• Dumisani Thabo (1/5): Bad - I booked a family house for my family, and upon arrival I was informed that the room I booked was already occupied by someone else. I was told that the property does not know how Booking.com allowed this booking to go through. This situation is unacceptable, as I made the booking in good faith based on the confirmed reservation. The inconvenience and disruption caused to my family is significant. Given that the accommodation provided did not match what was booked, I believe I am entitled to a partial (or full) refund and would appreciate this matter being resolved urgently. Room, as I have indicated that they gave me a room for one person where I indicated that I needed a family room

A complete con It was dirty and run down. Outside was very unwelcoming and inside everything was tired. They not even prepared to refund money paid. There was no ways I was staying in a dump like that. Very nice area, but the accomodation not up to the areas standard.

• Van (1/5): it was very unpleasant and the receptionist not welcoming at all. - Nothing the room i booked for was not available when i got to the location after payment was already made, the reception lady was also very rude when we arrived, i had an argument with the lady just so that she could prepare a room that did not meet any of my expectations.

• Sindiso (4/5): Best location - The staff was friendly There was noise from upstairs. Kindly change your wooden floors. Honestly I didn’t sleep well . I could hear each and every movement coming from the room upstairs.
