• CHRISTOPHE (1/5): - Honnêtement très mauvais séjour, appartement humide, trace de champignons et de coulure sur les murs, le micro-ondes ne chauffe pas, la cafetière fuit, la douche est très sale et entartrée. La Clim trop bruyante, le sol est très mal fait avec du silicone partout, des poches de linge de société de nettoyage rempli le couloir d’entrée. Beaucoup trop bruyant, beaucoup de passage. Honnêtement on y reviendra plus.

• Ancata (7/5): Agradable y correcta. - El Apartamento es cómodo, bien distribuido y muy tranquilo. Bien equipado en todos los aspectos. Lo mejor la bomba de aire/calefacción, porque por el día hacia mucho calor y por la noche refrescaba mucho. La ubicación no es la ideal, pero tampoco está excesivamente lejos de centro. La tapicería de sofá y sillas, que realmente estaban bastante sucias. El mobiliario en general desgastado del uso. La cafetera era de filtro en vez de cápsulas. Y en la TV podían tener algún canal mas en español. (solo hay uno).
• Dan (10/5): Great value for the money - Excellent position, very close to the city center and to the train station, spacious apartment with all amenities you could wish for, and excellent access to a few laundromats. Great access to shops, breakfast places. Walking distance to most of the historic attractions. Pretty decent stay for longer stays as well. We stayed 5 days and had no issues. Inspire spite of all its shortcomings, I’d highly recommend this stay. No issues with WiFi btw. Although they say on the listing page they have garage / parking space, that’s not the case. Yes, you can park the car on the street if you pay for it. I think €5/day, or park at the train station garage at the end of the street (€10/24h) It says it’s soundproofed. It is not. You can hear the outside traffic and the neighbors walking/talking just fine. Not a deal breaker if you’re not a light sleeper, just something to take into account.

• Valentina (8/5): - L'appartamento è in vicino alla metro/stazione treni e autobus, quindi permette di raggiungere facilmente il centro. E' grazioso e silenzioso, nonostante si affacci su una via urbana di scorrimento. Non ho ricevuto indicazioni sul check in e, una volta arrivata, ho dovuto inviare messaggi al propretario, che comunque non è stato molto chiaro. L'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di qualche piccolo intervento di manutenzione e la zona è un pò desolata. Sarebbe stato gradito trovare come benvenuto una bottiglietta d'acqua e un paio di cialde per il caffè, almeno per ristorarsi all'arrivo.
• Anita (7/5): In generale è stato un bel soggiorno ed è andato tutto bene - L’appartamento era grande, aveva l’aria condizionata e la lavatrice, la doccia grande e l’acqua calda era perfetta, ottima posizione La tavoletta del water si muoveva, sembrava che si stesse staccando, la maniglia della porta della camera da letto si staccava e siamo rimasti chiusi dentro, la struttura era pulita superficialmente

• Evita (9/5): - Отличное соотношение цены и качества, две комнаты дают пространство для отдыха , просторная ванна, все очень удобно. До центра города около 30 минут пешком, что совершенно нормально для большого города. Я встретила персонал по уборке, они были очень дружелюбны и отзывчивы. Стиральная машина в апартаментах пригодилась. Средство для мыться посуды есть, а вот губки - нет, но зато была посудомоечная машина. Полы на кухне были не очень чистыми, но я воспользовалась пылесосом.

• JOSE LUIS (4/5): - Lo que más me gustó la ubicación. El apartamento olía muy mal tuvimos que abrir todas las ventanas, el suelo es de parquet y le faltan algunos trocitos en el pasillo....
• Francico (7/5): - A destacar la amplitud del aparato y la facilidad de entradas y salidas de la ciudad por su ubicación. Hemos estado en el bajo y lo que menos nos ha gustado y es conveniente que lo mejoren es: humedades en las paredes y techos del baño, falta de decoración que lo haga más acogedor, falta de menaje de cocina básico, caldera (que va cuando quiere), manivela rota, comunicación con los dueños pésima, bolsas de ropa en el pasillo de entrada sin recoger durante 6 días. Falta de mantenimiento en general. Por lo demás muy bien!!.

• Miriama (7/5): Good enough for short term stays - The apartment is well located, not too far away from the railway and bus station and just a short ride to the city centre. It has some essential equipment and it was easy enough to get into. The place was a bit run down and the materials used felt cheap (door handles were falling out, bathroom door wouldn't close all the way). There was no tea or coffee even though there was a coffee machine available. With small adjustments, this would be a great place even for longer term stays.

• Peter (4/5): Too expensive for what you get. Trust me, avoid this one, get a hotel. At least you get breakfast. - It was easy to get the keys, there is an air-conditioner and basic amenities although they are pretty basic. Relatively close to the metro and bus station. I hate to be overly negative but this was a difficult stay for my friend and I. Don't trust the pictures provided, the flat doesn't look like them at all. For reference we were on the bottom floor so maybe thats why. The TLDR is that you can get much better for less in Porto, I have rented better spots in Stockholm for half the price, which is frankly insane. When we arrived the hot water wasn't activated, the host did eventually reply although this was only the next day. We messaged them around 9pm, I'm not sure if it's unreasonable to expect to have an answer but I'll leave that up to the reader. The flat itself is very run down - exposed wiring, very basic equipment for the kitchen, some items in very bad condition - we had to ask for a new pan (the old non-stick was scratched to the bare metal and the knife was missing its tip.) The water pressure for the shower is really abysmal and is difficult to control the temperature. The wifi is weak and the instructions are unclear as to which is the correct one. The sheet given has multiple wifis, the one that is scratched out turned to be the one that worked. The official wifi password that was given didn't work for multiple devices. This is maybe not a big deal, but there are 0 decorations in the house, it kind robs the place of what little charm it has. There is very little natural light with only a few windows. Lastly the flat was very "dank" and stank of mould.

• Haya (3/5): Nice location and bathroom, but maintenance issues made it feel overpriced - Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy our stay as much as we hoped. There was mold on the walls in the rooms, and the apartment is located right on a noisy road. One of the door locks was broken and kept falling off, the toilet paper holder in the bathroom was also broken, and there was no proper hot water — the water pressure was very low. The Wi-Fi didn’t work well either. Sadly, we didn’t have time to report all these issues during our stay because we were out exploring most of the time, but we feel the apartment is not well-maintained and definitely overpriced for what it offers. On the positive side, the couch was comfortable and the bathroom was nicely renovated, which we appreciated.

• Elizabeth (5/5): Pretty but bare bones. - The apartment is updated and tastefully, minimalistically done. We didn’t have WiFi for a day and the owner didn’t seem too worried about it. Coming from the US, my international roaming charges added up during that time. Also, there wasn’t enough toilet paper. And the supplies in the kitchen amounted to three containers of salt. A few more staples would have been nice. And if there are more than two people, you won’t have enough dishes.

We were not provided check-in information and waited outside for 20 mins after our agreed upon check-in time, and eventually had to make a couple international calls to the listed hotel number in order to receive access codes to the apartment. Did not receive any replies from the host through Expedia messaging or text message. The wifi did not work.
• Nuala (8/5): Very good - clean, well equipped apartment on the second floor. Every room had air conditioning, which was a bonus. 5 minute walk to the Central bus and train station. One train stop from the city centre. 20 minute bus rider from the city centre. And just under €4 in an uber. Loads of local cafes and restaurant serving local cuisine and great coffee. Lovely quite neighborhood and very quiet at night. There were no essentials in the kitchen like tea towels, cleaning clothes, and washing tabs for the dishwasher.

• Theo (9/5): Superb - Have now stayed in some 11/12 different aprtmts in 5 countries the last 2 yrs and this is for me among the 2 best. A complete flat with all facilities in new hi-class design. As I travelled by train also good location close by station. A big new LIdl is just round the corner. THere was an issue with separate payment for the tourist-tax. Link did not work for me, in the end we solved it by leaving it in cash. All in all I think it might be better suited for really long-time stayers/renters.

• Mei Lai (8/5): Great location - The location is great for the first visit Porto. It’s clean but there was no cleaning service during the stay. The trash bin was full in 3-night stay........ Anyway, the view outside the apartment is nice, not noise at night.
