- Billy (10/5): - The owners and staff very kind and helpfulI Ive wanted to celebrate Pesach in Israel...they graciously invite my Brother and I to join their family...
- Steven (7/5): Very basic - Clean, nice people
The owners have clearly made an effort.
The building is old and tired, and the common spaces are dreary, but the (small) room was updated with a new comfortable bed, nice linens, and new (simple) furnishings. Same for the bathroom. The shower is in the bathroom, with no enclosure (be prepared!), but there's plenty of hot water and good water pressure. There's a new A/C/heating unit, though we preferred an open window (with screen!). Free parking. Central location. The walls and ceilings could use a fresh coat of paint. Three floors, no elevator.
- Eric (5/5): Passable -
- Billy (10/5): - For older hotel very clean. Well maintained..owner and staff most gracious They invited 2 sojouners to share Pesach something i have yearned to do while visiting Israel; they made me feel like family....May Hashem continue to bless and prosper them.
- Wiamnie420☘️ (2/5): Very poor -
- Michael (6/5): A value hotel. Pleasant enough but you get what you pay for. - Clean room and bed. Nice staff. Free parking. Good location. Price was very good. No elevator and I was on 3rd floor. It had more of a hostel feel than a hotel. My room was facing a large patio area and a guest family was talking loud until 1am; but that is not the hotels fault.
- Jaime (8/5): Very good -
- Verified traveler (2/5): Terrible stay - Our stay was very bad.
It was very noisy due to the traffic, but since we choose this location, I didn't complain this.
The hotel recently changed its name, but didn't reflect on the web accordingly, so it took quite some time to find it.
The washroom layerout was terrible, there was nothing provided for room service. The room was even barely for backpacker, except it was bigger.
Overall, I will not recommend it at all.
- Jan Olof (8/5): - Good
- Gill (5/5): Passable - Friendly staff, Wifi, air-conditioning, large shared kitchen, cold filtered water, easy walking to local restaurants near the Lake shore. The beds are hard! Can barely see a view of the sea of Galilee.
- Freddie (7/5): Basic hotel 10 minute walk from downtown - Clean bed and nice balcony. Lobby and room had airconditioning.the staff at check in and check out was really friendly. Multiple little mini market in the street for water ect. Dont come to this town on Shabbat Friday and Saturday the town will be dead and quiet. Nothing to do here. Busses dont ride again till 16:00. Some staff members did not greet you and didnt smile or looked friendly. Not welcoming at all. If youre not friendly and helpful dont work in a hotel. Also the name of the hotel has been changed so we where looking for a while before we find it. No fridge in the room but one in the hotel kitchen. Bathroom outdated and needed a good update. Hot water was not warmer than 30degrees and cold was the same temperature..
- Salem (1/5): We ran away it is not a hotel it is filthy we don’t stay there - We don’t have a room they show us very bad rooms no air condition no lights very filthy bathrooms no alevatar room not good for dogs filthy hotel we walk out looking for decent place we don’t recommend this place for any body they refuse to refund our mony We don’t like any thing it is not a hotel charging 100$ for a dog house we left
- Pastor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brenton (4/5): Location good. Clean but very small compact spaces. 5 people in a room with not much space for anything else - Location - close to shops and food as well as the towns around Galilee The shower leaks and went under the door and wet everything that was lying on the floor. Needs a barrier to hold water in. Bathroom super tiny - smaller than a cruise.
- Jordan (8/5): Very good -
- Bonita (8/5): A great budget self catering friendly hotel. - Staff were very helpful.
good value for money restaurants/ take aways close by.
Short walk to promenade.
Very clean.
Kitchen had everything you needed.
Good location to view Christian sites in Galilee. Bathroom very small.
Bed mattress hard.
- Karen (8/5): Very good -
- Petruskruger (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rudy (6/5): Pleasant -
- Yuval (8/5): - If you are in for a one night place to sleep and not for vacation, this hotel is satisfactory. Price is very low, cleanliness is very good, within five minutes walk to the Tiberias broad-walk. Staff extremely nice and helpful. There is a kitchen supplied with coffee, tea, milk and sugar. Breakfast in not included and not served. 50 meters from the hotel you can get sandwiches, pastries, cappuccino etc.
- Nils (4/5): A lot of traffic, construction and overall disappointing. Simple. -
- Hesketh (6/5): Pleasant - Across the street from sea of galilee....my room had a big balcony and room was inexpensive No elevator so has to lug suitcase up 2 flights of stairs and no one to help...bed not comfortable and pillows cheap and lumpy...no food service at all
- יעקב (8/5): Very good - This hotel is waaaaay better then expected. The Staff r veeeeeeery friendly & agreed 2 let me check out later free of charge. I got the best room in the hotel with a large porch & stuuunning view of The Sea of Galilee & The Golan Heights. The shower was awesome & has 2 options. 1 a hand held & 2 from the ceiling & there was hot water which is excellent 4 a rainy day like today. It's a 5 minute walk from the boardwalk & restaurants & u have a bus stop like right in front of the hotel. If u r looking 4 a good price hotel & excellent service then i highly recommend u stay at Panorama Hotel. EXCELLENT JOB & I'LL DEFINITELY COME AGAIN The curtain of the shower kept on pushing on me like glue which was a little annoying.
- Peter (7/5): Good -
- Sarah (8/5): very central for seeing the north. - real people at reception. helpful. good location. we had an older lady with us and she needed help with the stairs.
- Jonathan (9/5): Superb -
- Jonathan (8/5): Very good - good price. good location. helpful staff.
- Peter (10/5): - It’s an older hotel but the employees here are exceptional. It makes for a few challenges minor which ultimately gives them a 9/10 rating. Thanks
- Annabelle (8/5): Very good -
- Scott (9/5): Superb -
- Eli (5/5): Passable -
- Roberto (8/5): Very good -
- Steve (4/5): Disappointing -
- Yulia (8/5): Very good -
- Yaron (7/5): Good -
- Helene (7/5): Good - The location of the hotel was great for us: central, a few meters from the lake, roof terrace with a view of the lake. (This will probably soon be built over by another hotel) Since the debit didn't work right away, we were treated quite rudely. We had no intention of leaving the hotel without paying.
- Christopher (8/5): Very good -
- David (9/5): Superb -
- Rodney (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wilailak (9/5): Superb -
- Saingam (6/5): Pleasant -
- Pa (10/5): Wonderful stay at the Panorama. - We liked just about everything. Don't expect more than you pay for. The staff were friendly and helped us out when we needed to extend our stay. Close to the Promenade and market. This is an old building rich in history. Again thank you to the staff for your friendly assistance. Will stay there again. The construction area across the road was a little noisy, but you should be out exploring and not sitting in a hotel room.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rogerio (6/5): - The worst place I ever been.
- Mary (6/5): Friendly staff. - The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very helpful. It was ok for one night. The shared kitchen wasn’t clean. Our room faced the sea so we had a view past another large hotel, but the street noise was very loud. The shower/toilet area is very small.
- Ann (8/5): Very good -
- Hermanus (9/5): Superb -
- Veszti (6/5): Pleasant - The receptionist was very nice, recommended a restaurant and answered our questions. The hostel has free parking. Free coffee/tea/water in the common kitchen. Air conditioning works, the bathroom could be bigger, but it was big enough. The lake is about 5 minutes away. The mattress was not comfortable, and there was a very loud noise from outside all night due to the air conditioning. Booking a room with a double bed does not mean that two people want to sleep with one blanket.
- Joao (1/5): Bad - Location is good, near the city center. At the moment we arrived the receptionist was very rude. He called on us about the parking, but we parked in an appropriate place.
The bathroom/toilet was insanely small. There is no ventilation, the shower is together with the sink and the toilet is literally one step ahead.
- SETH (6/5): - Staff was fine, no complaints. The hotel itself was more like a college dorm in terms of size, layout, and style. It did the job of giving us a place to sleep for the night we were in Tiberias but it has very limited amenities and American tourists may be a bit taken aback by the washroom.
- DAMA (2/5): - Unfortunately some of my personal belongings such as a brush and towel were taken from our room. When we came back to our room, we couldn’t find these items. The value of the things is not a lot, yet the experience of having missing things inside the room.
- Tzvi (1/5): Bad -
- Udi (5/5): Passable - clean enough, AC, good location Basic. No window and no vent in the shower. Good AC, no remote due, only on/off
- Verified traveler (2/5): Terrible, horrible, very bad, no good experience - Something didn't add up; the photos on the website and the description of the room/hotel was accurate, but my expectations of what a HOTEL should be were way too high. For example: no elevators, no key card (instead they give you a single metal key that locks the door from the inside and outside), no soap, no shampoo, no shower doors (only a curtain), no table in the room, NO BLANKETS, no boxspring for the mattress (only a wooden frame), a hard mattress, no pool, no workout room. The second floor balcony (a large gathering place outdoors) was dirty and dark (poorly-lit). The shared lobby kitchen looked like a home kitchen: fridge, freezer, stovetop, sink, etc. Disgusting and dirty. When it came time to leave the hotel, we couldn't get out of the parking lot because other cars had double-parked us. For the pleasure of staying at this hotel, we paid $205 per night. In reality, the value is more like $60 per night. I feel duped, cheated, and ripped off. Buyer beware, this place sucked.
- Margarit (10/5): - It was excellent and very comfortable for us
Muitas escadas.Precisa melhorar e modernizar o hotel, banheiros muito pequenos. Camas antigas.
Equipe atenciosa, tem wi fi muito fraco.
No geral, vale a pena pelo preço e Localização.
- Erivelto (6/5): - They dont serve brekfast and the beds are terrible
- Joseph (10/5): - Great hotel
- moti (10/5): - Best value for money, walcoming staff and great location
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Friendly staff, great price for a simple property in a fantastic location
- Godofredo (8/5): Galilee get away 2021 - It’s worth the budget… what’s important is - the place is clean and hosts you your vital needs.
- Erez (8/5): Fine - Nice and productive stuff
Clean and painted room
Small room and simple envirinment
- dror (8/5): good enough - simple hotel, nice kitchen
- motti (2/5): - crap
- Mardy (8/5): - The place was clean and close to establishments. The manager was friendly and accommodating.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The location and price was good. We appreciated the free parking. The facility has no elevator which was difficult.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Nice staff but old property, very small room . Nuce kitchen facilities with spacious common area.
- Edward (2/5): Terrible hotel with money grabbing oweners. - We went there wanted to stay for 3 nights. But the hotel was so terrible could not wait to get out in the morning. This is not a hotel rather very badly maintained old 3rd class hostel. They charged us over 100 US dollars but the condition of this place does not come up to the standard what so ever. The owners hide behind being nice and talikng sweet but no concern about well paying tired travellers. The room is so small and bed matters and linen should have been taken to the garbage tip over 10 years ago. Colud not sleep as the matters sunk and I slid off o n the edge. You need to have shower standing almost on top of the toilet. Unfortunately the owners know how to take your money and did not give the money back for unspent nights. We were happy to get out of that dump hole after the sleepless night. You can get much much better hotel in the same area and even if you have to pay a little more. We were there during busy time and even then we manage to find much much better hotels/ apartments for less. Air con was old and making terrible noise so had to turn it off and open the winow. This place is next to the main road and round about and you can here ever car passing by. Photos on line is very misleading as most of the photos has got nothing to do with this robbing hotel.
- Menachem (2/5): Not a Hotel! - We booked on Hotels.com expecting a hotel, instead we got a small dorm room.
There was a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. There were no toiletries. There were no fresh bath towels.
Our room was next to an exit door which was kept ajar all night by a towel tied on the door.
The door was barely locked after two turns of the key.
They told us this was the renovated room, but instead it looked old and drab.
We took many photos, unfortunately, hotels.com is unable to upload them for some reason.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I have read and acceptAll rights reservedthe Airplane
- Brandon (10/5): Nice pad. Great location. Super friendly staff - Excellent location. Perfect rooftop patio. Close to everything.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - We didn't stay there & had to look for a new hotel. The place was dirty, every room had a different problem, from a hole in the door to roaches broken showers & more.
- Cosby (8/5): Memorable - Amazing stay. All amenities within reach and very friendly staff
- UK (8/5): - It was on a busy road, but the rates reasonable which we think was value for money.
- Edward (4/5): Do Make Me Over - I'm not sure what the deal is with this place. Very strange. Not good, but not exactly horrific; not so-so, but slightly above sub-par. The hotel isn't dirty, but it's VERY drab and dated, which makes it feel less than clean. No breakfast, a kitchen that resembles something from a youth hostel circa 1986, and street noises, such as loud motorcycles and trucks at random times. It also has a kind of No-tell Motel vibe as in "should we ask about day rates?" or "Do I need to double lock the door to protect my organs?" The staff is wonderful--friendly and kind. However, how about moving this place up to shabby chic instead of just settling for shabby.
- Cory (6/5): - It’s very old and rooms are small, but in a good location.
- Michal (8/5): - Very friendly staff great hotel for the price clean and they offer parking and kitchen use
- David (8/5): practical for short stay - Bedroom simple and basic, on the small side, but clean and in relatively good condition. Twin bed comfortable; adequate but not very large. Located on main road, great central location near shops and next to small shopping center. Some traffic noise but not till too late at night. Service friendly and willing to help. There is a small refrigerator but no kettle for coffee.
