Facility seemed quite clean and staff were very great--service-oriented, friendly and accommodating. Room was nicely equipped. Laundry on site was a bonus, if a little pricey! Room price is tricky--remember to factor the multitude of Orlando-tourist-related surcharges/ taxes. Pool was clean but cool. As it is outdoors, temperature in March did not invite swimming.

Roberta (9/5): One of a few good things to come from an unexpected 4-day 'TSA-layover' in Orlando!! - This whole property appeared to be clean and well-maintained, and the front desk staff were always pleasant and helpful. King suites were adequate for 1 or 2 people. Breakfast buffet was convenient. Daily choice of egg, meat, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, cold cereal, breads, coffee and juices. The 'kitchen' and dining areas were very clean. On-site coin laundry was convenient, as well. Excited for a 'heated' pool, but it was chilly. (Though, the air was unseasonably chilly, too!) However, like the rest of this property, the pool was kept well and clean.

At check-in my card was authorized/charged $680.00. Inside everything seemed clean and very professional. Service was excellent. The only complaint, if you can call it a complaint, is that I wish my room was darker. Light was bleeding in from around the curtains and the lights on that side of the building were fairly bright.

On a flip side, wifi is terrible. - Cleanliness and the front desk assistant was helpful because at the time I got to the hotel, he said they were fully booked and he would have himself go to a dirty room and clean that. In the end, the room that was available was had only a towel to change and everything else was clean. The Wifi didn't work at all. After connecting to the network, it was expected for a modal window to be triggered where I would need to insert my info, however, it didn't appear. I called the front desk and he said the only thing he could do was to provide a number of the support team. I was not able to call the support team as I chose to go sleep because it was late night.

Caren (4/5): Poor Housekeeping - Front desk staff staff friendly and helpful. Close to UCF. Nice shower, water pressure. 2 televisions. Sheets and comforter were dirty. Stains and unidentifiable black blobs. Have pictures if needed. Told at check in that room service would come every other day. No one came the whole trip. Had to get our own towels, etc each time. Trash never taken out bc no one came in the room the whoke stay.. All cans full and over flowing.

yalin (8/5): In summary, the stay was pleasant and the staffs are decent but need more smile and greetings - The space and the clean enviornment The shower head is out of date. Should replace it. The rest of the room condition is excellent. Be sure to check if sink is draining slowly or not.

Jones (5/5): Was not bad once we got it straightened out and got me a room there even though they couldn’t find my reservation - The location of the property was perfect for what I needed to be near the university. When I checked in, they didn’t have my reservation, even though I had gotten a confirmation from the hotel itself. So then we had to figure out what to do and how to get me a room. The rug in the room felt damp and I don’t know if it was just because it was cold or what but it felt like it had been cleaned recently. Which is a good thing, but it also left it feeling damp.

Neil (8/5): - I checked in late just before 1am. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The only complaint that I have is that there was no hot water when I showered before going to bed. I had it at its hottest and it was very unsatisfying.

Jackie (10/5): Great Hotel for college parent visit - We were in town to help our daughter move into her new apartment for college. Hotel is very clean, quiet and had a decent breakfast. Staff was very welcoming and friendly.

David (8/5): Nice hotel - first room had a water leak by AC - Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful. We had to switch rooms due to the first room having a water leak by the AC - it smelled very musty. That's the reason for not giving 5 stars. Breakfast was pretty good.

James (10/5): - Stayed at the Fairfield Inn for two nights while having our air conditioner repaired. This is a convenient location, it’s clean and up to date. The room and bath were clean, comfortable and quiet. Plenty of parking. Will stay here again when the need arises.

Verified traveler (8/5): Comfortable stay - Breakfast is relatively decent and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Enjoyed the pool and was appreciative of the laundry service offered. The only downside was that the TV setup seems a bit old in this day and age.

Karen (8/5): Clean and convenient. - Very convenient location. Walking distance to many shops and eateries. Un-crowded pool. Housekeeping never serviced our room, even though we were there for three (3) nights. Not a huge problem, but expected at least minimal service.
