• Carmen (9/5): Helemaal prima en heerlijk bed - De eerste kamer waar ik verbleef, bleek er iets bij de wc niet goed te zijn en had geen raam dat open kon. Ik kon gelukkig naar een andere kamer waar een balkon was. Die kamer was helemaal super. Heerlijk bed, dus heerlijk kunnen slapen. De gratis fiets was ook echt helemaal super. Daardoor veel gefietst. Ondanks dat ik af en toe te laat was voor het ontbijt, kreeg ik alsnog een lekker gebakken eitje of omelet. Haar dochter heeft me zelfs heen en weer gebracht naar Hidden Beach, omdat ik nog geen kreeg en was vergeten te vragen. Heel erg bedankt! Locatie vond ik ook helemaal top. Dichtbij lekker eten en binnen 5 minuten fietsen in Old Town. Airco deed het goed, koelkast deed het goed, warm water en fijne douche. Een aanrader!

• Bultje (10/5): Great accommodation with convenient location! - We had a great stay here! The host is a very lovely lady who always offered to help us with things to do around the area. The location was convenient as it was 20 minute walk to ancient town and a 20 minute bike ride (through rice fields!) to the beach. The breakfast was also great and the room was clean and comfortable! There’s also a bunch of really great local restaurants around for lunch/dinner go a great price!

• Niamh (8/5): Very good - Great homestay, Emily was a great host and made a lovely breakfast each morning! Rooms were nice and bright and had aircon, refrigerator and balcony! Location was a little out of town but was perfectly located for us in the middle of beach and old town! Shower head in the bathroom was a little hard to use without soaking the entire place, and hot water seemed to run out at night time!

The location - equidistant from Old Town and the beach - was brilliant, away from the noise and crowds and felt like ‘real’ Hoi An. Free bikes! Nothing
• Denisse (8/5): Decent place to stay in Hue - Hostel is in a good location, walkable distance from Old Town. Owners were nice and breakfast was good. Room was clean and spacious. I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay cash supposedly because the credit card machine wasn’t working. They should put a note that it has to be cash so one can separate that money to pay the hostel later. And I would also suggest that they compliment guests with water bottles.

• Carola (9/5): Spacious rooms away from the crowds with awesome hostess. - Local homestay in a local and non-touristy neighbourhood offering spacious clean rooms with A/C, fan and balcony. The location is about 7 minutes by GRAB to Hoi An old town or 10 minutes to An Bang beach, fairly quiet with limited restaurant options nearby. Bikes are available as well. Hostess Emily is as awesome as she is bubbly, always eager to have a chat and to help. Unbeatable value for this price. Recommend and would return if ever coming back to Hoi An. Perhaps add a regular cleaning every third day and/or exchange of towels without guests needing to ask for it? Other than that, really nice place and stay!!

• Darryl (10/5): Perfection 👌 - I loved the location, it's not quite in main city but it's madness in main town ! It's about 10 min bicycle ride from homestay, a bit quieter in a smaller like suburb! It was such a clean place! , everything was clean , breakfast was so good to, that heated up fresh bun was the best to put your eggs into in the morning! The lady there was made for hospitality, she was so good at it and seemed to genuinely enjoy helping you on anything needed, the free bicycles onsite are awesome, ..I highly recommend this place and I'd deff stay again !"Thanks Emily , the lady at bus stop didn't want to have a coffee with me..ha ha ha.. It's not that I didn't like it, but room wasn't cleaned everyday , but it seems to be the norm mostly in vietnam I'm finding , some do but a lot don't, but, I'm going back there if in Hoi An again !

The best stay in Vietnam with the most welcoming people and great friendly atmosphere! The location is perfect, bicycles are free to use to go into the old town which is only a 5 minute journey! The breakfast is perfect and the host (Emily) is so kind and helpful with anything you may need during your stay! The cleanliness was exceptional, clean sheets, spotless rooms and the only place we have stayed with no ants or a single bad thing within the room:) We recommend this 1000% to anyone coming to Hoi an! We can’t wait to come back:) The location is on a quiet road too but walking distance from restaurants and small shops so it is ideal, we are two young female travellers and didn’t feel unsafe once here:) Honestly no room for improvement! Location, room, cleanliness, breakfast, friendly people and atmosphere was all exceptional:)
• Evika (9/5): Overall very good budget friendly Homestay for you stay in Hoi An - The location is perfect, close to everything, the staff is really nice and helpful, breakfast is good and you can borrow some bikes to go visit. After taking my shower there was water everywhere, the door doesn’t close properly so the water runs on the floor.
• gerald (10/5): Bon rapport qualité-prix - Hôtel familiale de 5 chambres. La propriétaire est très sympathique et serviable. Choissisez de préférence la chambre avec balcon, la petite difference de prix en vaut grandement la peine. Les chambres sont grandes, propres et bien équipées. L'hôtel est un peu loin du centre ville mais il y a un prêt de vélo gratuit ou une location de scooter à petit prix. Les serviettes de bain sont changées tout les jours sur demande, par contre le ménage n'est pas fait tout les jours. Il n'y a pas de choix pour le petit déjeuner et pas de bouteilles d'eau gratuites. C'est un très bon rapport qualité-prix pour 2 ou 3 jours maximum.

• Katie (10/5): Brilliant - would 100% recommend - The owner Emily is just lovely. We arrived at 7am from Nha Trang and she allowed us to upgrade to better room and check in almost straight away. She organised for us a cooking class tour, ha van pass tour and we rented a motorbike from her for 2 days. She is very nice! We loved everything! However, minor feedback would be that it could do with an extra pillow as there is only 1 each and the shower points outwards too much and gets the bathroom really wet, but not an inconvenience at all really just small detail.
• Loris (9/5): Very good quality price staying! - The host was super great answering us with any questions we had. Breakfast was included and tasty: one option only for food but still great! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Bathroom basic, but average as others staying in Vietnam, so quite okay. We could rent bikes for free: not the best quality, but they do the job 😉 Good quality/price in general. Just maybe the position of the house is a little too far from the centre. We saw it already before on the map, but we did not mind much since we like walking and enjoying more calmness at night. But if you are looking for something max 10 minutes from the city, maybe better choose something else.

• Stella (9/5): Friendly and comfortable homestay - Lovely host, who was helpful booking activities in the area. Comfy bed, spacious room. Mostly quiet, safe area. Free bikes and nice simple breakfast. Our room was also upgraded! Shower was cold to begin with but when asked about it, this was resolved.

She organized a pick up from the airport, got us tickets for a show, answered all the questions we had, and even prepared special breakfasts for my friend who's vegetarian. The room was comfortable and clean. Bikes are included which was also nice :)

The beds were super comfortable and location wasn’t too far out the way, especially with the free bikes. Grabs were also like £1 to the old town so nothing to complain about. Nothing :)
• Helmi (7/5): Great find for a great price. Would return. - Loved the tall ceilings, clean decoration and breakfast in the morning. We also rented the scooter for a minimal price 😁 bicycles were available for free. No water in the room for us on arrival and towels didn't smell fresh.

• Ciara (10/5): Exceptional - We loved our stay here mainly thanks to the host Emily who was lovely and helpful. She sorted tickets for us for a show and gave us tips on where to go and when. Free bikes at the homestay were a massive help for getting around quickly and the breakfast and a coffee included each morning was always really nice. location is a little further out from the old town but we knew that when booking, and with bikes you’re there in minutes so it wasn’t a problem.
• Marianne (9/5): Superb - Located in quiet area just 20 minutes by foot from the centre. The owner was super friendly and helpful. Lovely place and rooms. The bathroom didn’t have much ventilation and caused a tiny smell.
• Ben (9/5): Great quiet place to stay in Hoi An - Spacious, clean and comfortable room with a warm shower. Emily was lovely and helped us arrange motorbike hire and booked bus tickets to Nha Trang for us too at very reasonable prices. Free bicycles available which were great to get to town and to the beach. Breakfast included coffee and a omelette or fried eggs with a warm baguette the first two days and on the third we had noodles soup, all was really good. Supermarket near by too. It was quite a walk into the old town (around 25 minutes) but not an issue with the bicycles. The shower was a bath/shower and the bath had stains on which made it look a bit unclean but it wasn't actually and it didn't really affect our stay at all and overall this is a fantastic place to stay to explore Hoi An.

She organised an excellent cooking class for us and our taxi back to Da Nang (both with a discount). Breakfast was also fantastic every morning. Would highly recommend and would definitely return. Room was clean and the area quiet.

Everything was perfect and Emily always went out of her ways to make sure we had everything. Thank you! ❤️ The sound travels easily from the dining room at the ground floor to the room where we slept on the first floor while breakfast was served. I suggest ear- plugs if you have trouble sleeping with noise. It did the trick for me, no issues.

She booked the tour & bus tickets for us, the price depends on the option you choose, the private tour must more expensive than group tour, we very happy with her recommences. This Homestay just out of city center however there is a free bike here.I would recommend to stay here as the room are great and breakfast is beautiful too.

• Nbah (9/5): Superb - Host was amazing, really friendly and helpful. Sorted out our tour to the vegetable village last minute as well as travel onwards to Nha Trang and also motorcycle rental. Clean, spacious room that had a fridge and air con. Bikes to use with no charge. Nice breakfast included each morning. Decent location to old town, vegetable village and beach.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Nice hotel, great value. - This is a really nice hotel for the price. Rooms are spacious and newish, have nice furniture and bathrooms are really nice. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They provide free bicycles for use which makes getting into the old quarter very quick. Offer a nice breakfast each morning.
• Anna & Mandy (10/5): Welcoming - Run by a small friendly family with no extra staff. The whole house was newly refurbished and kept extremely clean. Well appointed rooms, comfortable beds, functional utilities, smart tv and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathrom is well designed allowing you to have a shower and not drench the toilet and the floor. Set breakfast, changing daily and delicious. The family went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They spoke English well. We stayed 4 nights and would definitely go back there. Extremely well priced.
• Jacqueline (8/5): Friendly host and very welcoming - Friendly host and very welcoming. It is however around 15 minute walk along an unlit road to get to a restaurant at night. To the night market would be around 40 minutes. If you are back after 9pm the gates are locked. Very clean guest house. There is building work going on at the next door property and directly across the road, so noise may be an issue.
