• Sander (10/5): Geweldige plek met de beste service die we ooit hebben gehad! - Wat een geweldige plek om te verblijven! We hebben 3 nachten geslapen in White Shark Guesthouse en dit heeft al onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Het ligt op 2 minuten lopen van het haventje waar alle cage diving operators zitten. Aanrader om een cage dive te doen! Ook is het een uitstekende plek om Hermanus te bezoeken, en bijv. te wandelen in de Walker Bay Nature Reserve. De hosts Nicola en haar man zijn echt geweldig, we hebben nog nooit zo'n goede service gehad. Ze gaven allerlei tips voor activiteiten, stippelden zelfs onze wandeling uit en hebben de boeking voor de cagedive volledig verzorgd. Super hartelijke mensen voor wie geen vraag te gek was. Zelfs nadat we al waren uitgecheckt en nog een cagedive hadden gedaan, boden ze aan om nog even een douche te nemen voordat we weer verder gingen met onze reis. Het ontbijt was heerlijk, en aan de overkant zit een leuk restaurant. Wij vonden het echt geweldig. Ik zou deze plek aan iedereen aanbevelen en zou er zelf graag nog een keer terugkomen! Helemaal niks! Alles was perfect.

Nos permitieron dejar las valijas antes y retirarlas después. Podría haber un poquito de aceite y sal para cocinar, ya que la cocina era linda y grande. La ubicación era perfecta para nosotras porque era cerca de las excursiones para ver tiburones, pero si no fuera por eso tal vez no es la mejor.

It is spacious and clean, very comfortable for a family and has everything needed to dine inside. Breakfast is available and is of good quality, staff is great and friendly. The hot tub is a plus. Location is excellent for the cage dive / big 5 tour as the operator is very close. The recommendations provided by Nicola were much appreciated.

Ontbijt was goed en niks was teveel gevraagd voor de mensen. We zijn hier geweest om de Marine Big Five tour te doen wat aan de overkant van het verblijf zit. The pancakes are very tasty. The room we always take has a spectacular view of the ocean. The location is great. Right across the road from a small filling station, shop and lovely restaurant. A short walk to the beach. As always, the hosts and staff provide excellent service. Nothing. We like everything about the place. We have been back to the establishment so many times. I have lost count. I do not write a review after each visit, but if I did, would give the establishment 10 out of 10 every time.

The abode is clean and peaceful. The breakfast is well proportioned and delicious. We enjoyed the pancakes on offer this time round. There is nothing that was not to our liking. The property meets our expectations every time.

• Gilles Ltn (9/5): Ideale locatie Gansbaai - We hebben deze kamer geboekt om te gebruiken als uitvalsbasis om te cagediven in Gansbaai. De locatie was perfect tussen alle operatoren en meteen aan de haven. De kamer was zeer ruim, netjes en met een mooi uitzicht over de baai. Ruime, propere badkamer met dubbele douche en bad. Parkeren kon direct bij de accommodatie. Communicatie met de host verliep erg vlot. Drinkwater beschikbaar in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte. Veel trappen om tot aan de kamers te geraken, een beetje lastig met zware koffers. Dit deed geen afbreuk voor ons maar kan lastig zijn voor minder mobiele gasten.

The rooms are spacious, with modern design, and the bathrooms (featuring both bath and shower) are exceptionally large, clean, and comfortable. The location is ideal, less than a 5‑minute walk to the beach, and there’s even a convenience shop nearby for small items or drinks. The owners, Nicole and her husband, are truly amazing hosts who pay attention to every detail of your stay. Suggestion: installing a braai section on the top/ last floor area - should one wish to use the top area for entertainment vs using the cottage section downstairs

Breakfast time starts 8.30 which is quite late. No problem for us because we had boat tour after breakfast but in other cases we would have started into day already.

• Margot (9/5): Geräumige Unterkunft bei sehr netten , hilfsbereiten Leuten - Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Haus mit Kücjhe und Wohnzimmer sowie 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eignem Bad und Fernseher. Sehr nette s und äußerst hilfsbereitem Personal. Sehr umfangreiches und gutes Frühstück. nur ca 200 m zum Strand, von welchem Boote zur Walbeobachtung abfuhren Es r hat es auf dem Weg kurz vor Gansbaii gebrannt.- Als Auswirkung gab es zeitweise keinen Strom- mur der Generator wurde teilweise eingeschaltet.

• Stephanie (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt mit tollen Gastgebern - Die Gastgeber waren einfach spitze wenn es um Tourbuchungen ging oder Tipps mit der ganzen Familie. Wir haben jeden Morgen einen Zettel mit Ausflugtipps erhalten. Wirklich super! Es liegt direkt gegenüber vom Marine Dynamics, bei denen wir das Haitauchen gebucht haben. Da wir das Cottage gebucht hatten, konnten wir sogar den Hot Tube nutzen. Frühstück wird auch angeboten. Wir kommen gern wieder.

• Maarten (9/5): Fijn verblijf tijdens rondreis in Gansbaai - We verbleven hier maar voor één overnachting op doorreis, en hadden de cottage, met twee grote slaapkamers. Alles was uitstekend, goed gegeten bij het restaurant tegenover en heerlijk geslapen. Alleen hadden we van tevoren een whale watching tour kunnen boeken, dan hadden we dat de ochtend voor vertrek nog kunnen doen; maar dat was een dag van tevoren helaas vol.

Merci pour les conseils, l'hôte est aux petits soin, aide pour la réservation de taxi, navette, excursions, informations... merci pour tout. C'était parfait. Rien, tout est bien.
• Elina (10/5): - Our stay at White Shark Guesthouse was one of the best I’ve had in a very long time. The place had a homey feel to it, and the hosts were very nice and accommodating—the breakfast spread was one of our favorites. Although it was a new place for us, it felt like being at home. I would definitely recommend staying at the White Shark Guesthouse if you ever end up in the Kleinbaai area.
