- Ryan (8/5): Overall the stay was great, in and out. Definitely has everything that you would need for an overnight stay. - The room that we stayed in was neat and clean, the room was fully equipped with all necessities. There was no bathroom door in the room that we stayed in. There was also a flashing light coming from the neighbours wall that continuously flashed throughout the night.

- Karin (10/5): Beaufort West - This an amazing stay and as we stayed one night late arrival only, we did not meet any personnel however, Ronel contacted me within 10 min of my booking payment. All we required was communicated effectively and we had no problems in finding the property or access to the unit. The XL Queen bed was a blessing and AC in each room. Clean, tidy, beautiful layout to access kitchen, lounge, patio, bathrooms. 100% Downstairs 1x2 kid beds was challenging to block out light - Suggest moveable partition available to block off the beds from kitchen (night lights shining in from the 2 smaller kitchen windows)

- Manneheng (9/5): Beaufort - The room was clean and spacious, there were enough towels. There are cameras everywhere, you can see the planning was well thought of. . Most of all, we loved that the place has a pool, which is a need since it was 40 degrees celcius when we arrived in Beaufort West. Check in and check process was clear. I cannot think of anything, we enjoyed out stay.

- Zaryab (1/5): Risky and very unsafe - Apartment was big and comfortable nice kitchen fitted with washing machine and tumble dryer No safety at all low walls no electric fence no guard We were robbed while we were asleep all our belonging valuables were stolen left us penniless all our bank cards cell phones handbags etc etc Owners weren't compassionate very heart breaking time didn't wanted to take any responsibility for our losses wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there In a period of 10 days this place had 3 incidents due to poor security and no safety measures. We opend a case waited 2 days and get no joy out of it .

- Nikita (7/5): Convenient & clean - Clean, comfortable and we enjoyed the pool. Good communication from the host and good directions. Convenient parking right outside our door. Aircon! We slept well. No privacy in bathroom / toilet as open. Cheap toilet paper. Only one side table. And no place except above TV to plug in hairdryer provided. TV did not work though host tried to help us restart it. Nevertheless we would stay again if needed.

- Tanya (10/5): Very relaxing and enjoyable accommodation. Great for a overnight from Jhb to Cpt. - The location, the place was clean, the webber braai for every room. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunset from the pool area. Very relaxing environment after a long trip. Also, our family room was not too big, so the outside toilet at the front reception was a plus and appreciated. The bed and pillows were not too comfortable.
- Sherani (1/5): Terrible stay - Very, very disappointed with Haus Holzapfel. We booked for 4 families. 2 x family stayed together. The 3rd family was 1,5km away. The 4th family you did not even have the booking, yet they already paid for their accommodation. Also no electricity for the night.
- Asvat (6/5): - The apartment was neat and clean, and overall our stay was pleasant and met our expectations. Upon arrival, we did not receive a set of keys as the previous guests had left without returning them. This meant we were unable to lock the door, but the host was extremely gracious and even offered to keep an eye on the apartment when we went out. We did not want to inconvenience her, and thankfully the complex gate itself was secure and locking. As a small suggestion for improvement, adding a kitchen sink would make the kitchen more practical and convenient for guests. The address on booking.com differs from the apartment address. Apparently they have two properties for guests. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and we truly appreciated the host’s kindness, understanding, and willingness to assist. Due to wind the sliding doors kept rattling. Add a kitchen sink for ease. The address is different from the one listed on Booking.com & location is different from the listing.

Water warm, clean and good depth for young kids. The communication we experienced from the guest house was overwhelmingly kind and attentive. We would stay here again. Nothing.

Clean, comfortable and Ronel was amazing in dealing with us all around. The property at Mynhardt could do with dark curtains like at Langenhoven. That would make the comfort much better considering how much sun the Karoo gets.
