Las vistas Estaba sucio, telarañas y polvo, el aire acondicionado tenia los filtros sucios, la tele no funcionaba y teneis q dejar claro q el desayuno es algo gratuito q ofrece el hotel y q todo el mundo tiene q limpiar lo q en sucia al desayunar.

The room was beautifully designed, modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful details that made it feel both stylish and welcoming. The location is perfect, offering a great balance between peaceful surroundings and easy access to Ibiza’s vibrant spots. One of the highlights was definitely the view. Waking up to such stunning scenery every day was unforgettable and added a special touch to the whole experience. I also really loved the common areas, which were spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for relaxing or socializing. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ibiza!!
• Laura (6/5): Not very good value for money - The location is right in front on the beach, lots of restaurants nearby but free parking can be difficult to find. The bedroom was comfortable enough. Not having staff and not very clear instructions for the checkin/out made the process more complicated than could have been. Also, says there’s parking but actually there isn’t. Either you pay the private one or try to find free parking around the block. Breakfast is more like a few items that are available for the guests throughout the day.

• Isabelle (10/5): A relaxed ambiance on my favorite island! - I had a room with a balcony and view of the sea. I could hear the sound of the ocean and it was so soothing. There was an outside space to chill, however I didn't have time to enjoy it, as we were gone all day and all night. The hotel manager Maria was very friendly.

The location is very central (Es Canar) and parking is easy to find (2 main options). I usually prefer a separate bathroom in the room, but it was great anyway.

Comfortable beds and great faciliti - Outsite was so unexpected, at the time of booking I hadn’t realised it was a co-living/working space, so it was fantastic to have a breakfast bar with fresh coffee/ fruit and bread (self-service throughout the day), fridge, food storage, full kitchen facilities and a lounge and printer. My room was excellent, I’d definitely recommend an upgrade for a sea view. Friendly and available staff on WhatsApp.. great help to have late check out until my flight in the evening as my room wasn’t booked. Big thanks OutSite Team! Location and the co-working vibe. I met people attending the same conference. Loved my balcony and sea view! Plus the kitchen was great I didn’t eat out once!

Liked everything apart from the couple of small things listed below. Also liked the fact that basics were provided milk / butter / cheese /fruit / cereal /coffee so you didn't have to purchase these and only use half of them etc Sign in bathroom saying don't flush toilet paper yet only a bin not much bigger than two coffee mugs and room not serviced to empty them so what do you do ?! Minor gripe : Front entrance door swings back and bangs hard ( until you figure out you have to stop it ) sign saying it will be fixed - I bet it's been like that for a while Also it's unlocked whole time => don;t need code - not big deal for me tho really.

Poi la serratura della porta principale d ingresso era rotta e la porta rimaneva aperta.

• Thibault (7/5): - Ons zicht vanuit de kamer met queensize bed en zeezicht met balkon (K107). Vlotte check-in met de codes. De rooftop lounge was lekker rustig en goed uitgerust, alleen is er wel wat lawaai van een ventilatiemachine. Er is douchemateriaal aanwezig. Leuk dat er wat voor ontbijt voorzien wordt, maar ik verkies liever een volledig ontbijt of helemaal geen ontbijt. Nu was er haver, fruit en koffie. Soms eens een klein Spaans gebak of gekookt eitje. Nooit alles samen, geen ontbijtgranen of yoghurt. Die haalbare best zelf in een winkeltje nabij. De renovatie heeft zijn beste tijd alweer gehad. De inkomdeur slaat hard dicht als je die niet tegenhoudt. Het slot hiervan is dan ook kapot. Onze badkamerdeur slorpte het vocht van de douche op waardoor het fineerlaagje loskwam. Geregeld ligt het laminaat los, voornamelijk in de gemeenschappelijke eetruimte. De keuken was minder hygiënisch gezien die gedeeld wordt. Het toiletpapier mag je niet doorspoelen maar moet in een vuilbakje.

Kein dunkler Vorhang oder Fensterladen, somit ab 7:00 Uhr keine Möglichkeit weiter zu schlafen. Eingangstüre zum Hotel war nicht verschlossen (Schloss defekt) und kein Personal anwesend. Somit konnte Jedermann unkontrolliert ins Hotel.

• Jan Dirk (9/5): Schitterende suite op top locatie. - Uitzicht grandioos, ruime kamers, prima badkamer en voldoende zitmeubilair, ook op balkon. In Es Canar wel voldoende open voor boodschappen. Mogelijkheden voor ontbijt, lunch en avondeten begin maart beperkt. De rust en mooie baai zijn weldadig. Met huurauto zijn binnen 15 minuten zat fijne andere plekken bereikbaar, waaronder Sant Eularia. Sant Eularia is prachtig en je kunt daar terecht voor wat meer reuring. Glazen of bekers ontbraken. Konden we wel halen in gemeenschappelijke keuken. Ook zou een stoffer en blik handig zijn, aangezien er nier dagelijks schoongemaakt wordt.

• Larisse (9/5): Lugar muy acogedor y bonito en Ibiza. - Ubicación muy buena en Ibiza, es una zona muy tranquila. La playa está super cerca, hay comercios, supermercados y en invierno todo muy muy tranquilo. La habitación estaba super limpia, muy completa, había café y frutas, cocina, bebedero y un gatito hermoso super tierno!! La habitación decía que tenía "cama grande" pero en realidad eran dos camas, eso estaría bien que aclaren, el check out es recién a las 4 de la tarde, me parece muy tarde, también lo podrían mejorar y los utensilos de la cocina no estaban en buen estado y algunos huéspedes no destacaban por dejarlos limpio (eso no es culpa del hospedaje). Otro punto que mejoraría es el de que no hay recepción, osea podés comunicarte con una persona pero la presencialidad me parece que está bueno para por lo menos pedir cambio de toalla o alguna que otra sugerencia, duda, consulta, etc.

Nos cogió por sorpresa que no hay recepción pero la encargada responde muy rápido ante cualquier inconveniente y tampoco hay limpieza incluida. Las habitaciones muy acogedoras limpias y ordenadas, el plato de la ducha estaba en mal estado y necesita reparación pero todo lo demás excelente. Un muy buen hotel y muy recomendable.

Comparto el concepto de no ser necesario todos los días hacer las camas o cambiar toallas. Pero el 4º día en un hotel de turismo de playa, la habitación estaba llena de arena y las basuras por cambiar. Me gusta el concepto de las neveras y espacios compartidos pero hay que supervisarlo, hay comida en mal estado en la nevera. Lavaba las cosas antes de usarlas. Limpieza fatal.

• Marjolein (7/5): - Aan zee. Mooie plek, hele eiland goed bereikbaar. Feedback wordt welkom geheten en communicatie met Maria was erg fijn. Een ingerichte keuken en fijne gezamenlijke ruimte. Je kunt er zelfs je was doen. Prima plek, een soort veredeld hostel. Gratis parkeren om de hoek. Er is een brom ergens in het gebouw, daardoor slaap je wellicht lichter. Het onderhoud van het gebouw staat op een laag pitje wat echt jammer is. Veel geluid van de straat aan zee zijde, er was een lek op mijn kamer bij regenval. De airco bleef geluid maken terwijl deze uitstond. Ik ben hier al vaker geweest, feedback wordt wel ontvangen maar er wordt geen actie op ondernomen. Wil je van kamer wisselen dan is dat geen probleem.

También quiero destacar la amabilidad y disposición a ayudar de María cuando surgía algo. He ido en diciembre y la zona está muy tranquila y con poca vida pero tiene su encanto y está muy cerca de Santa Eulalia. Que estuviese todo en inglés, empezando por los mails con todas las instrucciones.

• Marta Moreno Segura (8/5): Estancia cómoda - Nos gustó la practicidad del hotel. No hay mucho sitio para aparcar si vas en coche. La cama comoda, es espaciosa y el baño está limpio. Todo OK. Las zonas comunes no están súper limpias pero no es tanto problema del hotel en sí (que tiene su servicio de limpieza diaria) sino los clientes, que no respetan los espacios comunes. Todo correcto.

• Miguel (4/5): Bastante mejorable - La ubicación no esta mal, aunque justo debajo hay un chill out y para aparcar no es fácil a no ser que quieras pagar 20€ por noche en el parking privado de al lado. La habitación sucia, con el aire acondicionado lleno de hongos, la cama desproporcionada, entendería el tamaño de esta si la habitación tuviera unas dimensiones considerables, pero con semejante cama te queda apenas habitación. Cuando te duchas se sale bastante el agua de la ducha porque la mampara no cubre bien. El agua de la ducha fría, nos duchamos todos los días con el agua templada y fría. Todo lo que tiene que ver con cocina, muy sucio. El último día un olor insoportable a desagüe que hacia imposible dormir La ubicación no esta mal, aunque justo debajo hay un chill out y para aparcar no es fácil a no ser que quieras pagar 20€ por noche en el parking privado de al lado. La habitación sucia, con el aire acondicionado lleno de hongos, la cama desproporcionada, entendería el tamaño de esta si la habitación tuviera unas dimensiones considerables, pero con semejante cama te queda apenas habitación. Cuando te duchas se sale bastante el agua de la ducha porque la mampara no cubre bien. El agua de la ducha fría, nos duchamos todos los días con el agua templada y fría. Todo lo que tiene que ver con cocina, muy sucio. El último día un olor insoportable a desagüe que hacia imposible dormir

• Lidwina (5/5): Molto migliorabile - Posizione molto centrale e a due passi dal mare. Manca la pulizia, non tanto in camera, ma in tutte le parti comuni, in particolare in cucina. Non ci sono abbastanza spugne e simili per pulire e lavare i piatti che si utilizzano; l’idea di condivisione è carina, ma solo se collaborano alla buona riuscita tutti gli ospiti. Manca il ricambio degli asciugamani, e in camere senza balcone è fondamentale…La cassetta dove riporre le chiavi una volta terminato il soggiorno è troppo piccola, le chiavi si piegano.
