Eden (10/5): - Tha lovley girl in the front desk should get a raise in her sallery. She was very patient and had a smile on her face no matter what. She stayed over time to help me in the check in process and made the exprience much much better. Also the rest of the team was also very kind and had big smiles 💜 When making The reservation should they ahould make it clear that the resort is infact not in the hotel and that it is seperate.
J (1/5): Awful, DO NOT STAY - Nothing. Despite agreeing to a check-in time via email, we were never let in. No one showed up to meet us. My sister and I were stranded at night in a remote location. It was very unsafe and unacceptable. No one got back to us until the next day- not the property nor booking.com. The property didn't seem to care that they completely stood us up.

Julia (1/5): I wouldn’t even recommend this worthless hotel to my enemy!!!! - Very polite and friendly staff. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful Nature. The cottage looks good from the outside, but inside everything is 50 years old ( actual age). There are only large towels in a room, one per person. There is no tea, no coffee, no cups, no glasses - NOTHING. In any hotel in Japan you will find pajamas or yukata, but here there is none of that!!! Yes!! The hot water only comes out for ONE HOUR and then you have to wait an hour and a half for the next “portion” of hot water to come out. We stayed for two nights and on the second day, returning to the cottage in the evening, we discovered that the HEATING was NOT working. It was necessary to call people and turn on the system somewhere on the street!! Briefly speaking!! We do not recommend this worthless hotel to anyone. I wouldn't even recommend it to my enemy!!

SON WUN (8/5): 住宿清靜 - 適合家庭旅遊，房間較大，非常整潔，但交通不太便利，附近沒有車站，餐廳亦只有一間。冬季入住時，浴室沒有暖氣，較易著涼。
