• Ole (10/5): Prolonged weekend getaway - Great stay. Easy accessible and close to the U-Bahn or busstation. Fine neighbourhood and space enough for all.
• Joseph Zeus (6/5): - I liked that the apartment is close to the subway, restaurants and supermarkets. The sofa bed made me sweat and when I requested maid service, the pillowcase wasn’t replaced. Guests, do not request airport transfer from the property. It is at least 10 euros more expensive than booking an Uber (which isn’t hard to get). I had an unfortunate experience with the driver of the transfer service the apartment commissioned for me. The driver only spoke Italian and was very rude and aggressive, combative even! He arrived 6 minutes late, by which time I had booked an Uber as he wasn’t responding to my calls. By the time he arrived, I was on the phone cancelling the Uber and he (the Italian) got upset and berated me, showing his phone to apparently tell me his number is different from the number given to me by the property management. I calmly asked him to just go but no, he wouldn’t stop and kept going at it while driving! To top it all, he dropped me off at the arrivals area and when I told him, he sarcastically yelled, “Cafe! Cafe!” which I presumed meant either of two things: that I get coffee to wake me up or to give him a tip for his coffee! This incident spoiled my otherwise wonderful week in Vienna!

Ao entrar no apartamento, este estava limpo e organizado.Na minha primeira noite a porta de entrada não fechava. Me comuniquei por whatsapp com o Bix que foi me ajudar nessa mesma noite. O apartamento tem uma ótima localização, porém, é um pouco afastado do centro histórico. É super fácil se locomover de metro. Porém acho que ficar hospedada mais perto tem suas vantagens. O prédio é super seguro e limpo. Um ponto importante: a comunicação por whatsapp é ótima.

L'appartement est bien situé : le métro est à 5mn à pieds et on peut rentrer à pieds depuis la cathédrale : environ 20 minutes. l'appartement est bien agencé même si les meubles sont un peu vieillots. L'appartement est très propre. Nous sommes restées 4 jours et le ménage a été fait au milieu du séjour.

• Welly (8/5): Good for the price - Vienna is a very interesting city, full of history and culture. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The personnel is polite and available. The only downside was not being able to keep the luggage when checked out. I was offered to leave the bags in front of the reception but it will be 'unguarded', which means no one will be responsible for it (what??). the location is OK if you dont mind walking 20 mins to get to the centre. UBER is 8EUR to the centre.

The management is great and helped us in all matters, even by reserving transport to and from the airport for us. In addition, I must mention, that the cleaning department is wonderful. In summary, JL apartments are highly recommendable.
• Roland (8/5): - It was a nice single apartment with a kitchen and big bathroom, but a very tiny bed and a small TV. The location is great, only 5 min to the next subway station and many restaurants and shops around the area. But if you have a car, you have a real problem, because there is absolutely no parking lot available. The whole district is short term parking and you can only park for 2 hours! If you think you found a parking lot, then mostly you're wrong, because it's only for bordering owner and you will get a 36,- € ticket. The only option is to use the near garage and to pay 22,50 € per night. Without car I can strongly recommend this apartment.

A good location. Leave apartment turn right then right again to the metro at tuborstrasse and your in a busy main street that takes you to the centre withn 20 mins. • Ruslan (10/5): An apartment some distance off the center - The check-in process was simple and efficient. The keys were left in a safe and exhaustive instructions was sent to me about how to get there from the central railway station. The wi-fi worked fine. The was a coffee machine in the room but only with limited supply of capsules. The bathroom was clean and everything worked. Towels were changed any other day. The district, where JL apartment is situated, is somewhat off the center. It takes 20-30 minutes to get to the central locations. The metro station is at a 10 min walking distance. On the other hand the place was quiet at night.
• Silvia (10/5): Sehr schöne Wohnung - Das Appartement mit extra Schlafzimmer (normal großes Doppelbett!) ist in einem schönen Altbau mit hohen Stuck verzierten Decken. Im Wohnbereich kann ein umbaubares Sofa zum schlafen benutzt werden. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung an einer kleineren Straße mit Wohnhäusern gelegen. Einzige Nachteile wie ich finde: Mit den hellen Gardinen lassen sich die Räumlichkeiten nicht abdunkeln. Das Schlafzimmerfenster geht auf einen Innenhof und ein Stück davon ist bedeckt, was bei Regen etwas laut ist und eine Beschreibung des Cerankochfeldes (kein Ofen, aber Mikrowelle) wäre nicht schlecht. Nach vielen Versuchen gingen diese endlich irgendwann an - ich weiß noch immer nicht wie.... Super nette Angestellte!

Although the property is not manned 24 hours, communication with the host is very effective, they reply in a timely manner. Restaurants around the area, room is complete with kitchen, so it’s very convenient to have a meal in the morning before going out. The sightseeing bus even have a stop just a few steps from the building. we’ll definitely stay here again when we come back to Vienna.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment hat "Wiener Flair" durch seine Möblierung, dem Parkettboden und den hohen Zimmerdecken. Es liegt zwar ein paar Gehminuten von der U-Bahnstation entfernt, dafür befindet sich der schöne Augarten gleich in der Nähe und man ist abgeschirrmt von Verkehrslärm. Check-In und Check-Out verliefen völlig problemlos. Im Apartment lagen Reiseführer, Stadtplan und ein Netzplan der Öffis aus und es gab Mannerschnitten zur Begrüßung. Handtücher wurden sogar während unsres 5 Tägigen Aufenthalts gewechselt und das Apartment gereinigt. Supermärkte und nette Restaurants sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

• Margaret (10/5): Great place in Vienna - We were visiting Vienna with friends and had 2 apartments here. Before arrival we were sent instructions for retrieving our keys so we were able to access our rooms easily. The apartment was clean, bright and comfortable. We were on a side street that was very quiet. The interaction we had with the manager was always helpful and friendly. We were half a block from a wonderful park for evening walks and had no trouble getting around to see the sites we wanted to visit. There were restaurants nearby where we were able to get delicious meals. I would highly recommend JL Apartments.

Produit vaisselle, éponge, torchon étient mis à disposition. Les serviettes éponges ont été changées pendant le séjour. Il était équipé comme dans le descriptif. Le seul inconvénient a été l'absence de rideaux opaques ou de volets, ce qui laissait passer la lumière du jour dès l'aube.

• George (10/5): A gem within walking distance of downtown. - Very clean, neat, well-supplied for small apartment in a quiet side street of Vienna’s second district. We are walkers, so had no problem getting to the downtown area.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Good location but poor flat condition - Good location, buss stop for hop on hop off bus with vienna card just opposite flat. Flat was dusty on arrival, provided with only 2 nespresso capsules and 2 teabags for a 4 night stay. Badly needs a refurbishment. Most of the cutlery had water marks on them or seemed dirty. Got iron with exposed wires but promptly replaced once brought to attention of manager. Could be much better with toiletries replenished on next guest arrival, decent supply of tea and coffee. A bit of dusting and replacing broken drawers or those with moisture damage. Main advantage was that it had a washing machine on the ground floor which we needed since we had been travelling for a week beforehand.
• Helen (10/5): JL Apartments Vienna - The studio apartment had everything needed for a few days in Vienna. it was bright, warm and close to the subway station and shops. The shower was fabulous! The only negative was that the bed seemed to be a 'day-bed' and while it was big enough for myself and my partner (we are both quite small), I'm sure it would be uncomfortable for people who are taller.. Nevertheless, I would stay there again as it was great value for money.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 好みによると思います - 公園に近く滞在環境としては静かで良いです。駅からも割と分かりやすいし、スーパーなどもあります。 メールで詳細なチェックインの方法を教えてくれ、宿泊名簿の紙が部屋においてありますが、その回収のアナウンスメントがなかったのですが、次の日なくなっていました。 又、替えのタオルがある日突然洗面台に置かれており大変びっくりしました。（ゴミやタオルの交換をしてくれるのは有り難いのですが） 今まで泊まったアパートメントは完全プライベート空間に近かったので若干違和感を感じました。 あと掃除代別途30ユーロとなっていますが、掃除が甘い気がしました。ちょっと埃っぽかった。

During my stay, I cooked my breakfast and supper here, but felt no inconvenience. Wi-Fi connection was fine. The direction for check-in, sent by email beforehand, was detailed and illustrated with several photos, so I had no difficulty in check-in. The place is near the large Augarten park and the atmosphere is good. I recommend this apartment for those who plan to stay in Vienna for more than several days.

El apartamento esta bien ubicado, esta en el centro y muy cerca de los transportes públicos, esta muy limpio y bien cuidado, la cama cómoda, la sala muy grande, el baño esta muy limpio y temperatura del agua se puede manejar o controlar bien. • karolina (8/5): Nice apartment, a little hard to finde but was ok - Was hard to finde but was comfortable the owner is nice person he help us and really was ok !
• Tara (6/5): Very close to a lovely apartment - The apartment makes great use of space and has a lot of charm, but the futon is so terribly uncomfortable (hard) that it's hard to give the room a great rating. When I changed my sheets midway through my stay, I discovered that the mattress appears to actually be a boxspring with faux suede upholstery over it and no other cushioning. I took the duvet out of its cover and used it as a mattress pad, which greatly improved the softness and comfort of the bed - this tells me that it wouldn't take much to make this a comfortable futon. A couple of other tiny details stand between this room and greatness - tie-backs for the curtains, salt and pepper in the salt and pepper shakers, an ice cube tray. Nothing to complain about, but after ten days of getting bad sleep, it's hard to let the little stuff go.
• Ronald (10/5): Great apartment - Great place to stay. Close to UBahn and Center of Vienna. Staff was responsive and very helpful. Clean and served our purpose well. Would stay again.

• Cliff (10/5): Very nice and close to transport - Lovely studio apartment with plenty of space and a good kitchen area. Great communication with owner and clear instructions for accessing the building as we were arriving very late at night when the office was closed. Would definitely stay there again.

• Michel (10/5): Very pleasant and convenient - The owner was nice and helpful; The apt. Is small but convenient; well situated.we did appreciate it for our 5 nights stay.
• John (6/5): Good Apartment spoilt by severe noise from 7a.m. - Apartment is great. It was on the top floor. At the moment a new penthouse is being built above and extreme and severe building noise starts at 7.a.m. When the work is complete I would highly recommend the apartment, but it's not suitable for letting until the work is completed. We were only informed days before the visit and told noise would be minimal, in fact it was extreme.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Our four day trip to Vienna - We had a great trip. It was a very nice apartment. Good size with lots of room. Fifteen minute walk to downtown area. If you have a car it does not have free parking. Cannot park on the street in front of apartment. Only for residents who have parking permits. Have to buy parking tickets and park a block away.
• warren (10/5): Great apartment stay in the city. - Very nice place. Great for our family. Very smooth check in even though they don't have 24 hour reception. Convenient to public transport. Nice touch to provide a fan since no AC. Pet fee was reasonable. We would recommend. Construction didn't bother us because we are early risers. Thanks JL apartments.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - This apartment is close to public transportation. You can walk several blocks to one Subway system, or you can walk across the street to a bus, or walk a couple of blocks to a tram station. There are a couple of grocery stores nearby - just check on holidays. Most stores are closed on Sundays and holidays (they have a lot of those). Then you have to use a convenience store in the Subway. The apartment accommodated 3 adults for us. It was in good shape and pretty comfortable. There was construction going on upstairs during the weekdays - if people like to sleep in, they probably couldn't - but we were fine. The apartment manager was very helpful and went out of his way to help us get where we needed. Thanks Bix!
• Janos (10/5): Great stay with family - The apartment was as described. We stayed with two small children. The two bedrooms were well apart from each other. Kitchen was very useful. The microwave was convenction heater as well! Pizza night! There was construction going on but they stopped working in the afternoon and started in the morning after 8am. We had a very pleasent stay. We'll go back again.
