My Best Friend and I were celebrating out birthdays and we really felt special. I was also choosen for the guest of the day and was presented with a gift bag. What a surprise that was. They were doing remodeling construction and was limited on parking but it was ok.

- dylanam2024 (10/5): Great place to stay for the Masters! - We stayed at the Hyatt House while we were in town for the Masters. The hotel is being renovated but the staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were not impacted. The room was very clean, fresh and clean sheets and fluffy towels! Front desk staff, kitchen staff and bartender were all fantastic, they even opened up breakfast early one morning when they saw we had an early start. We would definitely stay here again! They also offer a shuttle to the golf course.

I told employee and he came in room and gave me excuses why it’s supposed to be like that and never apologized. Phone didn’t work in room either.
- GrandTour69610 (4/5): Masters Week - First of all, I have been to the Masters over a dozen times over the years. I played golf for Augusta College (now University) back 40 years ago. So I recognize how in demand the hotels are for Masters week. But the fact that this hotel got a 90+ rating was insane. We got a "Special King Size Room". I think the "Special" part meant it was on the top floor. There is no closet or any area for hanging your clothes. We asked 3 times for a bar of soap to wash our hands, and never got one. All this for $850/night. I'll go back to Hampton Inn in Thomson and drive the 30 minutes to the course.

- Mercedes (1/5): We didnt stay there - The property is in a good location but they have no business being open I arrived at 11:30pm when they informed me there would be a 20 minute wait for a room as they didnt have one available more than 30 minute went by and the room still wasnt ready they refered us to a sister property tru by hilton in agusta we drove 10 minutes mind you its now past 12 am tru had no idea what we were talking about i called several times and no one was answering finally they answered and come to find out we were supposed to be at tru in north agusta so we drive another 15 minutes its darn near 1 am and finally we make it tru by hilton was great but hyatt not at all.

The noise and disruption made the stay far less enjoyable than expected. Service was also below average, with slow responses and limited staff availability. - Hope (5/5): Meh... - Room size, Breakfast Pool was closed for repairs (big disappointment with the Heat), one of the elevators was broke down the entire stay with no evidence that it was being repaired causing delays with guests having to use only 1 elevator (I was with my handicap mother so stairs were not an option and we were on the top floor). Walls and carpet were in bad shape throughout.

Fridge was broken and wouldn’t cool nor would our blinds raise to be able to see view. Poor was closed also just overall bad to be a visitor for first time.

I didn't like the fact that there were no breakfast meats available or whole milk. I was told by staff that the meat was in the gravy. I do not like gravy or my breakfast meat in gravy. That's absolutely absurd for a restaurant not to provide breakfast meats. The towels were so rough to my skin and pool was unavailable.
- Drew (5/5): Overall bad, but the staff was excellent and tried very hard to be helpful. - Location The battery for the keypad in our room was bad and it took the very nice staff person about 45 minutes to get us into our room because the technology that she had to get it fixed didn’t work. Based on the condition of the door, this was not the first time that this had happened to the keypad on our door. Further, the bathroom sink was backed up and there was hair and other gross things in the bathroom sink.

- 408jimk (8/5): Nice inexpensive hotel in Augusta Georgia - Pleasantly surprised by the room, 500 sf with a full kitchen, even though there were no utensils or pots and pans. Also breakfast left something to be desired as sausage gravy and biscuits were the closest thing to getting any meat. Did have fruit and some hard boiled eggs. Check in and checkout was quick and painless. Staff was pretty much friendly. I'd stay again.

- Cynthia (1/5): Do not go there. - Not much After paying, they said they did not have a room matching my payment. They told 3 other people behind me the same thing. They refused to work to refund which would allow me to go elsewhere. Carpet torn. Window shades ragged. Restaurant was really a bar. Out of half things in menu. No iced tea. Breakfast was removed 30 min prior to end time. Gen Mgr Ball never called me back. Both computers for customers did not work— no keyboard on one. Other was non operational. NO HOT WATER NIGHT OR NEXT MORNING!! Would not stay there again for any reason.

Aquarius at the front desk was very helpful with my booking and called me to update the booking I made with booking.com. All of the front desk staff was very nice and the housekeeping lady was very friendly & restocked our room when we asked. We were extremely impressed with the courtesy of the people at the hotel. Light smell in the room when you first walked in. Maybe a/c dampness? Everything else was perfect!

- 282M282 (4/5): go somewhere else if you want to sleep - Stayed for 3 nights for a conference. The hotel was supposedly relatively new, but it was run down, smelly, and moist everywhere. The rooms smelled so bad, even after asking for a different room, that I had to purchase my own air fresheners, which didn't help. My uniforms were smelly and my clothes stunk when I got home to unpack. Most disturbing was the situation where the hotel staff tried to help a guy get into his room after his card didn't work. They were trying to break in the lock for an hour right outside my room. Then I noticed there were evidence on many doors of the same thing. The wood around the locks were chipped away and it was broken into. Made me feel very unsafe. I took a few photos.

The staff was friendly, and my room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only issue was that the room was musty and humid. I think because it is so hot, perhaps the HVAC system was struggling. I still had a pretty good stay, and when I mentioned it the next morning to the front desk staff, they were apologetic and kind. That matters!

- Pjazzy (2/5): One word: MOLD! - There is one word to describe my stay: MOLD! The first night I checked in late and went to bed. During the night I smelled a dank, mildewy smell. I requested a room change the next day, but the second room smelled worse than the first. I changed again and tried to make do, but the mold smell kept me up all night, clogged my sinuses and nose, and gave me a headache. I actually slept with a mask on, but it didn't help. I saw an employee spray Glade up and down the hall on at least two occasions, presumably to cover the moldy smell. There was mold on the window glass as well. I still have a sinus pain, which I have never had before. Obviously a horrible experience.

- Harris (5/5): For all the money they charged me the stay could have been a lil better - I liked the beds My room smelled like wet sour clothes as if it had been flooded before. I came with a group of people for basketball tournament and half of us got charged twice then got charged for other little small transactions I can’t help but think they are scammers

- Verified traveler (10/5): Very cozy spot - When arriving to the hotel, I was instantly greeted by the wonderful staff and checked in and key assigned within 2 minutes. The rooms were clean and neat, their food is great for the location, PLUS Happy Hour at the bar! I will staying there again very soon!
