Laura (3/5): Loud doors slamming all night - Near where we needed to be Slamming room doors kept us awake all night. People were going in and out of their rooms well past midnight then it started up again just after 3 am. They need to add door closers

Miguel (4/5): This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in an Hotel because - The breakfast was bad the egg wasn’t mix well enough it was with too much water anyone could tell it was out of a bag too artificial. Not enough options The pool and jacuzzi wasn’t clean enough to get in it the water was too green/dirty

The front counter employee, Beeson, was very friendly and cordial. The shower floor was a bit slippery. Providing a rubber mat in the bathrooms would remedy this concern.

When I arrived I asked for a bottom floor room and the guy at the desk was right on top of it and gave me a bottom floor due to my disability I didn’t like the fact that there was a lot of parking when we arrived but wen we left and came back later we could not find any parking at all, the parking lot was very tight and some of the spots were very small for our vehicle.
Muangchanh (5/5): Overall it waw ok - "My one-day stay at the Hampton Inn had its ups and downs. Check-in was smooth, and the room was spotless and comfortable. The main drawback was the extreme noise from the upstairs tenant. There was a crying baby and kids running around that I could hear every single step of, making it nearly impossible to sleep. It seems the sound insulation between floors could be better. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to request a top-floor room."

Minhye (1/5): - I had a terrible experience with this reservation. I booked through Booking.com, but before I even checked in, the hotel charged me more than the rate I originally booked. When I contacted the hotel, they told me it wasn't their responsibility and that I should talk to Booking.com. Booking.com then said the hotel had overcharged me. They kept passing the responsibility back and forth, and no one took ownership of the problem. As of today, I still haven't received a refund for the extra charge.

If I knew the brand of bed it was, I would have gone out and bought one! I didn't see any hand soap in the bathroom. The dispenser on the wall said "body lotion". Also, the second day, it took a lot to get my key card to work. It finally did, but I thought I was going to have to go down to the desk. The cafe was very clean and tidy, and I appreciated the hot breakfast.

Firas Jobran (8/5): Good for a night. - Friendly staff and they accommodated an early check in. Rest room in the room had a barn door that didn’t lock. Less privacy when traveling with non immediate family member. A normal door with a lock would’ve been much better.

Noone answer the front desk phone to help either, adding to the insult. Mamagement of this Hamptons is incompetent for permitting this failure in a premium priced business. Fire them and refund my money.

Sad that they don’t pick up rooms every night as they as they did in the past and stil do on cruise lines but I know what to expect in the future. The trash the night we returned about 7:30 pm Saturday night looked like an exploded volcano with trash flowing in all directions from the trash can outside the front door. If I were as new costumer considering a stay at your business I would have left and gone elsewhere. I will probably be back though because of breakfast and pleasant staff .

lisaaY8258BZ (2/5): Hampton - Maintenance Issues - Horrible experience…TV didn’t work, toilet seat broken, bathroom sink leaking on the floor, no food or coffee in the morning at 8am. Only one elevator working. This seems to be a thing across many Hampton’s across the states that I have stayed in in the last year where this is a problem. Unfortunate because this is my go to hotel. Rethinking that now.

I contacted with front desk person she referred me to the Area Director of Seles Mary Ann Perez. She is such an amazing person and helped me a lot and accommodated not only pricing also batter room and services. I oversee Auto group I will be recommending all my employes and coworkers to them.
