• Pauline (7/5): - Washing machine Dusty dryer dust full of not clean properly just Dusty I had to clean everything to live it's not clean properly the machine is old.. showers and conditioners and soap missing TV was put in a wrong area with a not viewing properly smelly couches are old upgraded needed as that's why it was cheap I won't be doing cheap again unfortunately it was a lovely place to wash shower but amenities were short and constantly had to call housekeeping and to do anything everything costs to everything anyway moving on

• Kiana (9/5): Hotel is gorgeous, rooftop view and garden, heated and lap pool. Staff were all absolutely amazing. - Amazing hotel. So gorgeous. I touched the pools but unfortunately didn’t get time to take a dip, the sauna looked amazing. Everything always so clean. Kitchen, laundry, all super functional for short and long term stay. Staying at Meriton everywhere we go from now on <3 No doona cover which some places do, but no spare blanket. Phones reception for a fluffy blanket and they were super quick, but which a second doona. First for me as a QLDr I’ve always have a fluffy blanket in the linen cupboard. Also no daily housekeeping. Not sure if you have to ask or if it’s not a thing, first time Sydney traveller. Didn’t mind tho we’re always neat, just like the way they make the bed haha

• Renee (8/5): Better than my last stay - Proximity to Mascot train station. Restaurants, cafes, pharmacy and grocery store within easy walking distance. East Gardens Shopping Mall isn't that far in an uber either. Staff were helpful and friendly and accommodated my 'quiet room' request away from Kent Road. Room 627 was definitely one of the nicer ones I've stayed in compared to my previous stay. Would be happy with that room again. Overall, the place is good. I still think the air-con systems take way too long to cool the room down, but they do eventually work. And petty stuff would be a bigger bathmat because it's basically the size of a hand towel and gets drenched very fast and the 'exhaust fan' is terrible. It doesn't take long for the bathroom to steam up, and I don't even like hot-hot showers. An additional soap in the bathroom would be handy - one for the shower and one for the sink, but that's just me.

Great location near the airport & only 15-20 minute train into the city (stop is a 3 min walk away from hotel) Kevin Murphy toiletries were a nice touch & such a nice upgrade from standard hotel products. I also loved how efficient their room service / request item system was! Anything I needed was brought up to the room promptly, which made the stay feel really seamless. The staff at reception were so friendly and welcoming, which always makes a difference. The room itself was super comfortable ! I’d definitely stay again & would highly recommend !

It's very close to the city centre and super close to the airport too. Supermarket and eating places are just round the corner, very convenient. The suite is very spacious and clean and a comfy bed with all the amenities you need for the stay. Would be happy to stay again for future visits. Coffee isn't nice

There were plenty of nearby shops, including Woolworths and an Asian grocery store, which made everything easy. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable throughout our stay. My mum particularly enjoyed the balcony, while I made the most of the fitness room, swimming pool, and spa.

• Sharnae (6/5): Ok for a night or 2 not a long stay place - The room was big Lounge was rock hard and I mean rock hard. No spare blankets. Airport shuttle was booked out before we had a chance to book. The staff took forever bringing something to your room. Bathroom was quite mouldy.

• Matthew (9/5): A great value, very comfortable hotel for those transiting or staying in Sydney for longer. - I love Meriton Suites. They’re very comfortable and huge rooms with everything you could want and a luxury feel. The train station is 2 mins away and you can be in Circular Quay in 20 mins or the airport in 5. The 420 bus also goes to Intl Airport from Mascot and is much cheaper.
