• Pat (8/5): Good location - The hotel was a 15 minute walk from central station so very convenient for us travelling by Eurostar. We had booked a penthouse room which overlooked the roofs of Amsterdam. The room was clean and comfortable. The room was cleaned daily. There was good storage for clothes, facilities to make a drink and a mini fridge. The hotel has a beautiful black cat who came to visit often. The hotel is within the same building as Mr Meat restaurant. We had the best steak ever there ! It was so good we went twice ! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. Our only slight negative would be the shower. Water pours out under the door and we had to put both mats down to try and stop it. The shower itself is very efficient so a little alteration would improve this problem. Our room was accessed by a lift to the 4th floor and then a steep staircase to the 5th. Maybe not suitable for some people.

Digitales Einchecken und nettes Personal - Rezeption. Fenster nicht zum kippen. Hörbare Klimaanlage. Dunkles Treppenhaus mit unterschiedlicher automatischer Beleuchtung, die z.T. defekt war - oder einfach nur auf der halben Treppe verbaut wurde. Fast keine Staumöglichkeit - 1 Hochschrank (50x50), der mit Kissen und Bügelbrett bereits gefüllt war. Unzureichende Helligkeit im Zimmer, trotz funktionierender Leuchten und Fenster. Der Schreibtisch wurde mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Zubehör zu 70% voll. Um die Bett-Leuchten an/aus zu schalten muss ca. 1m höher fassen - von der Matratze aus.

There were insufficient sockets placed in areas that they needed to be ie the coffee machine in one room and the bedside cabinet in the other. The carpets were tired and needed replacing. There were fridges in the rooms that didn’t work and were used as bedside cabinets. The lighting was poor in both the bathrooms and bedrooms.

Nu a mai aparut nici in zilele urmatoare. Insă am primit 3 prosoape de baie si unul de față, pentru două persoane. Terasa nu este acoperită, în caz de ploaie, nu poți ieși (fumători fiind). Ar fi necesară o copertină/pergolă - ceva. Baia are peretele din sticlă mată și glisează cu un sunet de balans care deranjează noaptea.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was enormous and had the luxury of underfloor heating - bliss. Super friendly staff, and great communication prior to the trip. Would definitely recommend ❤️ The sofa bed was noisy, towels from the previous occupant had been left in the bath, and we had a fire alarm during the middle of one of the nights! (Which at least indicates that they were working so isn’t really a complaint but did disturb our stay☺️)

Durante la notte suona l'antincendio, in dieci in pigiama stiamo per le scale aspettando che qualcuno ci dica cosa succede ma invano. La mattina dopo a colazione la macchina del caffe non funziona, ma in sala non c'e nessuno..sono obbligato ad andare alla reception...a colazione non c'e lo zucchero!! Il girono dopo mi telefonano perche non sanno neanche che ho nfatto iol check in, e come risultato la mia stanza non viene pulita. Le scuse si risolvono nell'offerta di un bicchiere di spumante

• Sharocks (8/5): Emplacement parfait, personnel au top - Emplacement parfait à 10 mn de la gare dans un quartier vivant. Chambre simple avec miroir, coffre-fort, TV, grande douche à l'italienne, bureau, de quoi ranger ses vêtements et une jolie vue sur les toits. Personnel adorable et très serviable. Et en bonus : la chatte noire de l'hôtel qui s'appelle Lady peut vous rendre visite. Parfait quand on adore les animaux. Je reviendrai. La chambre mériterait un petit rafraichissement mais ça passe encore.

• Carly (9/5): Great place to stay near many attractions - It's a short 10-minute walk from Amsterdam Centraal. They stored my luggage until check in. Check in itself was super quick and easy. The staff upgraded my room to the penthouse, which was very kind, and they assisted with getting the luggage up there. They also helped close a window that I was unable to figure out! Great views of the neighborhood. Breakfast the next morning was next door and was of quality, light and good food - a perfect combo before heading to the airport. They called a taxi for me and the driver was there in 5-10 minutes. I also loved being able to walk around the Jordaan area and take in Dam Square/the city at night while feeling very safe. (Also, A+ on having outlets next to the bed.) I'll be back! The bed was very firm, but that's personal preference.

• Albert (6/5): Bona ubicació i poc confort a l’habitació . - La ubicació L’habitació es extremadament petita , no et pots ni moure, no te lloc per posar les maletes ,matalassos molt antics i molt tous. te una bona terrassa però l’espai en general es insuficient.
• Sarina (10/5): - Die Lage war super zentral , das Zimmer sauber und groß , die Rezeption immer zur Verfügung , gerne wieder !
• Pablo (10/5): Muy buenas opción para una estadía corta en Amsterdam. - Muy buena ubicación, se llega caminando a los principales puntos de interés. Excelente habitación y muy buen desayuno.
