• Wilfried (1/5): Tarahal nein Danke - Nichts. Das Haus liegt in der Kaltluftzone des Atlantic ist somit sehr kühl. Die Zimmer haben eine Ausstattung, wie wir sie bei uns auf der Straße im Sperrmüll vorfinden. Wir mußten die Balkonstühle aus Plastik ins Wohnzimmer holen, um überhaupt einigermaßen sitzen zu können. Die Couch war durchgesessen, das Bett war durchgelegen und hatte Feldbettausführung. Der Preis für den Aufenthalt war völlig überzogen. In unserem Gartenhaus können Sie luxuriöser wohnen als im Tarahal. Zudem wohnt im Tarahal ein Resident, der täglich mehrfach Cannabis raucht und die Gäste mit dem Rauch belästigt. Tarahal nie wieder. Es mag sogar Menschen geben, die diese Anlage toll finden, weil sie zu Hause noch weniger toll wohnen.

Piscine rafraichissante et calme tout autour équipée de transats avec vue panoramique sur Le Teide, la ville et l'océan. Personnel très attentionné durant le séjour avec une petite surprise pour le passage à la nouvelle année : chocolats et pétillant ! :-) Que la piscine soit ouverte plus longtemps et ça manque d'équipements de détente (transats, fauteuils) au rdc et terrasse haute

• Xe (8/5): Agréable - Appartement spacieux pour 2 personnes, avec vue sur les montagnes (oui, aussi sur le Teide) et bonne surprise par rapport à la vue GoogleMap, pas de construction juste en face, le projet a du être abandonné et c'est de la verdure. Étant hors haute saison, pas trop de problème de parking (sur la route devant le balcon), mais pas sûre que ce soit pareil en pleine saison. Pas de chance pour nous, on y était lors d'une semaine particulièrement pluvieuse, pas habituelle, donc on n'a pas pu profiter de la piscine, mais sinon, ç'aurait été avec plaisir. L'équipement de l'appart est correct, il ne nous a rien manqué pour cuisiner. Il y a assez de linges fournis, y compris pour la piscine/plage. Les matelas des lits étaient défoncés, en cuvette, et donc impossible de dormir sur le ventre, d'où ma mauvaise note à ce sujet. Peu/pas d'isolation sonore avec les parties communes (la chambre à coucher donne sur la cour intérieure) donc si des gens rentrent tard ou des enfants se lèvent tôt, on entend tout. On a eu des travaux dans un appart à côté, mais heureusement qu'un seul jour finalement. Le site est éloigné du centre-ville de Cruz (env. 2.5-3km aller, je dirais), mais accessible en bus. La zone proche est ultra-touristique et donc les restaurants y relatifs. A choix, les Wienerschnitzel, pizzas et autres burgers, avec grands écrans (et son) sur les matchs de foot, vraiment pas notre truc...

As we arrived an hour after reception working hours, I got in email room number and safe code for key. And what a surprise - our apartment was already occupied! And of course there were not any employee at 18:00. I sent message in booking. No answer. Then I called for many times to several phone numbers. Finally some girl answered me. In a very long conversation she said that actually our room number is another. And then the call was interrupted. I was on the street with 3 little kids. I called again for many times. I was sure that this is scam. Then again the girl answered me. She said the keysafe code but I heard only part of it. I begged her for many times to repeat it but she pretended that she didn't hear me and again the call interrupted. No one called me back, no one sent me the code as the message. I had to guess the rest of the code. And I did it! After more than 40 min of distress we finally got in!!! As it is winter now, it was quite cold and one electric heater couldn't make it better. The appartment is not refurbished for a long time (although exterior looks very nice) and furniture is shabby. Next day I got answer: sorry for the delayed answer. And they asked ME to explain, how did it end. They asked me to send them evidence (screenshot) when, whom and how many times I have called. Seriously?
• Oleksandr (7/5): Отзыв на отель - Само расположение отеля хорошее. Бассейн и сад. Это единственное, что понравилось. 1. Бронировали и оплатили один номер, а поселили нас в другой номер. Пришлось администратору доказывать, что номер другой. Фото в объявлении отличались от реальности. Цвет мебели и вид с окна. Выбирали номер специально, чтобы был вид на океан. Соответственно, номер был дороже других. По факту вид был на соседний дом и частично на океан. Разницу в деньгах никто не вернул. Сказали, что попробуют переселить в другой номер, но никуда по итогу не переселили. По номеру. Слышимось ужасная. Особенно в спальне. Через стену - туалет соседнего номера. Слышно было все. Так же слышно соседей сверху, которые постоянно таскали деревянные стулья и мебель по полу. Постоянно двигают деревянную мебель. Окна в спальне выходят на лестницу. Слышно всех, кто ходит, разговаривает. Кровать в основной спальне. Матрац очень твёрдый и спать очень плохо на нем. В ванной грязь над зеркалом. Мебель уже старая. Были с ребёнком 3 мес. Он постоянно просыпался из-за звуков. Утром, когда начинается уборка номеров твой сон становится невозможным. Шум с каждого номера словно стены из бумаги. Заказывали детскую кроватку. По итогу дали манеж. Соответственно никто 3 мес ребёнка туда не ложил. Общие впечатления: 1. Неприятные эмоции от того, что бронировали один номер, переплатили за картинку, а получили другой номер и разницу в деньгах не вернули. 2. Очень плохая шумоизоляция. Слышно всех соседей. 3. Вернусь ли в этот отель еще раз - нет! Можно найти различия фото в реальности от тех, что в описании номера Жили в 218 номере. Номер, который бронировали по фото - соседний справа 217. Жили с 6.01.26 по 13.01.2026

• Pentti (5/5): Tarja Korkiatupa - Sijainti hyvä. Näköala merelle kaunis. Uima-allasalue ok ja hyvin hoidetut piha-alueet. Ensimmäisen yön huoneemme oli järkytys. Kuvottava haju ja likainen. Sänky ja muut kalusteet parhaimmat vuotensa nähneet. Valitettuamme asiasta saimme valita kahdesta huoneistosta sopivamman. Kumpikaan ei täyttänyt odotuksiamme. Valitsimme ylemmän kerroksen huoneiston. Pesimme lattiat ja pyyhimme pölyt .Kahvinkeitin sekä muut astiat oli myös pestävä.Keittiön kaapit oli surkeassa kunnossa. Pöytä ja tuolin jalat jossakin ihme sotkussa. Ns. Tv- taso ja hylly oli aivan vinossa, lasinen ovi ei tahtonut pysyä kiinni. Vähän väliä huoneistoon tuli oksettava viemärin haju. Pääsimme kahteen huoneistoon tutustumaan( lomalla olevien) Ne olivat huomattavasti paremmassa kunnossa. Kodinkoneet vaihdettu ja jopa siivottu paremmin. Kyseiset Huoneet, jotka olivat kadun puolella oli lomailijoiden mielestä ihan ok. Ihmetyttää, mitä mieltä on tarjota kelvottomia huoneita ? Olimme kuitenkin tulleet 7.ksi viikoksi nauttimaan lomasta. Voiko tästä vaatia korvausta?
• Ludmar (7/5): Für meine Zwecke ausreichend, für andere möglicherweise sehr störender Geruch und Geräuschkulisse. - Die Lage war für meine Zwecke gut. Es war sauber und eine gute Kommunikation. Ausreichende Ausstattung des Appartements. Leider wurden in anderen Zimmern Bauarbeiten mit entsprechender Geräuschkulisse durchgeführt. Wenn ich hätte tagsüber dort sein müssen, hätte es sehr gestört. Der Preis war doppelt so hoch wie vor einigen Jahren. Es hat in dem Zimmer (315) sehr stark nach Abwasser gerochen.
• Isabel (10/5): Muy bien! - Nos ha gustado mucho el apartamento, es muy amplio, estaba muy limpio, con todo lo que hemos necesitado, cama cómoda, y vistas al Teide y por otro lado al mar. La zona muy tranquila y hemos podido aparcar sin problemas. Miriam muy maja, nos ha dado muchas recomendaciones que nos han venido muy bien. Cuando volvamos a Tenerife, volveremos al apartamento.

• Lora (5/5): Peut s'améliorer... - - L'emplacement est plutôt bien car on peut accéder au centre ville à pied tout en restant à l'écart (calme et pas d'embouteillages pour accéder) - Les réponses rapides à mes mails et demandes (pas de personnel sur place donc heureusement que la réactivité aux mails est bonne) - Les appartements sont assez spacieux et plutôt bien équipés - La piscine, bien que petite, est très agréable. - Pas de personnel sur place alors qu'il est indiqué une réception ouverte de 9h30 à 17h30... - Un canapé lit pas fait pour un couple : une personne sur le canapé et une autre sur le matelas (tiroir sous le canapé). - L'entretien de la piscine qui se fait sur les heures d'ouverture de celle-ci, nous empêchant d'y accéder quasiment tous les matins... (On m'indique par mail que c'est pour une panne alors que nous avons clairement vu la personne faire ses petits tests matinaux...) - L'étendoir à linge est très petit - Le ménage et changement de serviettes et draps est censé être fait quasi tous les jours et nous ne l'avons eu qu'une seule fois en 9 nuits...

• Jane (9/5): Great location and parking - I really appreciated the welcome pack (water, coffee /tea sachets, wine) particularly as there were no shops open on my arrival. Great location, parking available most of the time on site in the small car park and always very nearby on the road outside. Close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants/bars in main La Paz strip, but in a quiet location so perfect mix of both. Cleaning was regular and on time throughout the stay and the apartment has everything needed for a self-catering stay, including excellent cooking/kitchen and laundry facilities. Great view and evening sunshine on large balcony. Lovely, clean rooftop pool area although it was a shame about opening hours (9:30-17:30)...presumably due to there also being residential apartments on site? Complex felt secure (entrance from evening is locked and access is with code and key) and noticed there is a nightly visit from security person which was reassuring as a sole traveller. Friendly and helpful staff. All round this was excellent no frills self-catering accommodation with a great location for exploring the Island or staying around the local area. The apartment is located near the entrance and due to the location of the bedroom do expect some likelihood of disturbance to sleep due to noise from others at times (particularly if a longer stay...or at weekends). The shower requires replacement and there is a skill to ensuring the bath plug stays in place when filling (😂), occasional unpleasant smells (due to plumbing?) but very useable, good size bathroom and sufficient hot water. Would have appreciated the opportunity to go for a swim after a day out walking, etc so it's a real shame about the pool opening time being so restrictive.

Apparently there are several permanent residents at club tarahal, which are smoking continuously 24/7 (especially the ones in the apartment beside the reception). AVOID this place if you’re NON SMOKER, you won’t be able to take fresh air or opening your terrace, ever. If you’re a not smoker, all your experience will be ruined. Also NO RULES apply to this place, expect pool area noise till very late night STAY AWAY

• Adam (8/5): Very good - The pool on the roof was perfectly clean and heated (February). The kitchen in the apartment was equipped well enough. The view from balcony on the mountain side was great. We went to Puerto de la Cruz to visit Loro park and to go to a beach, but we never made it to the beach as we left sooner to much warmer Los Cristianos. Good value for money though. The beds were not the best. The bathroom ventilation is a hole in the wall connected to the other apartment's bathroom.
