- Ware (1/5): Greats staff Horrible owner - The front desk lady diannle is awesome she always take care of you ! The owner is disrespectful I stayed for a week and half an come back off the road an tried to accuse me for dispute a 60$ charge back an couldnt even provide the proof of charge back !
- Ware (8/5): Do not book unless you see diannle in the office terrible experience - The staff was awesome The owner has terrible attitude an do not know how to speak to people on top of the fact he want you to pay $100 deposit for a more updated room which only have nice mirrors an light

- Sherry (4/5): - The size of the room and the cleanliness Housekeeping don’t ask if you need anything or check to see if you do, you have to go down to office if you need something. Then you have to call someone and wait till they come up to the office because they don’t have staff at front desk 24/7. Also the woman Danielle had an attitude on the last day of my stay and was told to check out because I told her I did not like her attitude or was how she handled the situation.
- Amy (2/5): Mad sad my 8 year old couldn’t sleep banging people hanging out looks just like the projects or a jail - Nothing It had roaches spiders look like the hood along noise my son couldn’t sleep
- Sergio (3/5): Lack of effort on behalf of the hotel and unsafe location. - The bathroom had a toilet plunger. See There was no breakfast. Had the place for 2 days. I changed my mind about the third because I left for work the morning after my first night leaving my towels in neat pile I the floor and my bed un-made. When I got back that evening, I found my dirty towels still left in the same spot on the floor and my bed was still un-made. I asked the front desk about it. They said the maid had already gone home for the day. I asked for new sheets and towels. After 45 min she dropped them off. I had to put tge sheets on the bed myself. There was no soap. When I fist arrived there was a single small piece of soap, which between bathing and washing my hands, went really quickly. No brought any new bars ( or "bar") of soap the next day. Floor was dirty. Toilet stopped up 4 times. But they did have a plunger for me to use.
- Scott (10/5): Best rates in area, clean, nice staff. I have nothing negative to say about my stay here - Clean rooms, easy check in, and very nice staff I love everything about this hotel

- Maddey (1/5): - I never got to stay because the hotel rejected me. The staff were rude and I’m having a hard time getting my refund

- Khadijah (6/5): Staff representative prejudged and Falsely haccused me and my family based on his personal opinions - Peaceful for the most part. Mind your business and your business will mind you. Staff accused me of trespassing and then realized they made a mistake. Looking up my name to ensure I wasn't banned. But not online, the people who was in the car and had nothing to do with staying at this hotel. Felt very disrespected and prejudged based on his actions..staff exact words were "someone in that car isn't supposed to be here and are banned from this hotel". I replied my kid is 13 years old. My sister never stayed here and my boyfriend isn't even from North Carolina. I really would like to sue or press some kind of charges on this staff member.

- Martin (2/5): Don’t go if you want respect. Awful and unclean. - Actually the only thing I liked a little was the beds i think they have new ones 😉…after I had to change room because there was a pubic hair on the sheets in that first room…So I was whit my 76 year old mom so I asked for an another room one course🤷♂️
The front lady told me that she will show us other rooms so we went. But we were now not allowed to go in there and check if everything was alright. They didn’t want us to put steps on the floor cause for them it seems really hard to just do a little mop…actually I saw one of them cleaning ladies there and she had a great smile but can not see that her mop was all dirty…that’s why I cleaned everything up afterwards. After consulting whit that front lady again..she allowed us to check the whole room we got to see another one and we choose. Then… after choosing the room… I realised(they have 10 feet ceilings) that there was like 4 big spider webs on the inside of our room ceiling 🙄 I had to go back to the cleaning lady to ask her for her mop so I could do it🤷♂️ I even pass my hand on the top of the bed with a simple clean watered napkin I had and there were so much dirt on it. So… we had to clean the place but you know what we don’t ask for too much. A little bit of more respect from there side would have been welcome but you know what I don’t expect much from people anymore. So we went to a store and we baught a shower curtain 💁♂️ some hangers cause they have nothing there people you better bring all you need and more…forget about comfort or hospitality in this joint. So anyway we finally got some extra sheets (2) and that’s all they wrote.
To finish; better that these people are more certainly underpaid…that they don’t really a dam about your striure cause they also have one and that they really don’t give a dam about your trip. Spiderwebs on the ceiling, no shower curtains 🤷♂️…
You can see that they don’t even bother to clean a whole mirror because the last feet up is too much for them to seven bother to take a chair that is right there next to it.
Broken back window they told me it was because of the last hailstorm 😂 maybe…but I still had to block a part of it whit my own ways cause bumblebees were able to come in if I didn’t 😮💨 and they never what so ever at anytime took care of us. This place doesn’t give a dam about you. They don’t know how to clean(I don’t want to see their house) and they really don’t care about you.
- Elizabeth (4/5): - The staff were very polite and nice. They even stayed up til 1230AM to check me in due to my flight. Their rooms need to be updated or remodeled. There were no ice machines on site so you’ll have to buy ice from the nearest convenient store. Make sure to bring your own towels and washcloths because the staff do not exchange the towels and linens. All in all, the stay is a 5/10.
- Donald (4/5): - No towels..toilet paper..no shower curtain

- Tawanda (8/5): Great stay. Friendly people, nice place, nice area. - Great customer service. Affordable. Clean rooms. Friendly people. Spiders in room. A really big one was dead near left side of window, on floor. I left it there. I killed another medium sized that was trying to crawl in my boot and also I killed a baby one. I didn’t say anything to staff but I took a picture. Also I became frustrated because the booking company charged me twice for the same day. They said they didn’t but my account showed different. I stayed two nights. I recall losing around 200+ dollars with the same company over a year ago. They wouldn’t give me a refund when the manager of the motel was having a bad day and wouldn’t let me stay. The hotel (Extended stay - Cliffdale Road) nor the booking company (booking.com) would refund my money nor help me to stay somewhere else. And this was the very day that my house burned down. I slept in my car. Well anyway, this hotel (Bravo Inn) was overall ok. The office staff were really nice and supportive. Room clean except for spiders. And for the record; I’m not complaining, just telling the truth so others may be watchful and aware. I know we are being judged by our responses. Whether I receive good social rating or not, truth is truth. And that’s what should be judged. Thank you.

- Robinson (2/5): It was exactly as I figured it would be to all expectations for stay...but NOT in a good way! - I did like a few people I i met who had been employed at the OYO Hotel. Those specific individuals know who they are, and are very friendly, kind, and helpful WITHOUT any nasty attitude towards me or my millions of questions I had. 💚💜💛💙
I liked how I knew more than a few people who happened to be living or temporarily staying at the OYO during my vacancy also!
Made me feel a tiny tadish bit more comfortable with everything, everyone, and the atmosphere surrounding me.
The staff of the hotel seemed to mind their own business UNLESS things become unruly, physically violent, or obnoxiously loud to the point where it starts to distract or irritate others negatively..
The staff and manager were also very patient people, and they were putting up with a lot of bullshit that tenants had going on. Things like late rent, no rent payment at all, and all the excuses explaining what happened that caused those issues.
And rarely do you find people working in the hotel/motel environment who take a risk on giving some responsible residents second chances.
🙏🏼💜😁 I did NOT appreciate the attitude that we were given by at least 2 specific employees of the OYO Hotel.
There wasn't any real one reason, detailed or not, that told me why we were allowed to be belittled, disrespected, lied on, assumed upon, or perceived to be wild, no-good, thugged out, reckless ass hoodlums. As if we were only going to be up to no damn good during our stay at the OYO.
During the first month of our vancancy, give or take a few days, I must agree that I did not see one bugged out critter. But after that time passed and we began to get a little more comfortable with our stay there, all a sudden ALL the backwoods-ass critters with or without wings and powers that allow them to crawl up walls and across ceilings....only to risk having one slip and fall down into your mouth while you were sound asleep. Almost as if a sign sat in the open hole of your mouth that read 'WELCOME!"
If I get started on the floors of this freaking place, Lord knows I won't be able to stop rambling on and on for hours on top hours!!!!
I REFUSE to walk barefoot across the fake-wooden floor of my room or ANY room at that!
And it's sad because I should be feeling a bit more on the side of comfort and relaxation...rather than sitting on edge and feeling anxious as all get-down!!!
The floors look and even feel as though they haven't seen a mop in over 5 years! Waaaaayyy overdue for the floor to have a threeway date with the mop and soap!!!! LOL!!
Just takes a little bit of elbow grease, sweat, and this thing termed "effort" to actually have any hotel room back to an acceptable cleanliness for the next temporary resident!!
Some people are just so damn lazy though I guess. It's sad😔😞
- Mcdonald (3/5): Poor -
- Erica (2/5): - The hotel hallways where no clean. There are people living in this hotel. The room was so smokey that I had to ask for refund (son has asthma). I was told I could get my money back and it been a week and I haven't received it yet.
- Shalonda (2/5): - They took my money but no rooms
- Lemburge (5/5): Passable -
- Works (1/5): Will not recommend not will stay here again - The A/C worked Staff not very friendly and lazy
Forgotten items under bed from other guests
TV had screen damage
- Kyle (1/5): Traumatized - Nothing!!! My girlfriend had a seizure and everyone acted like they didn’t want to help her. They charged me 90 dollars for my esa animals after telling me originally it was 45. The staff was very rude as well My experience was absolutely horrible
- Janice (1/5): Bad - nothing nothing
- Janet (2/5): Very poor -
- Jennifer (2/5): - Not ESA friendly. Yelling and fighting going on. Staff not friendly
- Hill (2/5): Will never stay ever again. - The lady at the desk was nice. Not her fault the owners don’t care about the property at all. Someone walked right in my room at 11 o’clock at night bc they were given keys to our room… like they forgot they already filled the room for the night… the dead bolt just came off the wall….. Also, The house keeping was awful. The hallways smelled and looked like they’ve never been cleaned ever…. Pretty sure they’ve never swept behind any door or nightstand. Found trash under and behind everything in the room. The windows looked like someone licked them…. Clearly you get what you pay for…. It was one of the worst places I have ever stayed…
- Donald (6/5): - Upset that apparently, from remodeling, there was dust that they tried to clean and it was a film of white dust. The wooden head boards were in bad condition. There was no trash cans anywhere!
- Henry (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tanazsha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Graham (8/5): Very good -
- Terrill (1/5): Close immediately - Nothing Everything was filthy
- Brenda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Umu (5/5): Passable -
- Mccollum (6/5): Need more training. - The location was fine. The house keepers don't clean or attempt to see if you need any toiletries. They never gave us linen if we didn't ask for it. Then they sold my room without asking if I was gonna stay just because it's the furniture market. That was very dirty and underhanded I had planned on staying until may 7th but she sold my room. Then they clean rooms on certain days. What hotel does that.
- Anthony (5/5): Passable -
- Ryan (8/5): Very good -
- Manoj (4/5): Average stay option. - Cleaning is not up to mark. Toilets are not good.

- Brandy (10/5): Exceptional - I love the quiet
- David (3/5): Poor -
- Nicholai (2/5): Very poor -
- Verified traveler (2/5): Disgusting - Blood on the wall and dripped all over the floor. Room had not been cleaned, mattresses were disgusting and had holes in them, fitted sheet had blood on it. Food all over the floor, hair on the toilet. Do not go here. I also did not see that it was a walk up until I got there and it just did not feel safe. There were no extra locks on the door.
- Traci (1/5): Bad - The on-call manager was nice. The price of 65 dollars and that is it is nice. The maid will lie on you and say you have a dog when you do not. If you are a deliverer and have to go through people's and pick up dog food or crap on your shoes, the maid and the owner's wife will accuse you of you having a dog and believing the maid. Don't waste your time.
- Davenport (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and peaceful and still close to everything.
