Chris (1/5): Never stayed, terrible customer service. - Nothing We booked a room on booking.com and then called the hotel to verify they had the room available. The front desk person confirmed they had the reservation and the room. We had checked out of a different hotel because of the conditions and just as we arrived at the Cobblestone, we received a call that they didn't have the and they couldn't help us, essentially leaving out without a hotel room for the evening. The front desk attendant had no idea what to do nor did they offer any help other than to say we wouldn't be charged. We will never stay at this property or any of it's associated properties ever.

Theresa (3/5): Whirl pool tiny dirty wash cloth found in bathroom. - The king size bed was fine The only reason i booked this room was for the whirl pool tub and it was so small I barely fit into it let alone me and my husband. It was suppose to be a romantic getaway. I woukd have went else where if I had known how small it was.
Jonathan (10/5): Comfortable, easy to settle, and nice crew! - I appreciate the kindness and guidance of the staff members. For example, they told that I could even use a pool, and I didn't know the hotel had such a facility, which I could also use the next morning (this was great!). Everything was clean, and after the check-out, they allowed me to stay in the lobby for some work I needed to finish before my continuing my trip. Great place and people! All was fine!

Julie (1/5): Do not stay if you have pets this is not a pet friendly hotel. - Please be aware anyone that has pets this hotel will make you sign a clause that allows them to take your animals to a kennell if any complaints. This is not posted anywhere online and no other hotel in our experience made us sign such a clause. Pets are also not allowed in the lobby of the hotel. We were told we would be refunded our money when we refused to stay due to this risk and only received refund for pet fees.

I love the amount a little amenities that make a trip happy like green tea and honey being available.Breakfast was phenomenal. I was bothered by the fact that I had an emergency situation. And I had to leave town, but my room was booked and paid for for 6 days.I left after two days but send a relative to gather my belongings and the staff had almost stolen everything saying that they let the housekeepers take it and keep what they wanted for donation, even though I told them I was coming back for my things. They took every single item I had just purchased. That was brand new for my children. And literally only left used clothing. I'm talking like, nine hundred dollars worth of items, not just twenty dollars. At first I thought they were wonderful.Because they said, oh yeah, we have your stuff.But when I got there to retrieve my things, everything had been reinsacked by their staff.

Limited selection and not kept stocked. If you choose this hotel bc there’s breakfast included you may end up disappointed.

Eleanor (3/5): The dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. - We liked the location. It was close enough to everything that we were there for. The smell when we first walked in was gross. It didn't look terrible when we checked in despite the smell. When we got to the room, it was unclean. Giant red stains all over the carpet, hairs all over the bedding as well as the sheets look old and were pilling, hairs all over the bathroom. It just looked and felt dirty. We went to the pool. The floor is painted and was chipping everywhere so it was sticking to our feet and all of our belongings. We only were going to be sleeping there so we were going to just deal with it. The first night, we got absolutely no sleep. There was a dog yapping all night, people running up and down the hallway and yelling at all hours of the night and at 11pm there was music so loud that it shook our room. My husband had to go to the front desk to ask them to call the room to turn it down. The person at the front acted like he already knew about the music, so why not take care of the issue before waiting for people to complain. Breakfast was not great. Trash cans were overflowing and hardly anywhere to sit. Most of the food was gone by 8:30am. Definitely would not recommend this place and won't stay there again. We ended up leaving the next day and not even staying the second night we had booked. I have never had such a poor stay at a hotel.

Pamela (8/5): Great for family stay, near behrend campus UPA, - The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. The day managers DK and Vijeta, night manager Safe all were great. They frequently offered treats to our grandkids and make sure we have everything we need. The cleaning staff, Jeanne, took great care of us and were always available to offer any needed replacements. The layout of our room, 114, with a king bed and a couch was great for our visit with grandkids and allowed us room to move around when needed. Fridge and microwave and pool were great additions for our visit. The bed in our room caused us some discomfort. The sheets need to have deeper pockets so the sheets don’t pop off the corners during the night and end up wadded up in the middle of the bed. The mattress we had was not comfortable as there was an indentation on one side from frequent use and it really needed to be replaced. The other side was more comfortable but it was so close to the wall it was obviously used less frequently. The side with the indentation made a crinkling noise anytime you moved on the bed. Again hard to replace on a moments notice but something to improve future visits.

Lauren (9/5): Great breakfast and very comfy bed - Breakfast was great and bed was super comfy I thought I booked a different hotel, same name, but in a location closer to campus. When I tried to check in at that hotel, they informed that I actually booked at this one, and that happened "more often than you would think." The booking process was a little misleading. The location was much further away, and had I know that I would not have booked there. But that was more of a booking error, nothing against the hotel itself.

Miller (9/5): We were happy to find this for the value. Kind of basic necessities that were comfortable. - It was comparable to Holiday Inn Express. The eating area was rather small in the Harborcreek location, but the food and coffee were just as good. We did notice that the noice level was higher but there were not a lot of guests so it equalled out. There is no elevator to the second floor which is a problem for those with disabilities. The rates were really good. So the breakfast serving space is small and there is no elevator to the second floor.

Nobody asked them to quiet down - except me. Considering how close your motel is to Behrend College, we shouldn't have been surprised. 😒😒

McClain (4/5): Won't stay again. - The bar was closed, the pool was cold and when we got to breakfast, there was not enough food, and nobody restocked it. They had only five sausage patties and whatever you called the eggs and we were there only minutes after breakfast started. I believe I paid $50 too much for this room. Also, we were on the first floor and our view was the parking lot, our curtains would not stay shut, we had to put a clip on them. I wont stay again at this location. The pool was cold and did not seem very clean. There was not enough food for breakfast. We had a party of four, there was enough food put out for about two people and never got restocked with sausage and eggs. Other people who went for breakfast didn't get anything.
