• Adriana (8/5): Goed hotel, wij waren positief! - De kamers waren netjes, het hotel was erg schoon en de bedden waren goed. Het hotel ligt heel dichtbij een metrostation, waardoor het ideaal is om te reizen naar zowel Londen-city als het vliegveld. We mochten onze koffers na het uitchecken nog even daar laten wat ook heel fijn was. Vanaf het hotel naar Londen-city is nog wel 40 minuutjes reizen. Als je dat meerdere keren op een dag doet, is dat wel wat veel. Maar de overstappen en aansluitingen zijn goed te doen

• Bee (7/5): Fix your sh** - It was clean and room service was fast. Also very close to an Underground into the city The first day we came into the parking lot around 2145. There were no parking spaces left outside the hotel. We saw a sign saying hotel parking overflow. We drove in and no one else was parked there and it was full of discarded items. I went inside to ask the staff if that was the are and he looked at me like I was insane. He just said yeah. Then the room they gave us the shower had no pressure. We even left a day earlier and paid for something else.

• Bradley (9/5): Lovely staff and clean accommodation - The property was modern and clean, the hallways are cool and the ladies on the front desk (one in particular whose name I unfortunately forgot) who allowed us to check in early, were all very lovely. Location isn’t great when you’re used to central London, the bus to the Elizabeth line was only a few stops and a 10 minute walk but there were tube strikes so it probably wouldn’t have been as bad without them

• Marco (4/5): Non tornerei - Struttura di per sé carina, pulizia della camera decente . Accoglienza al check in e check out pessima . Parliamo sempre di un 4 stelle . Colazione non all’altezza. Scarna e poco gustosa . Posizione sulla strada a percorrenza veloce e molto rumore percepito in camera . A 5 minuti dalla metro ma a oltre 40 minuti dal centro di Londra in metro . Quindi un po’ fuori mano .

Otel temiz, kaliteli,çalışanlar güleryüzlü-yardımseverdi. Yatak ve yastıklar oldukça rahattı. Kahvaltısı tatmin edici, kaliteli ve doyurucuydu. Otelin konumu bizim için gayet iyiydi. Londra’nın müthiş raylı sistemi sayesinde otelin hemen yanında bulunan altgeçitten karşıya geçerek 2 dk yürüme mesafesinde Piccadily line a binip 30-35 dk civarında merkeze ulaşılabiliyor. Beklentimizin üzerinde bir konaklama geçirdik. Tesiste beğenmediğim hiçbir şey yoktu.

Exceptional Staff - I recently arranged a stay at Park Plaza London Park Royal for a friend attending a local wedding, and I genuinely couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service they received. Due to running late, my friend arrived needing help with just about everything from an iron to last-minute essentials and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Every single person went above and beyond to help, from reception to the bar staff and management. Nothing was too much trouble, and the willingness to step in and assist really stood out. A special mention has to go to Nina, who was absolutely exceptional. Her professionalism, kindness, and proactive approach made a stressful situation completely manageable. She is a real credit to the hotel. It’s rare to come across a team where everyone pulls together like this, but that’s exactly what we experienced here. The service wasn’t just good it was outstanding. Highly recommended, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

The location at the beginning seemed a bit off, but at the end it was great. The hotel is right next to the underground station (you do not hear a bit in the room) and at the same time it is near the Heathrow airport and on the last day that means you can leave the baggage at the reception and just pick it up in the evening before the flight.

The overall environment is modern, clean, and well organised, which made the stay smooth from the start. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing enough space to relax with family while also allowing me to complete some work. The desk area was practical, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable throughout. The bed was very comfortable, and the room remained quiet at night. Breakfast was well organised with a good variety of fresh options suitable for everyone. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to public transport, making it simple to travel into central London. Overall, a great balance between comfort and practicality. I would definitely stay here again.

These is another metro station closeby that is served by other lines as well. The hotelrooms were nice and modern and very quiet. The area surrounding the hotel is a bit boring, but that did not bother us.
