Shinji (3/5): 残飯処理係 - 温泉は、とっても良く、「脊柱管狭窄症」のわたくしにもよく効いた温泉でした。また、露天の風景もよかったです。清掃している若い人たちは、対応がとってもきもちよかったです。お部屋から見える「女神湖」の風景は、時間ごとに、変わったように見えて、素敵でした。チェックインの際の説明は、不十分・・・「ウエルカムドリンク」の説明は一切ありません。朝食の時間を、札幌から団体客が来るから、あなたは、8:00からとなります、と言われましたが、そんなことは、案内では、どこにも記載なく、一方的だと思います。まして、「一般客」のうち、朝食をバイキングに選んだのは、わたくしだけと言うことも伝えず、朝食に時間通りに行ったら、受付のスタッフは、変な顔をしており、地下階の方ですか？と聞いてきたので、いいえ二階ですと言いました。入ってみると、既に食べ散らかしたような感じで、朝はいつもパンなので、行ってみると、ほとんどなく、クロワッサンなんかは、一つしかありませんでした。わたくしは、この段階で、わたくしのほかには、誰も来ず、何でもう少し早くにしてくれないのか？これじゃあ～食べ残しを食べさせているような気分になり、あまりにもひどい対応と思い、「残飯処理の人」ではありませんと思い、二度と泊まりたくありません。普段は、東急ハ－ベストに泊まっていますが、こんな対応はしたことはありません。あまりにもひどいと思います。団体客方が、なんで優先され、食べ残しを食べさせられるのかひどいと思い、そのあと電話にて、言い訳を言っていましたが、最初の案内の話と違い、「海外からのお客様」とか言っていて、全部、どれを信用していいかわかりません。「でたらめ」ばかりです。最初に案内を朝食は、「あなたの場合は、8:00からと言った人は、この責任を取るためその時間に、「食事場所に」来るべきと思います。えらく、惨めな思いを、させられました。

I (10/5): また来たいです！ - 一番良かったのは夕食も朝食も美味しかったこと。お部屋は広くて清潔でした。お風呂もサウナがあってよかったです。ロビーもおしゃれでした。特にありません。
Rumi (6/5): - お部屋も使いやすく、スタッフもとても親切でした。特に昼は基本外に行くまたは持ち込み前提での施設の様で、レストランなど開いておらず、夜も予約をしていはかったので、食べる物に困りました。売店は24時間開いていて便利でしたが、食べる物はカップラーメンくらいでした。

Kuniyoshi (8/5): 館内の移動が分かり辛いのと、小さなエレベーターが1基しか無いので、チェックインで混雑する時に乗れない人がいる。 - 晩御飯がとても美味しかった。その時のスタッフの対応が気さくで親切で、リラックスできた。エアコンが無くても涼しいのは驚きで、立地の素晴らしさを体感できて良かったが、網戸の開き閉めの時に虫が入ってきてしまう。

Kento (8/5): 総論 - 部屋にペットボトルの水でも置いておいてもらえると良かった。部屋の窓は開けられるようになっていていいですが、網戸が窓の内側にあり、窓を開けてる間に網戸に虫が溜まっていく。窓を閉める時に網戸を少し開ける必要があり、その際に溜まった虫が部屋に入るのを気をつけながらささっと行う必要があった。自分はそこまで気にならなかったが虫が苦手な人もいたので悩ましかった。網戸にしておくと涼しい風が入ってきて心地よく、エアコンは不要とされているのはその通りだった。食事は美味しく、スタッフさんの対応も良かった。

Sanae (8/5): - とにかく食事が美味しい。和食もフレンチも良質な料理が適度な量で提供され、シニアでもちょうど良いです。お部屋は清潔ですが、ソファなどがだいぶ古びています。しかし、それをリニューアルして料金が上がってしまうなら、今のままで十分です。また利用したいです。
TKani (8/5): 良いロケーション - スタッフさんの対応がとても良く、快適に食事が出来ました。女神湖となりのロケーションも良く、散策も気持ち良かったです。部屋の照明が少し暗く感じました。到着直後はエアコンが少し欲しい思いました。

Ruth (8/5): Very good - Rooms were spacious and clean for 2 persons. Onsen was nice. View of Lake Megami from room was superb. The inability to include breakfast the next morning on arrival.

まこと (8/5): - 施設は年数なりに古くなっていますが清潔に保たれていて快適でした。夕食も美味しくとてもコスパが良いと思います。
Mami (10/5): - 3世代、ふた家族で利用しました。部屋からは女神湖、蓼科山を眺めることができました。フロントから部屋までの移動は少しわかりにくい作りでしたが、外の風景や壁の絵画を眺めたらとその時間がちょうどよくコミュニケーションのタイミングとなり旅の思い出が追加されました。お食事は夕食は和食で、どれも美味しく食材も器も彩りよく綺麗な盛り付けで満足いく量でした。地元の地酒や、フルーツジュースも豊富で楽しい時間となりました。朝食のブッフェも程よい味付けで、食が進みました。蕎麦が美味しく家族はおかわりをしました。小さいスペースですが、売店の揃えも十分でお土産もたくさん求めました。お風呂も良いお湯でしたが混んでいる時期で、大浴場のゴミ箱などが溢れそうになっていたのが気になりました。全体通して、満足いくサービスを受けられるホテルで充実した滞在期間宿でした。
Verified traveler (8/5): ★コストパフォーマンスの良い落ち着いたホテル - 夫婦２人での滞在です。ここは蓼科に来るときはよく利用させて頂くホテルです。リーズナブルで気取らない雰囲気が気に入っています。　部屋は、もともと企業の保養所？コンドミニアム？だったのでしょうか、それともホテルとの複合施設だったのでしょうか、普通のホテルの部屋もあれば、ミニキッチンがついた様な部屋もあります。　部屋は年相応で特筆するようなことはありませんが、必要十分でよいかと思います。　朝食はバフェスタイルで毎日ほぼ同じラインナップですが、どれもなかなかおいしいと思います。またロビーにあるご当地物の売店も小さいながら色々と種類豊富で、毎回結構重宝しています。　フロントの方たちも親切、丁寧な方が多い印象です。　あと温泉は内湯とヒノキの浴槽の露天風呂があり、香りもよく、目の前は女神湖という景色で気に入っています。宿泊すると必ず朝晩二回は入りにいってしまいます。　総じてコストパフォーマンスの良い、満足度の高いホテルかと思います。
