• David (6/5): Great location and basic value. Don't expect anything more. - This is a funky old motel in the AZ desert convenient to Roosevelt Lake. That's all. Don't expect anything more posh than a rodeway or motel 6 and you won't be disappointed. Room was clean and larger than usual. Shower was excellent. Location is what makes this place a good choice. A/C made noise, but didn't cool the air at all. Windows and sliding door need screens, so one could ventilate the room without allowing insects in. The "pond" is choked with algae and needs a complete drain/clean/reset. The entire property is overdue for some TLC.
• Sheri (1/5): Na - Our room smelt so profusively of mold we couldn't stay overnight and actually headed back to Tucson after our birthday celebration at the lake that night. Ms Lisa was extremely nice and professional even during the fire that happened down the road. We have put our key in the mail so you should be receiving it soon. • Zimmermann (4/5): - None offered Things appear clean on the surface, but this room has not been deep cleaned in 40 years. Mold on the bathroom ceiling, bathroom door by handle is visibly greasy and dirty. The inside of the oven smelled like pizza but we weren't.making pizza because it hasn't been cleaned in years. The inside of the fridge was clean and the sheets appeared to be clean. You had to slam the outside door to keep it shut. I could go on. If this business charged 97 dollars a night that would be one thing, but 185 is atrocious. Plenty of single and married men would and I'm sure stay here for the prime fishing and hunting location.as for this gal-not so much.

Floors and the bathroom had not been cleaned thoroughly. The floor kept turning our feet black and appeared to have a grim on it.

I have loved coming here, but sadly, it just isn’t - I have been coming here since 2018, and while I love the location and the locals, this place has really gone downhill. The cabins are an ok value, but not for their condition. The carpet is extremely old, the end tables by the bed were very dusty, there were white balls of something in the corners of the bedroom, the flooring and cabinetry in the kitchen are very outdated, as is all of the furniture. There’s no ventilation in the bathroom or kitchen which would appear to be a hazard.

• Guest (3/5): Won’t do it again - Location Very out dated. Furniture was broken and fallen apart. Both kitchen and bathroom faucets, barely worked. The shower head was also plugged bathroom window would not completely close. Had to use portable electric heaters to keep the room warm bed was extremely hard. Property said there was a restaurant on site which was closed Upon check-in. Had to wait till somebody showed up to the office. This could be a really nice property to stay at but need some work.

• Verena (9/5): Tolles Resort an wunderschöner Lage - Das Resort ist zwar älter, inklusive der Einrichtung. Sehr grosse Zimmer, alles gut eingerichtet, aber top sauber und sehr gepflegt, es ist wunderschön und malerisch. Total ruhig gelegen mit einem traumhaften Teich in der mitte. Wir haben es genossen, draussen vor unserem Zimmer zu sitzen und die traumhafte Stimmung zu geniessen. Geschlafen haben wir wunderbar, da sehr ruhig und gute Betten. Preis-Leistung ist top, würde immer wieder da übernachten! Das Restaurant daneben ist in Ordnung, man soll aber nicht zu viel erwarten!

• Lisa (7/5): Good overall, but pricey. - I would like to have enjoyed the pond, but was too sick to enjoy it. The air conditioning unit was very loud. There was nothing open and available to buy anywhere near. For example, I was sick and needed Gatorade, but there was nowhere open or nearby at which to buy it.

• Katie (9/5): Great suite - Amazing suite, just like a tiny home. Huge bedroom. Great living room area, both had a a/c unit of their own. Every thing provided. Has a mini fridge and stove top to cook on. Great price for what you get. And there's a pond out the front door. Bathroom and shower was a bit cramped and because we arrived at night it was a little hard to find and know where to park
• Walker (7/5): Good - The location was really nice It was dirty. The bottom of the toilet was covered in hair. The lamp was covered in dust. The smell was really strong and gave us both a headache.

• Ramona (10/5): The stay was very relaxing, short distance from the lake and small convenience store. - The atmosphere was quiet and serene. The pond in the middle of the complex was very relaxing. We were there during a summer week with only a few other occupants so not sure about the weekends. It has a restaurant but we did not go. We brought our food utilizing the small microwave and small refrigerator A larger coffee pot would be better since the restaurant doesn’t open till 11am during the week days

• Tomáš (9/5): Superb - We like the pond located nearby the room (just outside) which makes it sort of oasis in a desert. Also, the personal was really nice and the room was clean and spatious. Although we turned off the A/C, it still made certain noise from time to time which was somewhat disturbing for a sleep.

• Gunner (5/5): Passable - I got stuck in the gravel by room #15. It's like a runaway truck ramp, way too deep. I had no good place to park. Need to remove a bunch of gravel. To make matters worse, the garden hose running from the laundry room leaks from being run over many times making the parking area by room #15 a good place to get stuck (deep gravel plus soaking wet).

• Frederick (10/5): Boat hook up right in front of door - This is a very convenient location where you can park up your boat, plug it up and feel secure. I highly recommend staying here.
• Gary (4/5): Mostly adequate - Mostly what we expected. Older motel within a short drive to the lake. It is somewhat remote and we chose this place due to the restaurant but it was only available the night we stayed if you purched a $45 ticket to a special “midget wresting” event. We woke up very hungrt.

• Karen (7/5): Old style cabin on a pretty pond with a fun bar/diner next door - Individual bungalow on the pond and close to hikes and desert landscape. Cozy Valentines dinner at the restaurant with friendly people and roaring fire which was nice on a winter night. Needs more of a facelift in the kitchen area and carpets. But of an ‘old’ smell to the cabin. Non plastic utensils and plates etc would be nice
