Nicolas (8/5): - Séjour en amoureux pour une semaine Superbe lieu et environnement avec tres bon accueil du personnel. Le seul point d'amélioration pour les chambres au dernier étage serait de proposer a minima des ventilateurs en cas de forte chaleur. Ce qui ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent sejour. Je vous conseil vivement de profiter de leur restaurant qui est divinement bon.
Mathieu (10/5): Incroyable domaine - Le domaine est juste au top, le personnel est très pro, le confort est au rendez-vous, la piscine est chauffée à 26 degrés et sans parler du restaurant qui couronne le tout ! Je recommande ce domaine !

Lorca (10/5): - Excellent stay at this chateau. Alan was lovely. Rung just before we arrived. We had a lovely swim in the pool, which is heated and looking at the sea. Room was very pleasant. Very safe parking for the car. Lovely quiet area. Easy walk to the local village. Recommended excellent place to eat that was great fun. We had left the lights on, on our car by accident. Alan was great, noticed this and rung twice to make sure we knew and so we didn't have a dead battery in the morning. Lovely breakfast in fantastic dining room. Easy check out. A definite if you like to stay at a chateau with a pool.

Mary (4/5): - The property looks great on the website. Unfortunately we were given a very basic small room in the annex even though we had booked a premium room. The restaurant and bar were completely closed most of the time we were there. Nowhere to get a cold drink at the height of the heatwave!
Adrian (10/5): An exceptional hotel - What an amazing hotel. I was allocated a room in the Chateau, and asked if there was a lift, as I have breathing problems. The manager was exceptionally helpful and transferred me to The Grange, a brand new extension that has been built adjacent. The facilities were of an exceptional good standard. The restaurant was fully booked when I arrived, but it was my fault that I hadn’t booked. The breakfast taken in the Chateau was very good.

Avec vue sur la mer, piscine chauffée et intérieur charmant, le lieu a tout pour ravir. Les chambres sont en excellent état et parfaitement propres. Nous regrettons de n'avoir pas eu l'occasion de dîner sur place, mais reviendrons sans la moindre hésitation !
Verified traveler (8/5): Hôtel de qualité mais restaurant à éviter ! - Château très bien décoré et chambres de haut standing et propres. Piscine agréable. ATTENTION contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur le site du château, les chèques vacances ne sont pas acceptés ! Enfin, je déconseille le restaurant (crêperie) qui est très médiocre comparé au standing du lieu : prix onéreux pour des petites quantités et pas si bon. Préférez un restaurant au centre ville de la Bernerie qui est en plus accessible à pied (20 petites minutes)

sylvia (4/5): Ce n'est pas la vie de château ! - Très déçus. La chambre dite au manoir est située dans une annexe et ne ressemble en rien a une chambre de château mais plutôt a celle d'un ibis standardisé. Pas de dîner possible en raison de la présence d'un groupe et comble du tout la piscine hors d'usage !

Pascale (6/5): déception - 1ere nuit passée dans une petite chambre, dont les espaces de rangement étaient déjà occupés par des oreillers, une couverture, ...et donc, pour un séjour de plusieurs jours, c'est décevant. Pas de mini bar… quand il fait très chaude, il est impossible de mettre de l'eau au frais, par exemple. La planche du wc était cassée. La tenture trop petite ne couvrait pas complètement le cadre de la fenêtre et les spots de la cour ont éclairé la chambre toute la nuit. Enfin, le matin: plus de pain, ni de café… personne n'est venu " ravitailler" le buffet. Nous avons bénéficié ensuite d'une suite, mais avons dû payer un supplément. L'hôtel a bien besoin d'un petit coup de peinture, de réparations à gauche et à droite. Bref, c'est cher pour ce qui est proposé.

We hadden niet altijd warm warm voor douche/bad. Supervriendelijke jonge mensen. Verwarmd zwembad was heel aangenaam. Mooie rustig omgeving. Restaurant ook heel goed met oog voor seizoensproducten en detail.

Verified traveler (8/5): - Отель необычный, я бы советовала. До моря пешком 15 минут, пляж песчаный, народу немного. Комнаты в отеле маленькие, но все есть. Завтрак тоже для Франции очень неплохой. Единственное маленькое пожелание- выписка из отеля производится рано в 11 часов, мы просили продлить на часик, нам довольно резко ответили, что нет, невозможно. Я езжу довольно много и практически не встречала, чтобы в хорошем отеле на такую просьбу ответили отказом. В крайнем случае, это стоит дополнительных денег... Но в общем и целом- необычный хороший отель- советую.

Verified traveler (8/5): - At first sight the staff seem to be a bit too formal but along the way it turns out to be a château whith a very laid back loose staff that do care about hospitality. The sauna is a bit outdated but over all this is a brilliant lush to stay for two or three nights.
Ruedi (4/5): Hält nicht, was es verspricht! - Fast zwei Stunden Wartezeit, bis das Zimmer bei der Ankunft bezugsbereit war! Statt Zimmer mit Meersicht, Aussicht auf einen Hinterhof mit Parkplätzen und Tennisplatz. Die Parkplatzbeleuchtung scheint direkt ins Zimmer, die ganze Nacht! Es gab keine freien Tische zum Nachtessen. Das nächste Dorf ist 12 km entfernt. Das Frühstück war eher ungenügend. Vor allem ist die Sauberkeit der Räume zu bemängeln. Zudem wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt, die Betten nicht gemacht und die benutzten Handtücher wurden wieder aufgehängt. Insgesamt war der Service mangelhaft und inkompetent. Ein enttäuschender Aufenthalt und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist mangelhaft.
silvain (6/5): Tres amateurs - Lors de notre arrivée , ambiance disco dans le jardin, avec mélange de style. Toutes catégories sociaux professionnelles mélangées très mauvaise idée . Des verres avec prix prohibitifs, dans de petits gobelets plastiques. Pour 12,00€ petit déjeuner le matin, avec rien et surtout on doit dresser nous-mêmes notre table. Et si on veut dîner à l’hôtel il faut prévenir la veille sinon ils ne servent pas

Télécommande de la télévision en panne (a été remplacée). Poussière sur la télévision. SdB spacieuse. Odeur de tabac froid dans le couloir qui est sombre. Pas de bruit. Excellentes viennoiseries et pain au petit déjeuner. Mais vaisselle ébréchée. Sauna petit mais propre et cosy.

vincent (10/5): week end relaxant - Un séjour en amoureux, même si le soleil et la pluie apparaissaient à tour de rôle, le cadre magnifique, l'accueil, les propriétaires aux petits soins, la piscine à 30 ° ( ouaaaaahhhhhhh) j'y suis restée 1h30 si si !! le sauna à disposition, le parking gratuit, hé bien tout cela nous a permis de souffler sans les enfants et de profiter à max !! Et côté restaurant, je dirais passage obligé ! Délicieux.

Géraldine (10/5): Une belle escapade en amoureux - Nous avons séjourné et dîné au château, c'était vraiment très bien ! Nous avons eu un petit problème avec la baignoire et le personnel est venu voir tout de suite. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse avec vue sur mer à notre départ avec un petit café offert. La personnel est accueillant, c'est un endroit plutôt classe où il y a l'air d'avoir beaucoup d'habitués. Nous retenons l'adresse pour un autre court séjour ou l'organisation d'un évènement.

Gerry (2/5): In the middle of nowhere with nobody else there - We arrived at this hotel to find it virtually in darkness. When we got in we found the only member of staff in reception who told us we were the only guests, there were no lights on anywhere and we would be alone in the hotel overnight as she would be going home! Someone would come in the morning if we wanted breakfast. The place smelt of fish. The room was like something from the 60s appalling altogether. We left immediately, half expecting Freddie Kruger to intervene. This was not a good experience.
