I'm not a breakfast person, but it looked fine. The view of the ally, maybe the owners of those other buildings could paint smiley faces on their roofs. ;)

Check-in person was not very friendly, said I had only booked two rooms and charged me full rate, not the rate Expedia had given. Cast a shadow on our stay. Won't go there again.

Not only is it truly the center of Chippewa Falls proper, but access to Riverfront Park was perfect for me, as well as that it was within reasonable walking distance to the Leinenkugel Brewery, surrounding coffee shops and dining locations downtown. I really wanted to stay in Chippewa Falls during my short stay while I was passing through, and I'm thankful I stumbled upon this hotel. My room was wonderful, the pool was quiet and clean, even the exterior of the property was beautiful.

- Bettina (10/5): - Stay was amazing. We'll probably stay again since our kids live in the area.
- Kristin (8/5): Very good - Located near everything we wanted to check out. Beds were a bit uncomfortable and a shower mar would be appreciated. Rather slippery.
- Jennifer (8/5): - The good: awesome overall hotel, great staff, clean and a great location. The bad: while not the worst, parking is across the street and they must have a septic tank instead of sewer because it was being pumped. The smell of raw sewage permeated the lobby area and standing outside for a few minutes while loading up was almost impossible as the access was right next to the main lobby door.

- Sherry (10/5): - It is downtown Chippewa Falls, so there are shops around it. There is a coffee shop right next to it for coffee lovers!! The negative was the traffic noise but we still had a great sleep!!
- Brundige (6/5): Good - Location Clean Staff Bed. Issue with booking room through booking. Com. Somehow got double booked and double charged. Trying to settle with hotel so not to be double charged for staying in one room.

- Donald (8/5): - A little disappointed with the check in experience this time. We waited 5 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk. We could hear several people talking and joking around back in the office. Everything else was fine as always.

- Karsten (6/5): - The property in room was very clean and nice. They have breakfast in the morning for the guest, but on our first morning it was supposed to be open till 10 AM and we arrived at 9:15 for breakfast, all the hot food was gone, only cold food left, and they cleaned it up and kind of.
- Bryan (10/5): - Great property in downtown Chippewa Falls. Close to a couple good restaurants and a neat little coffee shop. Walkable to the river park.

- Nathaniel (8/5): - There really was no staff other than at check in. I've never been asked if I would need the housekeeping service or not but I didn't mind as it was very clean and nice. Same breakfast...like the same trays of food both mornings...I could tell. I think I may have been the only guest.
- Jean (3/5): It was ok, the smell was a problem. - The location was close to our desired destination. There was a ventilation problem. Throughout the entire hotel, including the elevator, there was an unpleasant bad cooking oil smell.
- Mallory (10/5): - The location was excellent, right in the heart of downtown. The area was walkable and had a lot to offer. The hotel was very clean, check in was quick and convenient.
- Wendy (3/5): Poor - We asked to have room made up twice. They did not do it. Chair broken in room. Shower water was too hard for me to turn on.. had to have husband di it. One soda was 6.50. Room not worth 200 at all.. front desk could not help at all...housekeeping was gone at 6m when we got back to see room a mess.. very disappointed 😞

- ERIC (8/5): - Great hotel in town. No one at the front desk when we arrived. There was a sign to call to check in at the front desk. Called and it took about 10 min for staff to arrive and check us in. The fireplace in the lobby did not work. Other than those two minor things, the hotel was great for a stay while visiting valley burgers
