• Maureen (8/5): - I found the room to be damp and warm. No exhaust in the bathroom, a dehumidifier was not available and I could not lower the room temperature below 69. It felt warmer than 69. I prefer sleeping in a cold, dry room. The staff is excellent! Friendly and very professional! The limited menu was good and my salmon was delicious! The hotel is in a great location.

• Terry (8/5): - I enjoyed my stay at the AC Atlanta Hotel Buckhead. I stayed in room 225 and it was immaculate and spacious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would have given an excellent rating but the room stayed a bit warm my first 5 hours there. It took me a while to realize that the air conditioning unit wasn’t working properly. I called for maintenance and the front desk sent an engineer within 30 minutes. The engineer was able to get the air conditioning unit going in about 20 minutes thankfully. Despite the AC issue that I experienced I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the AC Atlanta Hotel Buckhead again. The staff responded to the issue right away and resolved it.

• Sabrina (10/5): - Lovely hotel! Location is within walking distance of everything. There is lots of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment around. The staff were very patient and friendly. The room was extremely clean with beautiful flooring. I had a nice view of Nordstroms. The 3 ft pool is indoor and extremely small. This was not an issue for me as I was with my 8 year old nephew and it was very hot outside. So, it ended up being perfect for us. Parking was confusing. It was $35 per day and initially I didn't know where to park because everything said permit parking. I had to call the hotel to inquire. Housekeeping did not come. When I got home I read a slip of paper that was given to me inside my keycard pack. It said that you have to request housekeeping. I don't remember that being communicated to me. Overall, fabulous stay!

You can hear every noise from other rooms so it made it very hard to get a good night sleep. Encountered rude staff. Overall disappointed for a newer hotel an in a "nicer" area.

The property was nice, didn’t like that there was no valet being that you had to park in a parking deck & bring your luggage up to the main floor to access the elevators for the rooms. It’s very modern & upgraded but the shower could’ve used a much better cleaning. It was clear mold & dirt in several areas. I wanted to check out the bar and lounge but it was closed due to the bartender being sick. Thought that was interesting that they didn’t have another employee to fill in so guests could enjoy the amenities of the hotel properly. I’m not sure I would book again.

• picardrf (10/5): Beautiful, Clean, Modern and Near Some Impressive Malls - This place was, indeed, quite lovely. The lobby, lounge and “library” areas near the entrance were chic and modern. The “European” buffet (their name for it), was an elevated experience (fyi $20/person), and they made coffee available at all times in the lobby (no charge). While the lounge had a full bar and evening tapas, the tapas menu is VERY limited, so it might not meet your needs (it didn’t meet ours). We had a 2 Queen room for our family of 3, which was plenty spacious, including a small, separate seating area of an oversized chair and little table. The room also came with a coffee/tea making station and an elegant, glass front mini fridge that included a couple of chilled glasses and small bottles of water. No microwave, though, unfortunately. The beds were very comfortable and quiet — no creaky noises arising from anyone turning over in their sleep. And the blackout curtains were good, so we slept well. Do keep in mind, though, we were on the top floor (6th), and still heard plenty of street noise — bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Also.., housekeeping is available by request, rather than simply assumed… so you *can* have your room cleaned & made up, but only if you ask. We didn’t request housekeeping, but we did receive a bag filled with fresh towels hanging on our door, without asking, over the course of our 3-night stay, which was much appreciated. Everything was spotlessly clean, and every staff member was warm and friendly… this place appears to have nailed their hospitality efforts. Despite intending to park at the nearby malls for free… we got spooked by towing signs and chose to cough up the add’l $35/day to park below the hotel. Also… those malls are within walking distance, and have a lot to offer.

Another small disappointing quality aspect is the vinyl flooring. It lifts at the entrance to the bathroom, which I find unpleasant.

Roger did an amazing job checking me in. Clean room. Coffee in the lobby each morning. Bar had a good selection and a great staff. The Ecco restaurant next door is a must try-ate there twice. Next time I’ll try the indoor pool. Overall, a very nice, safe, clean hotel option in Buckhead.

If you only have a small bag, you could walk from the Marta station which is about 15 minutes. The beds are comfortable, and the design is contemporary. The staff was friendly and nice, and they have a breakfast buffet for $20. We got a great rate and I would definitely stay there again

• stanimiret2024 (2/5): Unexpected $500 Charge for Alleged TV Damage - Beware of Potential Fraud! - I stayed at the hotel from the night of 20/07/2024 to 21/07/2024. While my initial experience at the hotel was very good, a few days later I noticed an extra charge of $500 on my credit card. When I called to inquire about it, I was told that the maid claimed we broke the TV! We never even touched, turned on, or noticed the TV in the room. This is the first time I've heard of a hotel making such a claim and trying to pin it on the customer. What's next, a tile, phone, or light bulb? It appears this hotel might be running some kind of fraud operation, so beware.
• romanw871 (10/5): Good business hotel, limited dinning in the hotel - Stayed for 3 nights as a part of my business trip. Good location, decent daily rate, spacious well equipped room. They have a pool and small gym, which may get busy. I arrived Sunday evening- and there was no at to get anything to eat in the hotel as the restaurant and bar were closed. Fortunately there is Ecco restaurant next door and a few places at the adjustment mall. Staff was professional, helpful, service was good during the stay.

As for the hotel, the staff is very well trained, particularly Arielle and Leo, who were very professional and courteous.
