• Christina (10/5): Wonderful stay in a magical town - We did a couple of days in Goreme and loved this property for many reasons. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the charm of this family-run property. Senol, the owner, was often available. He has incredible knowledge of the surrounding area and was quick to offer tips (ex. where to eat, what to see, fee-free ATM, etc). He helped us book a several additions on our trip, namely a hot air balloon ride and airport transfer at that last minute. He made everything so simple.. We were charmed by the antiques around the property and it seemed like each one had a special memory for him. We loved the location. Our first morning, we watched the hot air balloons take off from their terrace. The view was incredible. After seeing this, we bit the bullet and asked Senol about rides and he was able to help us quickly book for the next morning with a safe and reputable company. Breakfast was good. The options varied slightly by day. It was served in a small space with plenty of seating. We had room 105, which had a small balcony area with a couple of chairs. In the room was a mini fridge and a couple of beds. It was perfect for our needs. Great to know was that they have a water filter system, making the tap water safe to drink, . We're animal lovers and we appreciated that the property and staff seemed to look after strays in the area. Not a big concern, but we weren't able to locate an outlet near a mirror in this room (she uses an iron for hair).

• Dawn (10/5): Excellent stay with amazing views. - Great cave hotel situated right in the heart of Goreme. Close to main streets in Goreme with many restaurants to choose from. The highlight of the accommodation was being able to watch the hot-air balloons at sunrise on the hotel terrace. Also, we were able to see the hot-air balloons right from our room window. Breakfast was served with a view. Nothing to mention.

Enjoyed sitting on the rooftop balcony to watch the sunrise and sunset. Easy walk into town, although those with mobility issues might find the walk up the hill a bit challenging (although our group of seniors found it ok). Great value for money.

• William J (10/5): - I have walking issues at times but location was still doable. It's Cappadocia after all, and if need be, taxis are plenty and easy to hire. Wonderful restaurant nearby, called Turkey Ravioli, and more great choices are accessible and in town. Staff were fantastic and extremely helpful in recommendations and offering to book excursions. The next good thing about this hotel is viewing groups in hot air balloons from the room and upper deck. I give hotel 4.8 stars because breakfast could have been a bit better if they had more hot items like menemen or at least offered scrambled/fried eggs for free. Also, cushions could have been laid out on upper deck chairs.

Para personas con movilidad reducida podría ser problemático porque se suben cuestas para llegar, pero a su vez esto permite tener vistas privilegiadas. El personal fue muy amable, si tienes algún problema, siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte. Las habitaciones y demás instalaciones están muy bien, buena relación calidad-precio. Podría mejorarse un poco la calidad de los productos en el desayuno (aunque este ya es variado y tiene productos en su mayoría turcos).

Ṣenol helped us to book the tours around Cappadocia and recommended local attractions. We could not be happier with our stay in Goreme and we feel we want to come back again one day.

A nuestra llegada, el personal nos recibió con amabilidad y nos explicó en detalle las opciones para aprovechar al máximo nuestra estancia en Capadocia. El desayuno fue abundante, lo disfrutamos en la terraza del hotel. En definitiva, un alojamiento con encanto, perfecto para descansar y vivir la magia de la región. Muy recomendable.

• Yukinobu (10/5): 素晴らしい経験でした。 - 屋上テラスからの眺めが素晴らしい。朝5時半くらいに上ると空いっぱいに気球が上がってきて夢のような風景だった。町を眺めるテラスで食べる朝食も種類豊富、美味しくて素晴らしかった。夜遅くの便で到着したが、問題なくチェックイン出来て安心だった。部屋は窓がなく薄暗いが、それっぽい雰囲気で良かった。気球に乗らない人でもここに泊まればどこに行かなくても絶景写真が撮れます！ 洗濯してはいけない、という注意が事前に来ていたので何も洗えず不便だった。部屋の出口から見える所に干し場らしいところがあったがおそらく業務用と思われたので干せなかった。洗濯サービスはあるが使いづらい。

• Ariadna (10/5): Estancia perfecta con vistas inolvidables - Mi experiencia en Vista Cave Hotel fue simplemente perfecta. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal nos recibió con una amabilidad excepcional, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Las instalaciones son impecables, cómodas y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia inolvidable. La ubicación no podría ser mejor: en el corazón de la zona, cerca de todo y con fácil acceso a los principales puntos de interés. Además, la terraza es un verdadero lujo: despertarse temprano para ver el espectáculo de los globos volando sobre el paisaje es algo que nunca olvidaré. En cuanto a lo negativo, sinceramente no encontré nada que criticar. Todo fue excelente. Sin duda, volvería sin pensarlo y lo recomiendo al 100 %.

• Elissa (10/5): - I loved our stay here! This is a family run establishment, the family is so friendly and very helpful. Rooms were richly decorated, very clean, very comfortable beds. Nice sized shower with good water pressure. Lovely and ample Turkish breakfast! The hotel is on a hill, just five minute walk from shops, with great views of the balloons launching at 5 am!

• Dorina (10/5): Tiszta, hangulatos, vendégszerető – Minden szuper volt! - Ez a szállás tényleg egy kis gyöngyszem. Már az első perctől otthonosan éreztük magunkat. A hely gyönyörű és tiszta, minden apró részlet igényesen ki van találva. Ami igazán különlegessé tette az egészet, az a tulajdonos házaspár – ritkán találkozik az ember ennyire kedves, figyelmes és vendégszerető emberekkel. Nagyon jókat beszélgettünk velük, tényleg olyan érzés volt, mintha régi ismerősökhöz érkeztünk volna. A reggeli isteni volt, és még különlegesebbé tette, hogy a reggelizőhelyről is gyönyörű kilátás nyílt – fantasztikus élmény volt ilyen látvánnyal indítani a napot. Az erkélyekről napfelkeltében és naplementében is gyönyörködtünk, és külön imádtuk, hogy az egész helyet finom, friss citromillat lengte be takarítás után – ez az apróság is sokat adott az összhatáshoz. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, és szívből mondhatjuk: ide bármikor visszajönnénk! Minden tökéletes volt!

• Yahnee (9/5): Perfect Location for Hot Air Balloon Watching - Excellent location. Great view of the hot air balloons from the rooftop so no need to travel far early in the morning. Great breakfast and very accomodating host. Near the city centre with lots of food and shopping for local trinkets nearby No facilities to do self laundry and not allowed to hang clothes outside as it would ruin furniture. Laundry service was €25 for a medium bag but arrived still damp. Not the property's fault though as the most likely used an external laundry service but something to note as its a service the property provides.

La habitación es espaciosa, luminosa con una terraza con vista a los globos por la mañana. Nuestro vuelo de regreso era muy temprano y el anfitrión nos sorprendió entregándonos un desayuno para llevar. Nos encantó todo y esperamos volver muy pronto

• Diego (10/5): Fantastico! - Hotel bellissimo, in ottima posizione e con una vista mozzafiato su Goreme. Staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Le camere sono spettacolari! Sono scavate nella roccia, spaziose, pulitissime e davvero caratteristiche. Ottima la colazione, variegata e fatta in casa. Il wifi funziona perfettamente. Vi consiglio questa struttura!!

• Claudia (10/5): Gorgeous cave hotel - Lovely hotel with beautiful views of the flying balloons from the rooftop terrace. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was nice and varied. We had a lovely room with a balcony from where we could see the balloons in the morning. Both, room and Bathroom were very spacious. Hotel is situated quite up on the hill which offers spectacular views. It is within a 5 - 7 minutes walk from the centre of Goreme. There is parking near the Hotel if you are having a car. Overall we had a lovely stay at Vista Cave Hotel, would definitely come back. We loved everything at Vista Cave Hotel

Molto consigliato come base per visitare Goreme e la Cappadocia! Parcheggio più difficile da trovare nei periodi di alta stagione, noi a metà maggio non abbiamo avuto difficoltà ma le strade sono strette e le macchine si parcheggiano casualmente senza parcheggi veri e propri
• Matias (6/5): Confortable, nice location, not very nice customer service - The location is excellent, Goreme is the best place to stay and the hotel is walking distance to any place you need to go in the area. The room had good space. The hotel also has some nice terrace views to watch the balloons early in the morning While the hotel is called a "Cave Hotel," it is not an actual cave hotel; instead, it offers views of the caves. There are other establishments that genuinely feature cave accommodations, so this naming can be somewhat misleading. It's important to do your research, as there are several similar places in the area. I booked two rooms well in advance with the intention of paying at the property. However, a couple of days before my arrival, they attempted to charge one room to my credit card but were unable to do so. They then informed me that my reservation would be canceled unless I updated my card information. I provided my credit card information again, and they charged me for one room without my prior consent. I only added the card to secure the booking and block the credit but not to pay for it. When I arrived at the hotel, the owner seemed displeased with me due to the previous communication. I found his demeanor a bit rude, especially when he showed my messages to one of my friends. Overall, the service felt inadequate, and they did not honor the payment method I had selected during the booking process I faced another issue with the balloon flight booking through them. I was required to bring cash but forgot, and the local ATMs only dispense Turkish lira, while they wanted euros. They claimed to have already paid in advance for us, seemingly to avoid taxes and earn a commission. Most reputable companies accept card payments, as you can find online. After some discussion, the hotel representative revealed that the balloon company employee was a friend of his. I eventually paid by card, but the whole experience felt unnecessary and lacked a genuine effort to provide a solution.

Smooth communication, friendly staff and the hotel has everything you need for a few days in Capadocia. The rooms are spacy and comfortable and the views from the terrace are incredible.

• MARGAUX (10/5): Amazing stay in Goreme to visit all the sights! - Great cave room, great breakfast, super nice staff, great view from the breakfast terrasse, great location to go watch the sunrise by foot, really great hotel to stay to enjoy Göreme and the different Cappadocia sights! Nothing to do with the hotel but the airport shuttle rides have been a bit scary with drivers going over the speed limit, driving a bit dangerously, this was the only negative point of our trip, other than that which is a problem of the shuttle companies and not the hotel itself, everything was amazing at Vista cave!
• M (10/5): Cappadocia da sogno - Il Vista Cave è un hotel bellissimo. Si trova in una posizione privilegiata, in alto rispetto a molte altre strutture, e gode di una terrazza panoramica dalla quale poter ammirare le numerose mongolfiere che volano all’alba. La colazione viene anch’essa fatta su un balcone panoramico con una vista bellissima e rilassante. La colazione è veramente buona e varia sia nel dolce che nel salato, e con diverse cose preparate a mano la mattina stessa (pancakes, crêpes, dolcetti, omelette, verdure, ecc.). La cosa che ho apprezzato molto è il fatto che i cibi cambiano da una giornata all’altra, in questo modo è possibile assaggiare cose diverse, e l’ambiente è molto familiare. Le camere sono spaziose e si trovano all’interno della roccia, molto caratteristiche e pulitissime. Il proprietario (così come il suo staff) è una persona molto cortese e disponibile. È possibile prenotare tramite lui sia il tour in mongolfiera che i tour nelle valli della Cappadocia (sia rosso che verde). Inoltre è sempre pronto ad aiutarti e consigliarti ristoranti per la cena. Consiglio davvero tanto questo hotel, perché oltre ad essere molto bello, ci ha fatto sentire accolti e ha reso la nostra vacanza veramente unica.
