• annarahmadhani (4/5): Need more improvement - Hotel is next to shopping mart, which is good when you need to buy something. But, parking only free for 1 time, charged for the 2nd time in the same day. Check in process very slow, the front office asked for more details, even when we already inform the sales details earlier, and after check in, the front office (Ibra**m) forget to returned ID card, so we have to go back to front office to get it. He is not so nice as receptionist, need more training to be polite to guests. Only give one access card when check in, so you need to ask first if you want more than one access card. The room: has no towels and tooth brush, cannot call room service for asking towels and amenities, because the phone is always line busy. Again, have to go to front office to asked for towels, and they only provide 2 pcs towels, charged IDR 30k for extra towels. No water provided in the room, they only provide empty glass jar, so you have to fill the water using jar in the lobby if you want to drink which is something you reluctant to do, so we bought mineral water instead. The room door sometimes hard to open, probably the door cannot read the access card, so you have to try several times. The TV remote broken or probably run out battery. Cannot use for changing channels. AC not so cold, even with max temperature setting. The food? Have many options.. but tasteless. This is first time at budget hotel, not sure with other budget hotels, but this hotel quite disappointing. But the price is quite cheap. And they provide children playground in the restaurant. Next visit? Hmm...what do you think?

We reached the hotel around 4pm, but the room was not ready and have to wait another 30min. but after i waited 15 min and ask reception again, she said the room is aldy ready. But when we reach the room the card is not working and we have to go down again... Also, nobody initiate to help us bring luggage up until we asked. We also asked about the in-house massage but they can only accept one customer at one time... Im not trying to exaggerate but we are all tired after mt bromo and really wanted a good rest bfr dinner, but turns out i feel so lost in the hotel and nobody is servicing

• Hariyadi (7/5): Over all i enjoyed my stay - Over all my staying was good, staffs, facilities all was good. Unfortunately i had some issues. Ac was not cool enough eventhough i had been there all day. When i had a bfast the rice porridge was just like over cooked steamed rice. It doesnt look like a rice porridge at all, i've told to the greeter lady. But no one was rectify it and 1 more suggestion to put cutleries at the egg station thx All good

Location far from city center but theres Transmart in front of hotel good for shop and eat. Paid parking theres no facilities for hotel guests.

We were there at -+ 6:15 an no food was ready (except some salad, cornflakes and simple Toast bread) At 6:30 still no food. As we had to go to the airport we complaint. But it took until 6:55 until the food was ready. Instead of 6 am! And no word of sorry or anything else. I've never experienced like this in any hotel before. The food itself was ok. Very warm in the Restaurant and in the hallways/lift. Most ACs were switched off.

• Salvatore (4/5): Disappointing and misleading - Very disappointing under all points of view. Worst point on cleanliness, everything in there was dirty. Our towels were dirty, we asked for some clean ones and they gave us 2 new towels, also dirty. Bed sheets were stained. Pool was small and dirty. The restaurant serves precooked meals, not fresh ones. We got the noodles and they were the cheap ones you get at the supermarket. Overall the pictures on the website are highly misleading as they make themselves look like a decent hotel, while the reality is definitely something else. Extra: they don't speak english.

• Putri (5/5): not recommended - Nothing. I simply choose the wrong Fave Hotel, at the wrong location. The only good part is that we can easily find food since its in the same area as Transmart. I paid for 2 rooms, and I am happy to get a connecting room for the older 2 children. signage to location is confusing when you arrived at 02.00 AM in the morning because we are on the road trip. Bedsheets are dirty, lots of stains (don't ask what kind of stains). I have stayed previously in other Fave Hotel location, but never this bad. Food choices could've been better for people who didn't eat rice for breakfast. If you can, please provide cereals in a normal quality, not to be downgraded to very cheaper version. With the rate you charged, you should provide at least cleaner room.

At the first impression it's cheap for price but not cheap for the performance, near of transmart make it's place to be sure enough can be entertain our family. The breakfast is good, the room is good, and overall it's worth to come again in the future

I chose Favehotel, because I really enjoyed my previous stay here. My birthday getaway was fun and memorable, although there was no special treatment from the hotel. Thanks for making my birthday and Christmas moment beautiful this year.

• budinovianto (8/5): Slippy floor - Wet floor due to swimming activity, made sleepy floor and lift. Should have housekeeper to keep clean the area. The peak time on the pool i think only on weekend no need much man power stand by to made sure those area always clean.

The room was nice and clean, all staff was friendly, kind and helpfully. The food taste is good and it comes with variety of choice, from modern to traditional taste. Overall it was a great pleasant staying at this hotel.

• diana (8/5): Exceeded my expectations - Pros: Great, English speaking staff. Reggie was the best. The mall is right in front of it. Plenty of food options in the mall 20 minutes away from the airport Cons: Wi-Fi worked great until about 6pm. Then it became very spotty. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Not only were the room rates inexpensive, but the staff was a welcome surprise. Reggie was great. He spoke great English and was able to answer all of our questions and help track down our tablet that we had left at a previous hotel. We were in room 1211. The room was small, but comfortable. I loved that it was clean. The bed was small, but comfortable. They have a safe in the room. Since this is a budget hotel, they didn’t have many toiletries, but don’t let that deter you. They do sell them, but there’s also a mall walking distance from the hotel. They had hot water and a great AC. The AC only works while your room key is inserted in the slot, so if you’re out of your room, the room will be hot. The extras: The pool is nice. They don’t have lounge chairs due to space, but we still enjoyed it. They have good channels to include HBO They have water dispensers by the elevators. We did order fish and chips from room service. They weren’t excellent or as cheap, but to us the convenience of it was worth the sticker price. Tips: Beware of taxis with meters. They took us on an hour journey to get to this hotel while it should have taken 20 minutes. I suggest mapping your route and using a translator app.
