• ron (7/5): - Spacious room, and the location is excellent, very close to Dragon Bridge, with plenty of good and recommended restaurants nearby. the view is disappointing—the window faces directly into nearby buildings at a very close distance, so the curtains have to stay closed most of the time
• Jia (1/5): Stay somewhere else – this hotel does not honor its own policies. - At check-in, the receptionist asked us to cancel our Booking.com reservation and pay directly instead, promising a cheaper price. We agreed – and immediately regretted it. Here's what happened during our stay: Smoking issues: The guest in the next room was smoking inside their room. Since this is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel and we booked a non-smoking room, the smoke smell filled the hallway and our own room. We requested a room change. The hotel told us no other rooms were available. Shampoo & shower gel: Booking.com listed shampoo and shower gel as provided. However, the hotel did not give enough for the number of people in our room per day. When we requested more, the receptionist rudely told us he had already given us enough. Hair dryer problems: Booking.com also stated that hair dryers are available. In reality, not every room has one. When we asked, the receptionist told us to share one hair dryer across four different rooms. We found this unacceptable. After arguing, he gave us one more hair dryer – for four rooms total. Staff behavior and lobby smoking: The receptionist was very rude throughout. We also saw guests smoking in the lobby, which again contradicts the non-smoking policy. To the hotel's expected reply: Yes, you will say I am not a guest because Booking.com has no record of my stay. That is true – because YOU asked me to cancel it. I am still a real guest who paid you directly and stayed in your hotel. I even have a receipt from you too. Luckily, Booking.com still allows me to review this hotel despite having canceled my booking. I hope plaform will not remove my review.

• Sam (10/5): Fijn hotel. Ligt dichtbij de dragen bridge. Het hotel ligt in het midden van twee bruggen, dus kan een mooi rondje lopen - De bedden lagen heerlijk!
• Ozge (7/5): - River view room was big and comfortable. I booked river view room but when we got there, they said it’s not available and gave us different room at the back side for the first night. I specifically booked a room with balcony, and there was not one. It was disappointing. Second day, we moved to a riverside room. I expected them to be more organized about the bookings.

• Martin (9/5): - Location is by the River and a 10 min Grab from the beach. The dragon bridge and night market were near by, as well as a few restaurants, cafe and bars. Across the river were more bars etc. Staff were helpful and room clean. Nothing major springs to mind

• Mariia (10/5): This is a clean and comfortable hotel in a great location. Excellent value for money. - This is a clean and cozy hotel in a great location. It's close to the city center with all the restaurants and shops, making it easy to get anywhere, and it's a lovely stroll along the river. The rooms are clean, well-ventilated, and free of mold. The hosts are always available and friendly. Excellent value for money. The wi-fi could be better, sometimes it was off.

• Jhal (9/5): - This is a really nice budget hotel which we used as a base for 7 days. The room itself was spacious, clean, the bed was comfortable and the aircon worked fine. The bathroom was good with a walk-in shower with good pressure. The balcony, although a little small (I'm not sure if you could fit two chairs on ours on the 5th floor), had a spectacular view onto the river with a view of the dragon bridge in the distance to your left - you can also see the fire show from your balcony (it's also a 15 minute walk and much better to see up close!). To the right, at night, a brand hotel (I won't namedrop) lights up its facade with colour - quite a sight! All in all, this was an enjoyable stay! The only slight downside was the noise from the traffic outside

• Scott (4/5): Bit disappointed as could not settle for sleeping - Great location, helpful staff Mattress topper kept scrunching up every time you roll over and felt like sleeping in a rope locker. Aircon blows straight on bed so need to either have temp turned way low setting as only cover was very heavy .Would wake up freezing when the aircon cut in and pull the cover on , then when it would cut out would wake up again too hot and have to toss the cover off

• ZEHRA (10/5): Harika konum uygun fiyat - Tesisin konumu muhteşem hemen nehrin kenarında ve dragon köprüsüne çok yakın. Çevrede çok Restorant ve hemen yanında bir mini market mevcut. Tesis çalışanı çok ilgiliydi. Tet bayramından dolayı Da nang da uygun fiyatlı boş oda bulmakta zorlandım. Booking.com dan rezervasyon yaptığım bütün oteller gittiğimde beni boş odaları olmadığı için geri çevirdi . Sabahtan akşama kadar taksi ile bir otelden diğer otele gezdim ve hiç nakitim kalmadı. Bu tesise ön rezervasyon yaptım ve mesaj gönderdim. Boş odanız var mı ? Diye sordum ve o gün yaşadığım zorlukları anlattım, boş odaları yok ise oraya boşuna gitmek istemedim, tesisten cvp alamayınca rezervasyonu iptal ettim. Ama sonradan mesajımı gören tesis yetkilisi beni aradı ve boş odaları olduğunu ve gelebileceğimi söyledi. Ama bende yeterli nakit yoktu. Kredi kartımdan ödemek istedim sadece nakit kabul ettikleri için ödemeyi bir sonraki gün yapabileceğimi söyledi ve bu beni gerçekten rahatlattı gerçekten çok teşekkür ederim. Odada benim ihtiyacım olan tüm olanaklar mevcuttu su ısıtıcısı, tv, wifi, buz dolabı, diş fırçası ve macunu, şampuan tarak vs . Çok şanslıydım çünkü tesis gerçekten iyi bir konumda ve bir çok gezilecek yere çok yakın ve uygun fiyatlı. Tesiste asansör mevcut.ve günlük temizlik yapılıyor . Girişte fotoğraf çekmeyi unuttuğum için odanın fotoğraflarını çıkarken çektim. Tesisin isminin yazdığı tabelası yok bir an önce yaptırmalısınız

Besuch - ich würde das Zimmer 402 immer wieder buchen wenn der Preis nicht angehoben wird. wenn es etwas gab oder ich eine Frage hatte wurde mir immer sofort oder nach kurzer Zeit geholfen, Kleine Mängel wurden sofort abgestellt !

• Sophie (8/5): Perfect for a short stay in the city near Dragon Bridge - Great location, and there was an indoor soft play directly next door perfect for my 5 year old son! Just a 10 minute walk from the Dragon bridge so we could watch the fire and water show, plus nice views of the water. The staff were really nice. Also there was a delicious and very reasonable award winning restaurant just a few doors down - 30k-60k per dish compared to the surrounding restaurants ranging from 200-500k. There was a cockroach in our room, maybe just unlucky, but the staff came up and helped me get it out with a sweeping brush. Also the WiFi didn't work for us most of the time, it may have just been a bit too far away as in the reception it seemed to work okay (again that could be a coincidence)

• Maxime (9/5): 1 week - Really good hotel for the price. I was invited for free to took a better room but wifi wasn’t as good in the better room so i stayed in the one i had booked. The staff is really pleasant. The hotel is near goods places and have a really good street food road not so far (in direction of the east) The pillow were way to stiff for me (i sleep on my stomach)

• Kathryn (4/5): We would probably not recommend I’m afraid. - It is close proximity the watch the fireworks and eat at the stalls along the river. (We were there on a Saturday night) The beds were large and reasonably comfortable. They did not accept credit card payment. My teenage son walked 20 minutes (return trip) to the nearest ATM to withdraw dong. The windows in the bathrooms were difficult to close and a lot of noise from the very busy street below went on until quite late. There was no shampoo or body wash provided. It was probably more like a hostel than a hotel.
