• Marko (4/5): My opinon is that this is not allowed to happen in 4* hotel. - Cleaness Behaviour of the hosts, not engaging to obtain what was in the description of the property. Description included a lot of things, only few of them were available. 1. Parking spot. -Because of some event they told me all their parking spots are busy, and I was directed to a public spot where I had to pay additionaly. 2. Received an message that spa is out of service, after I made the reservation and the payment. 3.Hairdryer was not working.

• Sandeep (6/5): Good, value for money.... - spa is closed , Excellent restaurant, access to hotel is not with covered porch, so in case of rain you have to access the steps to reach to hotel lobby and get wet. Overall location and access is good. Restaurant, locality and few malls close by like Capital mall. Staff is very cooperative and supportive. All depends on our own behavior as well.

• Lukáš (1/5): Blah 😑 - Nothing, besides the stuff they were polite. First, the hygiene!!! The room was not clean, and the bed sheets seemed like they hadn’t been changed, just tidied up after the previous guest. Also, there was no proper mattress on the bed; they used a sponge bed 🫣. The bathroom could use some improvements, like replacing the broken shower. Then, the entire vibe of the hotel was weird! They hosted a party on the 8th floor with loud turbo folk music, making it hard to rest or get a good night’s sleep. When I called reception, the guy told me he couldn’t do anything about it and that the party would last until 12 or 1 a.m. True to his word, the party stopped at 1 o’clock. In the morning, I told the receptionist about my experience at the hotel, and she insisted that everything was fine. She even said the shower wasn’t really broken and could be fixed with just one turn 😅. I found this defense of the hotel ridiculous, but I understand she’s just an employee—the management should address these issues. Finally, while waiting for a taxi to the airport, I went to the hotel restaurant and ordered a toast with cheese, ham, and fries. The food was far from what I expected—bland and tasteless, and the ketchup was disappointing, like it was mixed with water 🫣. They definitely need to make some improvements here. However, the coffee was good, and because I didn’t finish my food and told them what I didn’t like, they didn’t charge me for it, which I found very respectful 🫶🏼

• Yumer (10/5): Exceptional - I don't usually write reviews, but this just had to be done. The stay was super pleasant and exceeded my expectations. The staff was super nice and so kind that I even got some perks without being charged extra. The Spa and the swimming pool were undergoing maintenance and couldn't use them but I was informed in advance and knew about that anyways, so all good :) My room was very clean and they had the air conditioner running prior to my arrival (as outside temps were nearly 40 degrees Celsius and I was melting) therefore I went straight to a cool room which was fantastic. The location is decent, there are a couple markets nearby and some restaurants/cafés. The food in the hotel's restaurant was very good though and I can only suggest you to try it out. So yeah, all in all a very pleasant stay and for this price the quality was fantastic. Thanks to all the staff that took care! :) Not something too bad per say, but the size of the single room could have been a bit larger. On the other hand however, the bathroom was pretty big (nearly as large as the room itself) so that compensates I guess. :)
• Robert (7/5): Ok, but not going again - Room spacious and staff was nice. Bathroom not in great shape, full of black mold. Kitchen staff had limited or no knowledge of english. The parking is way in the back of the street next to a park filled with strange people, didn't seem safe so I parked the car in another place.
• Jac (3/5): Old run down hotel. No car park. Poor service in restaurants. Disappointing. - Our room was in poor condition. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall. One of bed lights was broken. Dirty windows. WC with falling apart toilet holder. Room in odd shape, no sofa to watch tv together. In general at best 2 stars accommodation. Definitely not European 4 stars accommodation. Lack of secure car park. Poor restaurant service. Waiter was more interested in watching football in tv than serving us. Hotel wi-fi was unstable breaking and disconnecting every few minutes.

When I enquired would they be bringing more food out they replied breakfast finishes at 10! I pointed out it’s only 0845! Clearly restaurant had suffered a plague of locusts!
