• Víctor (8/5): Me gusta pero cosas a mejorar - Como hotel nos ha gustado bastante, de hecho cuando nos quedemos en Bayona, este será nuestro hotel de confianza. Tiene cosas chulas como las vistas en el último piso y desde la habitación, Pero hay cosas que mejorar, como por ejemplo que pague extra por tener acceso las 24 horas a los snacks y bebidas calientes del Club (planta 9) y durante la mañana me fue imposible acceder a poco más que 2 napolitanas y unos cafés porque estaban con los desayunos y el brunch. Y por la tarde-noche solo había manzanas y naranjas (es decir, frutas, no snacks) Y por otra parte, viajamos con perro y nos asignaron una habitación que en general estaba muy bien, pero según abrimos la puerta olía mucho a perro, como a perro grande de olor fuerte, que no se fue ni abriendo la ventana y poniendo el aire. Por lo que el tema de la ventilación y/o la limpieza no fue la correcta.

• Aki (4/5): - 部屋のエアコンのリモコンが壊れていました。 バスルームが異様に大きくて、ドアが重く、開閉しづらかったです。デザインに重点を置いているようで、実用性に欠けています。 朝ご飯の種類は少ないです。 夕方以降にアペリティーボとして軽食が無料でいただけると聞いていましたが、アルコール等ドリンクを注文しないと食べてはいけないような雰囲気でした。軽食を提供していた小柄の男性スタッフの口調が強く、威圧的な印象を受けました。メガネをかけた男性スタッフの方はフレンドリーで、親切な方でした。 ホテルがペット同伴okの為、部屋に動物の匂いが残っていて不快でした。

Reception were great, provided a quick tour of the facilities and explained what was available during my stay. The view from the 9th floor restaurant was awesome. Hot shower, easy to use. Loved the short but comfy stay.

Only down points were the sometimes frustrating lifts, slightly steep prices for overnight parking and a disappointing lack of response to pre arrival communication (in person at the hotel was good). But would generally recommend strongly.

Un parking accessible que sur reservation mais on est pas prévenu à l’avance, du coup on arrive et on se débrouille pour se garer et c’est pas simple… Chambre surchauffée (25 degrés), télé non fonctionnelle. Donc voilà, expérience moyenne malgré la qualité de la chambre en elle même et du personnel.
• Anna (10/5): It was great! - It was in a great location, about 3 miles walking from the beach and a mile from the city center, but there was a bike path that ran in both directions, making all things easily accessible. There was a rooftop common area with snacks and drinks all day included in the price of the stay, as well as many other amenities that made this hotel worthwhile.

La habitación pequeña pero agradable con un curioso baño con ducha integrado en la habitación. A pocos minutos andando del casco histórico/catedral. Como mejora a plantear, añadir algún canal en español a la oferta televisiva.

• Soroush (6/5): - My stay at OKKO Hotel was average. The room had a modern design, but it wasn’t really clean—there were hair and stains on the bathroom door. The staff, however, were good and polite.
• Rodney (10/5): - The hotel is rather quirky on first impression, however it was really nice place to stay. Everything seemed to immaculately clean and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The establishment appeared to be a bit out from the centre but in reality wasn’t. The cathedral could be reached in less than a 15 minute walk and the T1 bus to Biarritz stopped outside. This ran to Biarritz every 15 minutes and the fare was only €1.5. The breakfast were excellent and good quality. There is a small range of food in the evening but ‘small plates’ are available in the club. More substantial meals would necessitate a walk to the centre, although there is a food hall nearby that offers a wide range of food styles. We found this perfectly adequate and had a very good atmosphere. In conclusion we were very impressed with the OKKO offering that were previously unaware of and will definitely consider these hotels in the future.
• richard (10/5): - I thoroughly enjoyed my 5 night stay in Bayonne. The OKKO was an excellent choice and I’ll definitely be returning! I particularly liked the quirky/futuristic bathroom which was well equipped and had an excellent shower! I felt very comfortable during my visit. The overall standard of the hotel and facilities was 5 Stars! The added bonus was the location of the hotel which was close to the city centre and conveniently located for the excellent public transport links!

• Melissa (10/5): Best of Bayonne - Amazing location in Bayonne. Very walkable to the Old Town, Cathedral, market, etc. we parked off site a block away and overnight parking was only 4 euros. Best part of the hotel is their club lounge on the 8th floor. Accessible to all guests, it has spectacular views of the city, river and. Cathedral spires. Very large space stocked with drinks and snacks. We worked remote from here during our stay and it was very comfortable and well equipped for remote working. We will definitely be back if in Bayonne again

• Stamatios (2/5): Avoid this hotel - One of the most horrible hotels I have ever stayed. Dirty, ceilings plenty of humidity and in bad condition. The part of toilette completely uncomfortable. When taking shower the water flows outside as the tilt work is so bad made! Bad and humid smell in the room and the carpet everywhere in the hotel and room dirty and terrible smell. The location is not in the center as proposed. 15 minutes from the center but not in the center as they propose. Extremely expensive for this place. Please avoid!!!

• Alvin (10/5): - Such a unique concept of a hotel with the reception on the 9th floor with a large lounge called the Club, which offers a 360° view of Bayonne. Staying here give you access to the club which offers complimentary beverages and snacks, open 24h. My room was rather small, but the design is Zen and so unique, using space in a very ingenious manner. The bathroom is like something out of a sci-fi movie, so cool! Best rain shower EVER! Beautifully located along the l'Adour River and walking distance to the old Bayonne. Next to MOMA food court. One of the Best Hotel I've stayed in! I have nothing negative to say except I think the batteries in the TV remote where probably due to be changed.
• Susan (10/5): A Design Dream - Initially we were not told that we should reserve for parking, so finding where we were to park was confusing; however, the lot was fine and we were charged 2 euros! The hotel is a design dream. Crazy that you can see into the bathroom, but it works. The club on the top floor is fun with a great view of the city. The staff is very patient and friendly.

Positive: Nice and stylish hotel.Very comfortable beds. Great club perks(drinks and snacks). 10-15 min walk to the city center. Great view from the dining/ club area. Negative: It's pretty noisy, being next to a very busy roundabout (although I stayed on the 6th floor you could hear the traffic with the window closed). Good room size, but the fancy design makes it not that practical. Breakfast it's very modest with new COVID measures.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Very beautiful. Modern rooms, great comfy bed. Exceptional town on a river. Views I expected in Paris, not southern France. Close to the mountain train to Saint Jean for the Camino. I wasn’t expecting such a nice modern facility but the comfort level is very high. I enjoyed it a great deal.
• Evan (10/5): Perfect for a stopover - We stayed here for a night whilst on a road trip from Spain to France. Couldn’t have asked for a better stopover hotel experience. Breakfast was awesome. Be sure to book your parking space well in advance - as their parking was full by the time we arrived - therefore we had to park on the street.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Just don’t - Horrible location (not safe), and extremely poor (or no) service from the staff and the hotel. Overall a really bad deal for the money.

• Alyssa (10/5): Great hotel! - Great location -- away from the main square, but only about a 10-15 minute walk, and really easy access to buses that went everywhere. Quiet, clean, and really comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! Everyone who worked at the hotel was super friendly and helpful.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good boutique hotel, but road work around - Really nice inside, good staff, club room with food and drinks is superb. the view is pleasant. Rooms are a bit small overall, but nicely setup. Once issue is that there is road work around the town center / by the hotel, so hard for any GPS to arrive easily / and park around. Not a huge issue but I would have expected to be told before / or at the time of booking. It should get finalized soon as I understand
