• Eimear (8/5): Pleasant stay - It’s central and clean. Staff were helpful. Got us a room as soon as we arrived which was very early. Also separated our beds when we didn’t want to share. Perhaps some shade somewhere in the pool area. I know there’s wind concerns but maybe on the lower level.

• Jorge (7/5): Buen hotel pero para ser NH Collection algunas cosas para mejorar - La ubicación es excelente en pleno centro cívico a cuadras de la Casa Rosada y Puerto Madero, el desayuno muy bueno y variado y el personal en general muy amable. He estado en otros NH Collection y no me gustó tener que pedir los ammenities de siempre, como pantuflas o bata en los otros siempre están disponibles cuando uno llega, algunas personas de atención poco amables o muy parcas, se olvidan que ellos están para atender al cliente.

The rooms are spacious and well appointed to make the stay comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful with a variety including eggs made to order and barista coffee. The staff is amazing! Ana and her colleagues at reception were friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Cara and Nadia at breakfast were very attentive and cheerful. This hotel is a little gem. We’ll be back for sure!

It's also in a great location, very close to the Plaza de Mayo and to the San Telmo market. This was my third visit and if I go back to Buenos Aires, I will stay there again.

Anreise mit Auto sehr problematisch wegen enger Parkmöglichkeit - unfreundliches Sicherheitspersonal machte keine Anstalten beim Entladen zu helfen und drohte mit Polizei wegen Gepäckausladen auf der engen Straße…. unmöglich. Schwimmbad erst ab 11 Ihr geöffnet — sollte zwischen 7-9 Uhr mindestens für Schwimmsportler zugänglich sein.

The room is spacious and very bright, with pleasant views of a terrace. Breakfast offers a good variety, and the service from the staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast area is small but cozy and comfortable. Overall, the staff is helpful and always willing to assist with guests’ requests. A very good option if you are looking to stay in the city center.

• Peregrinans24 (4/5): Not a hotel I recommend - The room was clean, but that is about it. View was terrible as it looks into a desolate inner courtyard. Location is in the city center but there is not much to do on the area. The hotel also charged us twice for our room and won't answer any calls. Even the NH global office can't get a response from them. I recommend you simply avoid this hotel and stay further south in San Telmo.

• Anja (10/5): Außergewöhnliche Lage, sehr sehr freundliches Personal - Die Lage ist absolut top und das Personal außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit Ein ganz kleiner Punkt ist, dass die Minibar leider nicht gefüllt war, als wir im Zimmer ankamen. Aber das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit. Zu Recht bekommt diese Unterkunft fünf Sterne von mir.

• FLM75 (6/5): On s'attendait à mieux - Grande chambre totalement vitrée avec vue (dommage que les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent que de 5 cm). Très bien situé en ville et bien insonorisé. Le petit déjeuner ne correspond pas á ce qu'on peut attendre d'un 5*, hormis le thé en vrac et une machine à expresso; pas de vrais jus de fruit, ni de pancake, ou de yaourts non sucrés. La piscine extérieure sur le toit attire, mais il faut savoir qu'elle est commune aux 2 hotels NH : Collection et City, avec ...8 chaises longues et surtout un service qui intervient peu en journée pour nettoyer.

• RODOLFO (5/5): Un precio excesivo para los servicios que ofrece - La ubicación del hotel es un punto favorable, mas en la noche de los museos en la cual estuve hospeado. Esta cerca del Cabildo, del Centro Histórico y de Casa Rosada. Cuando tuve que planchar la ropa, pedí una plancha y me llevaron una plancha quemada y una tabla que no tenía mantenimiento alguno. Tuve que salir con toda la ropa arrugada ya que no tuve otra opción al respecto. La ducha de mi habitación era antigua, carecía de presión y el baño era bastante viejo. Una ducha sin presión en el piso 11 está lejos de ser un excelente baño para un hotel. El precio es excesivo para los servicios en el baño y esos pequeños adicionales que uno pide de un hotel. Lamentablemente no está a la altura

• Egana1963 (10/5): 4 days in beautiful Buenos Aires - Excellent place, friendly and informative crue, Spacious room, more than decent gym, nice breakfast, and truly perfect location , by the Casa Rosada, and 8 minutes walk to Puerto Madero. ( And just by Pertutti Cafe, a must) .

• atav172021 (8/5): Great location. - This hotel was booked for 3 nights as part of a package and we loved its central location. The main reception was lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. As we had just come off a cruise ship, our room wasn’t ready when we arrived but management was very good at taking care of our luggage allowing us to go out and explore. Our room was large with plenty of storage and we had a good view of some of the city. The only thing I wasn’t comfortable with was our bathroom. We were given an accessible room which meant a huge bathroom (for a wheelchair) but no separate shower. I was a little nervous of the wet tiles but it was ok if I used the handrails. Breakfast was lovely with a huge choice of things to suit everyone. The room for breakfast was a little small if everyone turned up at once, and we did have to wait one morning although that wasn’t a real problem. The staff at breakfast were superb and worked so hard, and they were really helpful and friendly. This is a nice hotel in a fantastic location for anyone visiting for the first time.
• Guest (6/5): Overall, we had a comfortable short stay. For location, this hotel met our expectations. - Our room was spacious and quiet, just as I'd requested. Bedding was comfortable and the air conditioning very effective (and welcomed). We were happy with the hotel location, close to restaurants, shopping, bus pick up zones, etc. Staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful and our check in process was seamless. Luggage storage was easily facilitated. Our breakfast experience was a little disappointing. The breakfast room is quite small and did not appear to cater well for the number of hotel guests. Staff were friendly and worked hard to clear tables, however, were clearly under a lot of pressure. The menu was sufficient but not extensive. Cleaning staff were visible, however, we had to request our room be 'made up' after we'd been out all day. The two ladies who arrived to clean the room were courteous, worked quickly and efficiently and we were grateful.

• Chris (6/5): Amazing room and location. Very disappointed with the lack of follow up on bed cleanliness. - Absolutely perfect location. Close to many of the things we wanted to see. The room was a very good size and had everything we wanted in it. Breakfast was excellent - and loved the location of where we ate. My wife received bites on her legs while sleeping. We informed the front desk, and they said they would look into it. When we came back at the end of our day of exploring, we inquired as to what had been done to ensure no more "bed bugs". The person at the front didn't know what we were talking about, but said he was quite sure they had changed our sheets. It just seemed like a very lacklustre effort to deal with what we felt was a major concern. I'm guessing I'll get the standard "we thank you for your comments and will take note of what you said". We did love the location and our room, but expected a better response from a hotel of this caliber.

• Christian (9/5): - I really liked the location and the size of the rooms. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The gym is well equipped and overall facilities are very good. I did not like the room service. You can ask for making your room and it is not done after 12 pm. Room service is poor as basic water refill or coffee capsules don't happen even after asking for it.

I asked the way just could I take breakfast up to my girlfriend because she started work at 9:30 and she says they would have to charge me was not very happy about it
• Bhinge (2/5): They took money from my credit card without my approval thus shaking my trust. Upset and worried. - We were initially happy with the hotel and gave a very good review a few days ago. I thought the hotel was really kind enough to give us a 4-5 extra hours in the room at no cost since our flight was leaving late. We had discussed this with the front desk and they had agreed. They did not mention that we would need to pay. We even checked out by returning our room key at the reception, thanking the person there for not having to pay anything extra. To my utter shock, suddenly at the end of the day, just as my flight was about to take off for my home country, I received a charge of US$ 81.15 on my credit card, the amount taken by the hotel for the extra stay without my approval. I took this up with the hotel via email and also sent a message on booking.com and demanded a refund. I waited for more than a week but the hotel has not responded at all and completely ignored my request. This has shaken my trust in this hotel. We all give our credit cards details with trust, and funds can be taken from them without our approval! It is very scary and worrisome. I still hope and expect that the hotel will respond and return my money.

Other guests also waiting. Not good for this price point. staff clearly stressed. When hotel is that full why not give time slots? No compensation offered for this.
• daishg (8/5): Great Location, Stylish but Service Slow - Check in was painfully slow for no apparent reason and when about 20 people turned up at once for the rooms available at 3pm, there was pandemonium in reception and things weren’t resolved until 4pm. However, the rooms were decent enough, very big, with walk in shower, and beds were comfortable. Breakfast offerings were varied and tasty, but over-crowded when fully occupied. So, whilst everything looked nice on the surface, one couldn’t help thinking there was more attention given to ‘style’ than to practical issues.

• Emeline (10/5): Ótima estadia. - Conforto e localização. Limpeza do quarto não funcionou regularmente e o café da manhã tem muito a melhorar, não acompanha o padrão do hotel.
• BB2507 (6/5): DEFINITE IMPROVEMENTS NEEDED - First of all I should say this has the makings of a good hotel BUT this did not live up to my expectations! On arrival the very bare reception area was crowded, full of cruise guests who were not allowed to check in early (unless you paid a fee). Guests therefore slept on the sofas waiting till 3pm. The luggage room was in chaos! 3pm arrived and the queue was now large to check in! Got to our room 3.45pm. Large room but most definitely in need of upgrade. Breakfast room nice but queues to get in although tables free, staff could not cope! The tiny pool is located in the next door hotel with a handful of sunbeds. This hotel has not been looked after - no Manager to be seen anywhere! Good location though and all staff very pleasant.

• Inspire617304 (6/5): Unprofessional and Disrespectful Treatment - My experience at this hotel has been extremely disappointing. I originally had a confirmed 10-day reservation at the NH hotel next door, NH Buenos Aires City. When I arrived, I was told that there were no rooms available and was sent to this hotel instead. At first, it seemed like a nice gesture, as I was given an upgraded room. However, the treatment quickly changed. On the very first day, I received a call in my room saying that I no longer had a reservation and needed to check out, which made no sense given that my booking was for 10 days. After insisting, they eventually “sorted out” the situation and allowed me to stay. A few days later, they interrupted my stay again, this time forcing me to change rooms due to supposed maintenance issues. I was moved to a smaller, lower-category room and was told that they were actually doing me a favour, even implying that I had originally booked a lower-quality room in the other hotel — which is completely untrue. On top of this, the service was equally poor: I requested an iron and was only allowed to use it for 15 minutes, as if they were granting me a special privilege rather than providing a basic service any hotel of this category should offer without question. Overall, I have felt mistreated, misinformed, and not valued as a guest. And the worst part is that I still have several days left in the hotel. Very poor organisation, lack of professionalism, and no sense of hospitality for a hotel belonging to this chain. I do not recommend it.
• Marion (10/5): sehr gut - Das Personal war außergewöhnlich nett. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück war herausragend. Die Matratze des Bettes war etwas speziell. Nicht unbequem aber ein bisschen wie auf einem Wasserbett.
