Mario (5/5): Bella posizione ma c’è di meglio - La posizione è fantastica Camera minuscola, e sempre e costantemente la sensazione di essere fregati. L‘hamam che ha un prezzo che varia con la giornata. Servizio lavanderia a limite dell’estorsione (30€ per 3 t-Shirt) e servizio navetta che di default viene proposto come VIP ma che avrebbe un costo esterno molto più economico (consiglio mezzi pubblici comunque). Il personale in genere è stato gentile salvo un paio di individui davvero rudi. Abbiamo dimenticato un anello in stanza, 5 minuti dopo abbiamo chiamato e già non era più lì. Fondamentalmente non hanno perso mai occasione di spillarci più soldi.

- JOSE IGNACIO (6/5): No es lo que parece - La ubicacion La poca ayuda que recibimos, el desayuno muy escaso, el baño salia muy mal olor por la ducha, la habitación muy pequeña y el anuncio del hotel a la hora de reservarlo es engañoso parece que vas a disfrutar de baños ,sauna y es de pago algo no no sabes hasta que llegas allí y eso que lo preguntamos.

- Abrar (5/5): كانت تجربة إقامة سيئة بالفندق و لن تتكرر - افضل مافيه الفطور+ تعامل الموظفين للاسف.. اعطونا اول ما وصلنا غرفه صغيره و ضيقه جداً و نحن 3 اشخاص مع طفل .. لا نستطيع الحركة مع شنط و اغراض اليوم التالي بعد ما تكلمت معهم نقولنا لغرفه اكبر بالدور الرابع لكن لايصل لها المصعد + لا يجود بها تهويه لا شبابيك ولا بلكونه .. جلسنا 6 ليالي بالفندق لم تنظف الغرفه الا مره واحده .. حاجة صادمة جداً و كل يوم قبل الخروج اخبرهم بتنظيف الغرفه و نرجع بعد يوم متعب نحصل الغرفه ما تنظفت .. لا فوط لا مناديل .. الغرفه تفتقر لابسط الأمور ابجورة مافي مناديل بالغرفه مافي - فندق لا ينفع الا لشخصين .. حتى موقعه يعتبر بعيد عن الروشه..

- Christos (10/5): Η διαμονή μας ήταν ευχάριστη σε άνετο και καθαρό περιβάλλον . - Το πρωινό ήταν νόστιμο αλλά με περιορισμένες επολογές . Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή , κοντά σε μέσα μαζική μεταφοράς και το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό , σαν να βρήκαμε φίλους από τα παλιά.

Baia murdara si cu mucegai. Se aduna un miros insuportabil in camera, care venea de la baie. Eram nevoiti sa stam aproape tot timpul cu geamul deschis.

Персонал позитивный, чисто, все принадлежности в наличии вплоть до одноразовых зонтиков. Отличные полноценные завтраки включают в себя все необходимое и вкусный разнообразный кофе. Рекомендую этот отель всем кто желает погружаться в атмосферу исторической части Стамбула и не тратить время транспорт, а также ощутить себя желанным гостем в самой туристической зоне города.

- Nehal (2/5): تجربة سيئه جداً - فقط الموقع نظافة الفندق سيئه ومقرفه جدا عشرة ايام وللاسف المرحاض والمغسله متسخه جدا لم يقم بتنظيفها والارضيات جدا جدا متسخه ولم يتم تغير فراش السرير وعند طلب النظافه يتم تغير كيس سلة المهملات وترك الفراش متسخ وغير مرتب ودورة المياه جدا متسخه والغرف صغيره جدا وبوفيه الطعام غير متنوع كل يوم بنفس الاصناف وفي اخر يوم لا يوجد بوفيه وعند الوصول لم يتم وصول السياره الى الفندق لغلاق الطريق ولم يتم التعاون من قبل الفندق لحمل الشنط عند المجادله تم المجي بحمل الاغراض لا اكرر هذي التجربه السيئه

- DIRK (7/5): Kleinschalig hotel met goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding - prima locatie - Het hotel is prijs/kwaliteit OK. Het ontbijt was lekker, voldoende variatie, de ontbijtruimte is echter te klein als je laat kwam ontbijten. De badkamers werden dagelijks goed schoongemaakt, de bedden echter werden geen enkele keer opgemaakt tijdens mijn verblijf? Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de verwarming in het hotel stond op maximum, hierdoor was het in de kamer 26 à 27 graden, de airco werkte op een collectief systeem dus verkoelen was niet mogelijk. Bijgevolg heb ik continu de ramen moeten openzetten (s nachts lawaaierig en ook niet ecovriendelijk) De sauna kon je dagelijks een half uur gebruiken. Deze moest je reserveren wat erg complex was. Eén dag was alles volzet, de andere dag was 's avonds ook alles volboekt (door externe betalende klanten) en de andere dag was de sauna buiten gebruik, Ook het stoombad werd pas in de late namiddag aangezet waardoor ik tijdens mijn verblijf er geen gebruik heb vankunnen maken. De service van de receptie kan beter, bij inchecken werd er geen extra info gegeven omtrent wifi, uren ontbijt ....

- Hajdin (10/5): - Titel: 👍 Top Service & Sauberkeit. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren zwar nicht riesig, aber absolut ausreichend für zwei Personen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ausgezeichnete Sauberkeit (insbesondere im Badezimmer) und die hochwertigen Hand- und Duschtücher. Auch das Frühstück war gut bis sehr gut und bot eine solide Auswahl. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Tapete in unserem Zimmer, die unansehnlich und fleckig wirkte. Das hat den Gesamteindruck des ansonsten schönen Zimmers leider stark getrübt.

- Marek (8/5): Poměr cena výkon slušný, s některými ale - Pěkně položený hotel v centru Istanbulu. Slušné snídaně, hamam a sauna přímo v budově se vstupem zdarma. Za příplatek i s obsluhou. Trochu rušnější čtvrť s hudbou do pozdní noci, relativně málo informovaný personál na recepci, postel docela úzká.

- Charlotte (7/5): - L'emplacement en pleins centre/ proche des transports, des commerces et restaurant. La rue est cependant bruyante, musique assez tardive le soir. Le sauna accessible en libre service a été très apprécié. Petit déjeuner correcte. Nous avions réservé la navette de l'hôtel pour nous récupérer à l'aéroport pour un tarif de 50€. Etonnement surpris de ne pas être sur la liste des voyageurs de la navette à l'aéroport, puis 45 minutes d'attente sans information. Je vous recommande de prendre un taxi face à l'aéroport directement disponible et pour moins cher. La chambre sentait la cigarette et le lit n'était pas tellement confortable.

- Katerina (2/5): zakoupili jsme ubytování v hlavní budově, ale byli jsme ubytování v depandanci kategorie max 2* - Poloha. Měli jsme objednané 3 pokoje -ale 2 pokoje byly umístěny v depandanci, z toho jeden v přízemí vedle vchodových dveří, kde byl neuvěřitelný hluk, nedalo se tam spát, druhý byl umístěn v patře. Vybavení těchto pokojů připomínalo hostel. Jeden pokoj nám byl po 1 noci vyměněn, druhý ne, protože byl hotel plně obsazen. Pobyt byl zakoupen 3 měsíce před pobytem a přesto jsme dostali pokoje, které byly absolutně mimo nabídku a recepce nás neměla kam přestěhovat, protože bylo plno. Toto ubytování v depandanci hodnotíme max. 2*. Pokoje v hlavní budově odpovídají fotografiím a popisu na Booking.com
